Picazo Cleaning Services initially did a deep cleaning for us after two bathroom renovations. Our house was like new. They cleaned every nook and cranny, every corner, everything! We were so pleased that now they come to clean our house regularly.
They are efficient, very professional, always on time, and quite personable. It is always a pleasure for us when they come and clean. They are very thorough and our home smells and looks great.

This is the best service I have ever used. I totally trust the lady that cleans our house. I have actually gone out to run errands and left her here to clean. I cannot begin to tell you what a great job they do. I am totally impressed. I would recommend them to everyone. They are the only service that I know who actually pick up and dust under your lamps your knickknacks or whatever. I am so happy I found them. I have recommended them to several people.

Carrie is like a cleaning ninja! In and does what she needs to do. She is super nice and very responsive. All of the nooks and crannies are no match to her cleaning abilities. I’ll definitely be calling her back in the future to up keep our house.

Long version: While I guess on several occasions it was my job to clean stuff (while working at a couple RV resorts during the summers in college and at a day school during seminary), I’m not necessarily great at it. When you add in a 16 month old that wants to “help” and two dogs that combine for about 200 pounds of which most of that is fur, it just got to be too much to be able to keep the house clean. I tried to soldier on but eventually it was just too much. Enter Carrie and her crew. They were just the right amount of early so they could start on time. They worked diligently and with speed and with an eye for detail. They took what was too be truthful a daunting task and hammered away until the house looked like we had just moved in. They have an eye for detail that I typically don’t. I could not be happier with the level of work, professionalism, and cost to benefit ratio that I got from Carrie and her crew. I could not recommend them more.

Carrie was hired to clean a place I was about to move into and she did an amazing job. Unfortunately when I met her there, we realized the water had been turned off already and wouldn’t be turned on in my name for another few days. Carrie and another person she brought with her still got the job done. I bought them a couple gallons of water from the store to help. When I returned to look at the place, it looked great. Carrie’s Cleaning Service performed a multi-day deep clean for a home that was undergoing renovation and had been neglected prior to their cleaning. Each person provided truly outstanding service and left our home gleaming. It was night and day when they were through! She was very responsive to using some plant based cleaners and steam cleaning the floors as I have concerns with some cleaning products. I hired Carrie's cleaning service after looking for a local small business to clean my house. Carrie's had the best reputation, so I hired them! They had a wait list at the time, which is always a good sign, and I ended up waiting quite a long time for them to be able to start.
My first cleaning was a deep clean and ended up taking the team much longer than estimated, but Carrie held to the original quote she'd given me, which I really appreciated!
My current cleaner is Kenia, and she is an absolute ROCKSTAR. She does a detailed and thorough job, and often proactively does little extra things for me, too! I'm sure it helps that I tip her as well as she deserves. I almost didn't want to mention her name so no one tries to take her away from me for themselves!
I did have issues with a previous cleaner who is no longer with the company, and when I finally contacted Carrie about it she was really great. In the time that I've hired Carrie's Cleaning I've had to reach out to Carrie maybe two or three times - once a very small item had gone missing and I suspected it had inadvertently been vacuumed up, and she went through the discarded vacuum bag full of grit and dust bunnies until she found it as soon as I contacted her. Another time a new cleaner missed something that was important to me on a deep clean of a seldom-used room, but I didn't notice until after she left. Carrie sent someone out to take care of it right away as soon as I contacted her about it.
The one bugabear with this company is that billing not as well-done as it could be, though it's gotten much better. I once had to wait several weeks for the amount owed on a deep clean, despite asking about it, and if I forget to pay after a regular visit it doesn't get caught until much later and I have to pay a larger bill than I budgeted for in a given month. I try to pay each visit, but I'm the type that really needs a bill or a request for payment so I don't forget. This has lately gotten much better.

Carrie's cleaning service was very professional from start to finish! I loved the website detail and proactive communication and follow-up for my first appointment. They were here all day, worked non-stop and did a fantastic job! I'm happy to have them coming back.

We hired Carrie's Cleaning Service to do a deep clean of our house. I was impressed that Carrie herself, the owner, came to do the cleaning. She mentioned that she always comes to a new client. I really liked that. She was on time. She was extremely thorough on her cleaning. Our blinds were rough, but she cleaned all of them. Our house has never been cleaner.

This was my first Time hiring Carrie’s Cleaning Service. They outdid themselves! They cleaned my apartment top to bottom and shows! It’s immaculate. Carrie has been cleaning for me over 20 years. I have watched her grow her business and throughout she has remained attentive, professional, loving, and extremely good at her job. I’m always so happy to come home on “cleaning day”. The house looks and smells amazing. The rates are more than fair also. This is the best business I have ever used for anything.

Carrie is incredible. When she says she wants to deep clean she means it! No stone was left unturned. She was at our house from 8am to 5pm and never took a break. She treated our house as if it was hers. We have now set up the bi-monthly service because of her incredible job.
