I recently moved into a fixer-upper home and Lucie's did a move-in clean of my kitchen and bathroom. I am so pleased with the work they did! Being a fixer-upper it was a bit of a mess before but now it's sparkling. It feels healthier and I am more comfortable in my home. Marta even made sure to point out where a portion of my cabinets were damaged. I will definitely be using them again.

Her team is professional and timely and their prices are reasonable which keeps my clients happy. But the best thing is that they are really good at their job and leave homes sparkling the first time around. This is not a company that you have to call back in because they missed x, y, and z.

This business does not work for you. You work for them. I began using this service as I have a newborn at home and needed the extra help. Overtime I have become disappointed with the quality in their service. The initial cleaning was spectacular but ever since then I have seen the attention to detail decline. Additionally, they damaged our newly installed shower from aggressive scrubbing. The newly laid tiles have been coming up. We’ve had to repair it at great expense. My most recent issue was the final tipping point for me. We had them come out to clean and I had them skip our owner’s suite because my baby was sleeping inside. So they skipped an entire bedroom and bathroom. It took them an hour less to clean then it normally does. And yet I received the bill for the same amount I always pay. When I inquired as to why it cost more they told me I needed to let them know days in advance if I was removing rooms. So I guess next time I should just wake my sleeping baby to remove him from the room because it’s an inconvenience to my cleaners that he sleep and I not tell them days in advance that this will be my plan. It’s ridiculous what they will nickel and dime you for. In the end I have found their services to be less of a convenience and more of an inconvenience.

Last week, I had Lucie's Home Service Inc, do the move-out cleaning of the apt I lived in for 5 years. They did an awesome job with everything! The carpets, cabinets and baseboards looked great after they were through!! I would definitely recommend and I plan to use them again. I love supporting a local company!

appalling company. They were on my work's list of recommended companies, and the first couple of times the service was great. Then we moved to a much smaller place, yet the rate didn't change much. Two new women came, wasted time, then said they needed more time for another $140. So it would have been about $420 for a small one bedroom apartment. They did NOTHING basically and broke my soap dish. When my husband called the company, the woman he spoke to tried to talk over him and argue instead of listening. Whatever happened to listening to customers without interrupting and basically being respectful and professional? Who do they think they are? I don't' know what happened to this company, but I will NEVER use them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. I have already asked my workplace to stop recommending them based on my experience.

I was recently able to have Lucie's Home Services out to clean my house. We've been in this house constantly for weeks now and it showed. They did a fantastic job. My son's room has never been that clean. They even used cleaning products that were sensitive to my asthma. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them back soon!

Lucie's has been cleaning our home for over a year now. The crew is always friendly and thorough leaving the home sparkling clean. Today, I placed a couple crumbs in a couple inconspicuous spots to see how thorough the crew was ... and they sure enough got them up. I continue to recommend Lucie's.

I hired Lucie's Home Service for a one-time deep home cleaning the day before I was hosting a dinner for 20 people. Three workers spent more than 4 hours. I have had many cleaning services in the past, but this job was the best. They took care of every detail; windows, pictures on the walls, cobwebs high on the ceilings, even closets. I highly recommend Lucie's Home Service.

I have been using Lucie's Home Services since June 2021 and have always been pleased with the cleaning teams who have come. Lucia has been our regular for most of that time, with Belinda her partner most recently. I am 75 years old and unable to do the thorough cleaning that these energetic women do. The team that cleans our house does a fabulous job every time. They are punctual, friendly, and efficient. We really appreciate them!!

Sometimes they do little designs with the toilet paper or arrange my child’s stuffies in a sweet way. We usually keep the kiddo out of the house/out of the way when they are here and he is always so excited to see if “the toilet paper is fancy” in the bathroom or how his stuffies were arranged. It’s the little things 😊

Lucies is a joy to deal with (esp if you like email communications rather than trying to connect directly). They schedule promptly, show up when they say they will, and do an excellent job of cleaning. They have my key and keep track of my preferences. By far the best housekeeping service I have dealt with.

The quote from this company was higher than others but I went with them because I thought that the higher price would reflect a higher level of service. It was my first time hiring cleaners and I was really grateful for the help. I came home to a scuffed wall and unaddressed cabinets but continued to use them after the deep clean. The final straw was when I was notified the day before a scheduled clean that my appointment time had changed. I was frustrated by the timing and lack options to reschedule. Being told to accept the new time or skip the cleaning was enough. There’s no way it should be this stressful.

Lucie's crew has been taking care of our home in Raleigh for 2 years now and we really appreciate them. Always being on time and communicating well and the service is they provide are so much better than our previous company. We highly recommend them.
