Billy’s team worked only one full day to replace the roof and install gorgeous skylights on our porch and that is despite needing to replace a good deal of rotting plywood under the old shingles. With Billy’s supervision, his team worked tirelessly, efficiently, and meticulously through the blazing hot day. They were fastidious in both their craftsmanship and in the clean-up of debris afterward. I have yet to find a stray nail and doubt I will. I could not be happier with my new beautiful blue roof and skylights.

We are very happy with our new roof from Boxer Roofing. When we were looking for a new roof for our house and barn we had a few different people come out and give estimates. The owner of Boxer roofing came out in person to go over the estimate .He had samples of all the material he was going to use. A book of photographs of the process of removing the roofing, protecting the house and installation of new roofing material. The roof was started within days and and the owner was on the job side all the time. If there were any problems or questions.He was really available to answer them. We are very happy with our new roof. There were a few things that we wanted want to done after the roof was finished. He came back and did them without having to be asked twice. I feel that the estimate I was given was very fair and very reasonable. There were no unexpected cost that he did not warn us about. We did have to have some of the roof boards replaced but he had warned us that we might have that issue. He showed us the boards that were replaced and it was very obvious that they were dry rotted. Overall, we are very happy with our new roof.

I recently had to replace the roof on my parents’ home in Durham. Billy O’Briant gave us a no-pressure presentation and showed us all the options. On installation day, he was even up on the roof sending us photos of the progress including boards they had to replace. I can’t say enough good things about the installation crew. They were working in the sun on one of the hottest days of the year (as my grandmother would say “Bless their hearts!”). They did a great clean up afterwards. No nails, scraps or garbage left behind. Let me start by saying I give Boxer Roofing my highest recommendation for any roof replacement. Every aspect of the replacement process was first-rate, and the end result is beautiful.

When I started looking for a roofer I decided to get three estimates, but after getting three I wasn’t quite comfortable with my options, so I got one more from Boxer Roofing. The owner and I reviewed his proposal where he covered the details of the product, the warranty and every step of the operation to be performed. What I really loved was when he looked me in the eye and said he would be the first person to arrive on replacement day and also the last one to leave. I quickly figured out this was a man of his word, a man of integrity. The price was somewhere in the middle of the other estimates, but I knew I would be getting my money’s worth and would have peace of mind when it was done.

One more thing worth noting is that Boxer Roofing is certified by several shingle manufacturers to install their products. Installation by a certified roofer improves the warranty you receive because the manufacturer knows the work will be done to their specifications. Mr. Billy O'Briant did an excellent job with my roof replacement process from start to finish. I called three roofing companies to get a new roof estimate. Once the estimates were emailed to me. Two company's sales managers contact me to approve the project total cost, pick shingle color, and deposit/repayment costs all online!!!! It was very stressful and impersonal to me. The third company Boxer Roofing owner Mr. Billy O'Briant inspected my roof, he scheduled a time come to my home and explain the estimate costs, architectural shingles, review and select shingle colors, and finalized the contract. Mr. O'Briant is professional, knowledgeable, great attend to detail, and courteous person. His roofing crew did a tremendous with my new roof, it looks amazing. We just had a new roof installed on our home by Boxer Roofing Company and we are very happy with the work that was done. The owner of the company provided us our initial consultation and was able to schedule our roof within a week. Unlike many companies that just send out their crew to do the actual work, the owner was on -site for the entire job. The entire process from the consultation to the end of the install was extremely professional and really put our minds at ease. If you are in search of a roofing contractor, I highly recommend Boxer Roofing. Owner Billy O’Briant inspected my house and within 2 days was back with a written quote and sample books of shingles from which to choose from. He explains the entire process in layman’s terms, so you know exactly what to expect.

He had an eight-man crew there early on the designated day, and Billy stayed and oversaw the entire operation. They completed the job in less than a day, which included tear-off of the old roofing material and installation of a few sheets of plywood. Afterwards they cleaned up and went around the house with magnets to pick up any loose nails. Billy even came back the following day and did it a couple more times to be sure no nails were missed. Side note: I have a Direct TV antenna on my roof which they had to remove. They reset it as best they could (just by eyeballing it) and the satellite signal came back on at 99%! Amazing!

I now have a beautiful new roof with a 50-year warranty, and I couldn’t be happier!
