My wife and I were dealing with medical issues and needed help with cleaning. We initially planned on a one time or occasional cleaning but the high quality of the service, the affordable prices, and the friendly staff convinced us to retain Lucie's for ongoing service. Our house looked amazing after they finished and it has increased the peace and serenity of the space.

My experience has been wonderful every time I have used these services. From deep cleaning to regular service always pleased with the results.

Yesterday was my cleaning day (10/15/2020) As usual, the girls do a good job cleaning, however I would like to be able to speak with them about doing things, and none speak English very well or understand it. I have an antique floor mirror in my Master Bedroom and I would like to tell them and have them remember and understand, NOT to ever clean it! If I forget to put a post it note in SPANISH to them, they forget and clean the mirror which is breaking the screws that hold it in place!! Also, they leave without letting me know most of the time, and I wish they'd let me know. Also, when they move things to clean, they never return them exactly where they were before! Otherwise they do a good job.

There is always a prompt response when I am in need of a cleaning service. The cleaners are efficient and thorough. I really enjoy the express service for kitchen and bathrooms before having visitors over.

We have used Carpe Diem for over five years in our home and are so very grateful for their kindness and hard work. The office staff is always very responsive over email when I have questions or rescheduling needs.

The Carpe Diem Cleaning office staff and the home cleaning crew (we call "the ladies"), which come to our home and office, are awesome!!! They are really a dream to work with as they always have a solution for us, whether it's scheduling, rates, or cleaning needs. And, Oh Yeah, we love coming home on our scheduled cleaning days to smell that trademark "Carpe Diem" scent the ladies leave us as well as a beautifully clean and organized home, room after room, throughout the house. I do not recommend a deep clean. You will pay big bucks for a normal cleaning, and then will have to to the deep cleaning yourself. I gave 3 stars b/c the bathrooms are done well and that can be tough. My husband was home the entire time they were there and specifically had to ask them to clean the cabinets and the fridge, which had been marked on the sheet. However, they apparently had no knowledge of this. There was no such thing as a deep clean. He also witnessed a girl drag a ladder across our new wood floors... Care was not taken. I am sure they do a fine job at normal cleaning though....

The team of two women did an impressively thorough job on their first deep cleaning visit. I can’t reach some places anymore, and i appreciated all they did to address every nook and cranny, as well as rest of the house. My expectations were exceeded in every room. I’m looking forward to their next visit because I know how good they are! ☺️

as stated in review, cleaning was fantastic, but when cleaning a very dusty ceiling fan, most debris was dropped to carpet, where it became imbedded in carpet, requiring me to have it cleaned to remove debris. Just need to spread something on floor to prevent that next time. Otherwise, cleaning, attitude and quality was wonderful!

The crew was very pleasant and efficient. However, they were very late arriving and did not deliver the one time deep cleaning, including windows, that we paid for and expected. The house smelled and looked very nice after their visit, but it wasn't as thorough as I hoped (e.g. the windows were never touched).

The ladies were PHENOMENAL!! So grateful for them and the excellent work they did!

We’ve used their services a number of times, especially before going on vacation because it’s sooooo wonderful coming home to a clean house! Every time they’ve been fantastic! This time Veronica and Dunia’s team were exceptionally thorough and we sincerely appreciate their hard work!

The Carpe Diem cleaning crew is a mom's superhero! It is so amazing to set up a monthly cleaning and come home to a clean house. Best investment ever for a family with three boys! They can even get the elusive pee smell out of our bathroom. Thanks Carpe Diem!

I have been a client for more than 15 years. Over the last year the service and communications has been less than what they promised. Called 9 times to have cleaning done between 9:30AM and 3:00 PM since my Mom dementia moved in. In 9 months they have continued to come outside of that time frame. Today after their cleaning I sent 14 pictures to show how the dining table was not cleaned, dust on all the furniture, crumbs and trash on floor, bathroom and mirrors not cleaned and asked for a call back. Instead of a call and offer to send someone out to clean, I received a message from Madeline, the general manager that they would cancel all future cleanings and not charge for today. After 15 years, not "we are sorry, let's see how we might take care of our loyal customer". I called Madeline three times and she didn't pick up the call. The pics are shameful and clearly warranted at least a call. The message seems to be, don't bring things to our attention when we fail to deliver the customer service we promote and are contracted to carry out. Unbelievable.
