The cleaning ladies came in a timely manner. They continue to wear masks and gloves at all times. Their usual professional work was done efficiently and with care for my home. I am glad to have them help me with the cleaning of my home and have been pleased with the job done and have been since the beginning.

The cleaners damaged my newly renovated tub, then the owner claimed they had photos proving the damage was there before his cleaners arrived, but stopped responding to me and never provided pics.

Exceptional! Josephine and Santos are simply the best! Been using this service for several years now. They do a great job and their employees are thorough, fast and super nice. Highly recommend them!

My first experience was a pleasant one. I came back home and the house looked great. And I noticed some of the little touches like arrangements of pillows. That just caught my eye and I liked that level of attention to detail. I appreciated their hard work thank you.

The team did a wonderful job cleaning my home. We've recently put our home on the market and needed a DEEP cleaning before showing. The girls did a great job and were very thorough.

The Cleaning Authority cleaned my house again today. They have been doing it for about 8 years. The timeliness, professionalism and perfect cleaning every single time without exception is astonishing. By far the best and most well-managed business that I use. The staff that come to the house are always, prompt, polite, personable and basically outstanding. It is a pleasure to do business with The Cleaning Authority!

The Cleaning Authority ladies did an excellent job once again. Our hardwood floors always look fantastic after they clean. My wife and I are very pleased with the work they did.

We have used this cleaning service for > 3 years. Great service. They use good products and do a great job. Careful with furniture, surfaces etc . And the cleaning is a routine schedule of tasks so we don't need to leave an instruction list. So nice to come home to a clean house! Owners and managers are very responsive. Emails answered rapidly. Company attempts to keep the same team coming each week. Our teams have been great. During COVID-- They are very careful with gloves and masks. They put up with our dogs and our kids doing remote school and 2 adults working from home! Our team is Cheerful and thorough. And kind and thoughtful. Two examples: They know I work from home in the afternoon on the day they are here, so they do my office first. Today they noticed the old dog was gone and kindly expressed condolences for that big shedding beast who has been under their feet for years! Five stars.

Lucretia and her team did an awesome job cleaning my home. They were fast, efficient and extremely friendly. I am so amazed at how quickly they did everything! What would have taken me several days to do, they did in 2 1/2 hours! They were amazing! I’m so glad I chose this company to provide my cleaning needs.

We’ve used the cleaning Authority for several years now. They used to do a much better job, now the quality is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s pretty good and sometimes it’s just awful. The owner offers to send someone back at some point (never Same day ) to touch things up, but that’s extremely inconvenient. I end up cleaning it myself, which is not what I’m paying for. We keep trying to give them another chance mostly out of laziness, but it seems to be time to move on.

Great company to work with. Communication has always been prompt and accommodating.
The cleaners are very polite and respectful. The detail of their clean is what I was looking for. I tried a few other places that just didn’t get where I wanted our house to be. This company does. Definitely would recommend!

We are very happy with TCA Chapel Hill for our residential cleaning. The thoroughness is excellent and our home is consistently well cleaned. The rotation and deep cleaning system is what attracted us to this company and we are very pleased with the system and the price. It is so wonderful to come home to a clean house! I think TCA did GREAT the first day, 2 wks ago, and this past Fri for the second day. I am especially impressed with how clean my master-bath shower grout, and my stove-top were cleaned both times. I also was very impressed with how clean all the mirrors in my house were cleaned.

Thought I am going to leave a review for The Cleaning Authority after using them for 2 plus years. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided. I see it for what it is- to help me catch up and maintain a somewhat decently clean house. Our house is large- and we have dogs- cats- bunnies- . My biggest kudos is for the cleaning personnel to be able to accommodate me "rotating" the animals around, so they clean uninterrupted. They are nice with our pets- that's another plus. Not all crews are the same- but recently I had a very hardworking team of 2, on top of that, they are always in a good mood.
Though not always arriving as announced the day prior- you can follow their arrival on their App- which helps.
Luckily, I schedule them on my day off, mainly so I can move the pets around- but also since I never have people in my house without one of us being there. The owners are flexible enough to accommodate my not regular schedule/ cleaning days. Are there areas that they miss? Sure- but I know my house best and can always touch-up if I feel the need to do so. But for the "big bulk cleaning"- I greatly appreciate them.

Our household is tough to serve. We have three dogs and four humans, most of whom are home ALL THE TIME. The team is always gracious and flexible about working around us while we work from home.

Had our first cleaning today. Our experience was excellent. I just opened my microwave and it was so clean. They two ladies spent approximately 3 and 1/2 hours. My house was the cleanest I and my husband have experienced by a cleaning service. Thank you!!!
