Been using them monthly for about a year and can’t imagine stopping. There’s always sweet little touches on top of their cleaning with how they organize countertops, sofa pillows, and all the products in our bathrooms. It makes life so much easier!

And Belkis and Rosa, our regular cleaners, have truly become like family. They are reliable, careful with all of my mom’s MANY knickknacks, and they always take time to talk with my parents about their lives—past and present.

Initially, my mom was hesitant about having people in the home, but now she genuinely looks forward to seeing them. Even with a language barrier, we’ve all found ways to communicate. Their compassion, curiosity, and dedication need no translation.

I cannot speak to the quality of the service but there has been poor communication from YGM in Durham and they have left us scrambling to find a cleaning service for our tenant.

I began reaching out to them in early December '25 with calls, and emails and heard nothing back and eventually stopped by the office and spoke with Alice. She confirmed she would be able to help us and took my information. She sent a follow-up email several days later saying they would be available to help us.

The move-in date for our tenant approached and I reached out confirm the appointment in early January. Nothing. I emailed again, and nothing. Called again, nothing. I stopped by the office and spoke with one of the staff there, left my information for Alice to contact me (again) and still nothing. So we are less than a week out at this point and have heard nothing from them. We would have been regular customers and sent them a decent amount of business but it seems they do not need that.

Just had our initial whole house deep cleaning, getting ready to start biweekly maintenance. Walking into my house after they finished I was overwhelmed. I haven't loved my home this much since the first day I walked through it and fell in love. Thank you, Alice and team, for bringing back that feeling for me! Great job!

Ana is professional, flexible, kind, and meticulously thorough. We switched to Ana's from another cleaning service after the last one was not as detail-oriented as we wanted. Ana's is slightly more expensive, but the difference is entirely worth it. Our house always looks and smells immaculate after her team leaves! I’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company! They did my move out clean at my old apartment and my move in clean at my new apartment and now I’m doing once monthly recurring service. They are fabulous. My house smells so wonderful and my bathroom is squeaky clean! They even were kind enough to clean my travel mug I left in my sink. And they took out the empty sparkling water box that was sitting in my refrigerator. Simply put they are wonderful and I would highly recommend them!
