Jennifer in the office listened to my requests and was so helpful in placing the right cleaning crew in my home. Angelica, Berta and another Berta work great as a team. They were in and out of my home in no time and left it clean, polished and smelling great. EXCELLENT WORK LADIES!!

We've been using Carpe Diem for ~18 months. We've been pleased with the service. The quality of the cleaning varies slightly by the team members, but overall they do a good job. They've been very responsive whenever we've had a concern. Most of the cleaners are native Spanish speakers, but there's always at least one person who speaks English. I work at home so that helps us work around each other. The teams are always very nice and courteous. We also like the company is local, invested in our community, and pays a living wage to their employees.

Angelica and Bertha were exceptional today. My husband is on hospice so the house is full of medical equipment and supplies. We left them to do their amazing job and came back to a fresh and clean home.

I've been using Carpe Diem for a couple months now. They do a great job. The crew that comes is always very friendly. The office staff is quick to respond to requests. I particularly like that they send you a reminder email that they are coming a couple days in advance and the payment is automated (so you don't have to worry about leaving a check each time.)

These guys listen to feedback and do a great and thorough job cleaning my home. I initially had some small concerns about dulling of my hardwoods during cleaning. They clearly listened and adjusted based on my feedback and the service I've gotten has consistently been excellent. All at a great price. Thanks Carpe Diem!

A satisfactory but not great deep cleaning - areas missed, some smeared surfaces. Very happy, however, to have my house cleaned.

I recently recovered from an illness, and work has been hectic, so keeping up the house has been a low priority. Which led to lots of anxiety and embarrassment. Our Carpe Diem team worked magic in our house. We're so glad we finally decided to do this. Things are not only clean, but tidier. They even adjusted some décor and furniture in ways that we hadn't considered, making things even better than before! They even brought a toy for our cat and gathered up all our cables and cords, etc. We're literally in tears with relief. We might make this an annual splurge.

Had them do a deep clean. I don’t have a big house and I thought I had it relatively clean but they spent 2 1/2 hours and it is amazing. What a great job carpe Diem did would highly recommend them.

Deep clean was excellent! Very well done by Anyeli, Bertha and Vanessa. Everything is sparkling! Bertha, Maria and Elvia also do a monthly regular cleaning for me. I've used Carpe Diem for several years. Office is very responsive whenever I contact them. The cleaners work very hard and are lovely to work with. Highly recommend.

I requested a deep clean after living in my apartment for 2 years, and I was very impressed with the work done. The black mold is gone from the shower grout, the ceiling fans are spotless, and the microwave doesn’t look like a murder scene. I would definitely recommend Carpe Diem Cleaning.

I had used Carpe Diem Cleaning for a number of years prior to the pandemic, however, I suspended the cleaning from March 2020 until we were fully vaccinated in March 2021. When they returned with the same cleaners as before the pandemic I knew this was a good sign. I received a great cleaning to restart my service. My whole house was spotless and my service has continued to keep my house at the same high level of cleanliness that I have come to expect from Carpe Diem. I highly recommend them for their high standards of service and great employees.

I am enjoying my service with Carpe Diem Cleaning. Management is beyond accommodating and very responsive. The ladies that have come out have been great, they're efficient and I appreciate the safety precautions they are taking in midst of pandemic. I have recommended them to my neighbor because I trust their work. They have been very helpful especially since I am unable to move and clean as thoroughly like I used to due to medical reasons.

They did a great job cleaning the details! Surfaces I thought were clean before got sparklier. And I even saw them lift my rugs to clean under them! Areas I'd tried to clean and just couldn't get clean, they were able to. Great job Rosa, Maria Isabel, and Fabiola!

Booked a move out cleaning for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome. Was quoted $243 (got a 10% online booking discount) and told it may go up based on time. They ended up charging me $338 even though it didn't take any extra time. They charge by person by hour, not just by hour. The pricing is not at all transparent, and they almost never answer their phone. Do not recommend using this company for a move out cleaning. Added a ton of stress when moving is already stressful.

I just started getting my home cleaned and I could not be more happy that I reached out to Carpe Diem Cleaning. To come home to a house smelling and looking amazing is just so satisfiying. I have been able to spend less time cleaning my house and more time doing the things I love. I can't recommend them enough!

Got a "deep cleaning" with this company a couple of weeks ago. Our house is about 2 years old and we keep it in good shape but we just don't have the time to do a deep clean. Unfortunately we are disappointed with the service. While the cleaning staff were friendly and worked the whole time they were here, the result was a general surface level clean (as others have pointed out). There was still grit in the shower and around the taps, the dinner table wasn't wiped down or moved to clean under the legs of the table. Simple mats that could be pulled up and cleaned under weren't. All of this would be fine for a general clean but not a deep one. I expressed all of this to the company and they requested photos and that's it even though after the review was submitted it said they would call. They should clearly express on the website what you are paying extra for for the deep clean. We'll go with a different company next time.

Communication was good and we are very happy with our deep clean. Bertha and Angelica fulfilled our priorities well.

To homeowners: What worked well for us was to "clear the decks"--that is, consolidate clutter into boxes/baskets and remove throw rugs--and direct the professional cleaners toward the areas that were most important to us. (For us--ceiling/wall dust, wood trim, windows, floors, corners, under cushions, and baths.)

We had them skip some areas so they could focus more on others. Very happy with the outcome.
