They’re as good as it gets in the home cleaning business. Their reliable, professional and do the absolute best job cleaning. If you’re in an area they cover don’t even consider another cleaning service.

Licia’s is always professional and hard working. They do an excellent job and are always on-time. We’ve been using them for over 10 years. Highly recommended.

Use this cleaning service for my company they sent 2 people that knew no English. I paid them on their way out, 2 weeks later they sent me a random bill requesting i pay the bill. In my opinion i believe this company have poor book keeping skills but the cleaning job was well done. DONT PAY CASH!! Be sure to use debit or credit and make your own receipt.

Unfortunately although some of the cleaning they did was thorough I was very disappointed with this service. Because I’m a work at home Mom I arranged to leave with my two small children after work for the cleaning time. When I returned 2 hours later it appeared they had only dusted and cleaned one bathroom. I took my children back outside to play and somehow the rest of the house (2 bathrooms, kitchen, vacuum, mop and carpet cleaning was done in 45 minutes!) I believe the women were mostly socializing while I was gone. There was miscommunication and they used a cleaning machine on a wool rug and then I found a dent/scratch from a vacuum on a bookshelf and 2 broken blinds. They tried to hide the broken blinds. Management was very apologetic but we did not have them return.

All I can say is WOW!
I am a very fastidious person and have high standards for cleaning. We decided to use this service to give our home a thorough cleaning. I was IMPRESSED! Our home is immaculate. The floors are shiny, the kitchen spotless, the beds made up in hotel style. I told my family to wait a few minutes, and let me savor the cleanliness before they came back insude. This is our first time using this service and they did an outstanding job. They worked diligently and cleaned our home from top to bottom, vaccuming mopping, dusting, ckeaning bathrooms everything.
We certainly hope to use them again.

Just adding an update. They clean my home monthly and continue to d a great job. The house is never looked better, and it such a joy to come home to. Very reliable and professional service. Well managed too!

Great work but they were very late!! I thought the time I was given "12pm-2pm" was the time frame of my cleaning service, it was the arrival window. The crew arrived at 3:30pm and finished around 6:15pm I was unable to make it to my next appointment at 6pm due to the tardiness of the crew. Again, great work and friendly just not timely. I suggest scheduling them on a day that you have no other appointments. I was satisfied with the quality of work rendered.

The deep clean exceeded my wildest expectations. I was so grateful to the cleaners for their hard work, thoroughness, and attention to detail. I'll definitely be calling Lucie's again.

My wife and I are expecting our first child very soon and wanted to get our home deep cleaned before baby comes. We are soooo pleased with the work they did! Our house is sparkling like a 5 star hotel! They cleaned every last corner, nook and cranny. They made the bed, and even folded the toilet paper into a triangle at the end. This was our first time using a home cleaning service. Lucie's team knocked it out of the park! I don't think our home has ever been so clean. The girls were friendly and didn't seem phased by our big dogs which was a huge relief for us! Speaking of our big dogs, after they finished cleaning you would never know that our 1400sf home housed three long haired animals! Seriously, the place was spotless. My husband and I are so excited for them to return in a couple of weeks.

Lucie's ladies are the bomb! I can't believe how easy they make it for me. I leave for work in the morning and come home to a house that sparkles! My small home feels bigger they get it so clean. Absolutely appalling move-out cleaning service. We were referred here by multiple neighbors in our area and will absolutely be letting them know what a terrible job was completed.

For a move-out cleaning, the home was completely empty. It was a 3 bed 2 bath home. We were charged about $450 and they did not touch any of our appliances, windows, porch, or garage. According to the cleaning service, these would have been add ons. So for $450 dollars I believe they wiped our counters and maybe vacuumed.

We decided to go with this service in good faith after reading all the positive reviews and they completely took advantage. We are now having to pay an additional $300 to get another service to come in and clean.

I just had my first cleaning appointment with this service and I couldn't be happier! The ladies who were here did an amazing job, and they really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be calling on Lucie's again in the future!
