Wow. From communication, payment, to the actual job, we had an amazing experience with them. Our home is always disarray. With our VERY furry dog and our super busy days, our house is never short on dust, fur, dirty dishes, and just … stuff everywhere. We have used other cleaning services and while they seem to do an ok job, Ana’s cleaning service left our home spotless. We loved the small details including bow ties on our bed and bows on the toilet paper roll. We just wish we used them earlier! We will definitely be continuing to use them more frequently. Highly recommend them

I have been using Ana's cleaning service for a few years now & wanted to commend them for their customer service. Overall, I have always been very satisfied by the service provided; the cleaners always leave my house sparkly clean and tidy! As is often the case when working with a company for multiple years, I have had a few concerns along the way, but I can honestly say they met my concerns with a level of customer service that you rarely receive any more. I felt heard and respected, and I can tell that my issues (which were a couple broken items that I only found on my own later, and some minor issues with inconsistency in service) were addressed head on. They also followed up with me, which meant a lot. Another thing that will always mean a lot to me was how gracefully they handled a last minute cancellation and reschedules on my end after my father passed away. To me, this spoke volumes to their values, and I will never forget the compassion they showed. This company truly has wonderful customer service, and I highly recommend!

The cleaning crew (Saidam, Madai, and Karime) did a superb job! I’ve booked the micro clean for 2 times, and every time my bathroom and kitchen felt like new. The price is also quite reasonable. Thank you!!

Be aware: Ana's Cleaning Services does not respect the homes of their clients. Regardless of whether or not your home is intact, if they cleaned it, in their eyes, you owe them money.

One of their cleaning teams turned on my gas fireplace, and left it on after cleaning my home. They state that the switch was inadvertently flipped, but how do you not notice a fire ignite and turn it back off? Thankfully I was home a couple hours after their departure. I hate to imagine what could have happened if I was out of town and it was left on for days.

After going back and forth with their 'claims analyst' (interesting that they have a position like this - red flag that they receive complaints a lot), they agreed to discount my service ($75), but continued to send me bills for the full service amount ($150) because I did not agree to accept their 'goodwill offer'. My house could have burned down and here they are, still digging their heels in the ground for $75. So I paid them the full $150 to be done with this situation and to make a clear point that it's not about the money for me. If it was, I wouldn't have hired a cleaning service!

It's the principle of the matter. It's upsetting that they claimed they completed a full cleaning service and should still be paid, even a portion for the service, despite their negligence and lack of care for my home. Paying for an in home service is more than just the service itself. It's trusting someone to come into your personal safe haven and treat it with respect. Ana's Cleaning Services did not do that and I no longer use them or recommend them to anyone who wants a clean home AND peace of mind that you can arrive to find it better than you left it.

I had seen a neighbor getting their home cleaned by Ana's Cleaning Services. I got really behind at my house, and booked my service easily online. The company emailed me to confirm and set up a time. On the day of my service Madai and Norma did a fantastic job. They were on time, very detail oriented, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Ana's Cleaning Services.

Ana's started cleaning our home around 8 months ago when our previous cleaner retired. They've been outstanding in every way. The scheduling is easy, staff is friendly, and the service rendered is great. The team they send to our home usually spends around 3 hours on site cleaning. It's an incredible value for the price and I'm very appreciative they service our home!

Ana's Cleaning Service has been a joy to work with since day 1. Their website has full pricing transparency and makes it easy to book the exact service that works for you from their full menu of options. Billing is equally seamless with invoices sent via email and online payment accepted.

They have an automated texting service letting you know expected arrival time on the day of service and when the team is en route. It's so easy to text their friendly support team when we need to change our scheduled date or leave special instructions while on vacation, etc.

The team always arrives promptly with their own equipment and staffed to complete the job in a timely and thorough manner. Our home is absolutely spotless when they leave with no detail overlooked. My favorite feature of their regular housekeeping service is remaking beds - I put out clean sheets and our beds are left with hotel-level presentation.

Our monthly cleaning with Ana's is the best investment we've made in years!

We went on vacation and had a deep clean scheduled while we were away. Ana's had come highly recommended by several of our neighbors. I was very impressed and incredibly satisfied! We have hired many cleaning services before and have never had our home cleaned so throughly! We will definitely be monthly customers and highly recommend Ana"s services to all of our friends and family!

I have scheduled a micro clean (bath and kitchen only) three times so far with Ana’s and I am always so happy with the result. I work full time nights and am in school so cleaning is just not high on my list of priorities all the time, so every couple months I have scheduled a micro clean to just have a good reset. Each time the staff has been quick and thorough, I’m so impressed with their attention to detail. I have a flat top stove with an awful groove right at the edge that I can never get clean on my own but they leave it looking great. I’ll definitely plan on using them for future needs, and recommend to whoever is looking for quality cleaning services.

I had a wonderful experience with Ana's Cleaning Company. First and foremost, it was so convenient to book services with them because they were the only company out of many recommended that you could easily book online. Communication was done very easily via text and email including when I could expect the team to arrive. And the team members were very nice, worked quickly and effectively, and our home was left practically spotless. They even cleaned areas I wasn't expecting or had long given up on 🤣 10/10 highly recommend. Great first experience and I'm looking forward to working with them again!

Best cleaners we have ever had! We've cycled through a few cleaners over the past year to find one that we loved and we found it with Ana's. They cleaned and wiped down EVERYTHING. Our house was absolutely spotless. We will be using them forever now. If you're looking for cleaners that get to everything and don't cut corners, these are your people.

I hired this company to help clean my rental property after a tenant move out. During our correspondence I made that clear that it was a big job. She insisted her team will take care of it. I told her the amount of bedrooms including a loft and appliances. She gave me a quote. I was relieved to know help was on the way and her reviews were good.

She sent two ladies that were unable to communicate with me. They called her because she obviously didn’t send them prepared. She then began to threaten to charge me an extra $250 for them just to walk trash bags outside and it became a super stressful situation where she continued to keep adding extra fees.

I ended up doing the majority and I mean just about all the cleaning myself. The ladies washed the refrigerator shelves in the bath tub and never cleaned it afterwards. They didn’t vacuum the rooms, the appliances were left untouched, refrigerator wasn’t cleaned properly.

I reached out to Ana in good faith to allow them the opportunity to make it right. She refused to do the right thing. As a professional…She should have come out to see the job first or request photos before she gives a quote or sends workers to a location unequipped.

I wasted a lot of money just to have to do it myself because I couldn’t afford to pay someone else to do it properly! I am highly disappointed! I would like a refund!!
