Getting the vapor barrier in crawl space replaced, Bioclean did a very thorough job. New barrier is clean, all seams taped, plastic taped to all support piers, tuck and rolled on edges. Oveall, very good job, thanks

Wow, where do I start? In 2022 is when I first called Bioclean for help. Under my house had a very bad moisture problem . They fixed everything. Now it's 2025, Micheal and son, a so called plumber came to change my water filters under my the house.Wow, he pulled back the moisture barrier Bioclean had inplace and dumped all the water under the barrier. He left it that way,Evean White from Michael and son messed it up.Like I told Bioclean,how can people stand up against big companies Like Micheal and son, also Bud whole house service.When their workers mess things up.But Bioclean was so very kind and understanding. I called them and they came right out to help. They were really upset how any company could do something like this to anyone. Thank you Bioclean for always being there to help. The work was fine , but communications were very poor. I was never informed of when the work was going to be accomplished. I had to contact the company to find out when they were going to show up. They would finish and the next day I’d receive an email that my payment was over due. Again, I can’t complain about the work, but I can’t recommend them either.

We had several estimates and Bioclean presented the lowest cost solution to the moisture issues in our crawl space. Everyone we dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant.

Did a great job in our master closet and under the house. Great price on crawlspace dehumidifier. Had some issues finding a local fan installer carrying dehumidifier fans, but all turned out well. Everything is working perfectly. James personally was excellent, available and responsive throughout the job.

My home was reroofed by Boxer about 6 years ago. Since then I have had to repair a leak in my chimney and replace the siding on my dormer windows. Boxer decided to use 1" flashing and water leaked around it. They refused to honor their warranty, saying the problems were caused by the way my house was built. As you might imagine, my house was had been around for decades prior to their work. So if you decide to go with Boxer, you might want to ask them about what kind of flashing they're using!

Edit: I'm not the person who owned the house when it was reroofed so I'm not in your customer list. I called you and asked if you guaranteed your work and you said yes. Then I explained I had an issue and you completely walked it back. You even came over and you got on the roof and told me it wasn't an issue with the 1" flashing. I have since paid about $5,000 for repairs along my roofline.

Billy made good on all of his promises, and after meeting with him on a Monday, we had a new roof the next week , installed by conscientious workers who labored until dark to clean up the debris, in order to complete the job in one day, and believe me , when nearly 5 tons of shingles, a skylight, underlayment and nails come off the top of a two-story home, there is a mountain of debris!
Billy not only stayed with his crew, but he also called and returned a couple of days later to ensure our satisfaction.

We couldn’t be happier with our results ( we have a beautiful new roof) and the stellar service from start to finish.

Excellent experience. Started on time, great crew. Stripped down old roofing and completed the first half of the job before daylight left. Returned early the next day and completed the job. Yard cleaned up, debris hauled, and done at 5:30 pm.

Billy, the owner, was very professional and explained the process and cost very well. He and his crew were on time for the 2 day job. Worked hard to get us the right color shingle. Billy was here with four guys the first day and six the next day to make sure they finished. Clean up was very thorough and Billy was here for the entire 2 days, ready to help his guys and answer our questions. They even brought a porta potty for the workers.
