We had a deep clean of our house done and were very happy with the result. Our home felt much cleaner afterward and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They really cleaned all the little areas that get missed with day to day cleaning. Price was also very reasonable.

I was highly impressed with our deep clean from start to finish. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and politely walked me through their services. During the house visit to give an estimate of the "deep clean" service, Alice was very professional and friendly. The quote was reasonable and honored at time of payment. The cleaning was very thorough - they went above and beyond to clean our entire house, which needed some work. This was a fantastic experience and we will continue to use their services.

We had someone come out three weeks ago to give us an estimate on a deep clean and biweekly cleaning services. We were told we would receive a quote via email, but even though we have checked back with them twice, we still have heard nothing. I can understand not sending it that day as promised when they can't to do the estimate. I'm a patient person, so didn't sweat it too much when we hadn't heard anything in three days. But three weeks means we have moved on.

Update: 2/5 initial review : It is unfortunate that the person who initially came to my home for the walk through has been completely unresponsive since that time. She was nice during the visit and that is the only reason to give more than 1 star. Did not even send the quote. I was looking forward to this being the sole cleaning service I use in order to have someone consistent, but that will not be the case.

4/5 updated review. After the previous review, I was contacted by Alice who came for the original estimate and she scheduled a time for service. The team that was present was courteous, they did a good job cleaning my home. Two days after the clean, Alice came to touch up some areas that were missed in the original deep clean. They did a very good job on my hardwood floors and the blinds. I like the attention to detail in the kitchen. Bathrooms needed a little more attention and some of this was taken care in the revisit. I would use the service again.

We've used them for year. They're very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

EDIT: To this day, I have not received any resolution to the problem. Really disappointing.

I am feeling disappointed with this business, and I would advise college students and young people to be cautious. After my cleanings, which occurred on two separate occasions, I noticed the following issues that had not previously occurred in my apartment:

1. The carbon monoxide detector, located near the ground, was damaged and chirped loudly for an entire day until my apartment’s maintenance team replaced it the following day. This affected my ability to sleep that night. (This month)
2. The custom zipper on my $1500 jacket was missing after the cleaning. This jacket had been folded by the employees at my request, but I did not expect the zipper to disappear thereafter. Alice, the owner, stated she would try to locate it for me in the vacuum by the next morning, but I have not received any follow-up in over 48 hours. (This month)
3. The bathroom tap began gushing water continuously, and emergency maintenance was required to address it. (Last month)
4. A light in my living room went out after the service. (Last month)
5. A sticker I had on my table was found outside my apartment. (This month)
6. Items that cannot be put in the dishwasher (like a plastic spoon) were placed there. (Last month)

There were also minor issues, such as lateness and cleaning items being left behind, which I consider less significant.

While I understand that cleaning can be a challenging job, I have concerns regarding the level of care provided for my property during these services. I have extensive maintenance call records, maintenance request records, text messages, and videos with time and date stamps documenting these issues. Additionally, I felt dissatisfied with the customer service, as I initially received a response attributing these issues (such as the zipper) to my own actions. I certainly would not let these issues occur to my own property, and it has been a stressful experience.

I aim to support small businesses, but I feel compelled to leave this review based on my experiences.

I'm the owner of a local window treatments business and asked Alice for her team to provide a whole home deep cleaning for one of my clients following a lengthy installation. My client was happy with the service You've Got Maids provided and had no suggestions for improving anything about it. Thank you, Alice, I'll be calling again!

Alice and her team are excellent. I have had them doing monthly cleanings for over a year now and it is one of the best decisions I ever made. The cleaners are kind, professional, and take care of things in an efficient manner.

The prices are also reasonable, especially compared to competitors. For an 1800 sq. ft. townhome, they clean my entire home for roughly $180.

Also, they get rid of stains on your kitchen stove that NOBODY else can. It is magic.

On Saturday July 24th I started contacting cleaning services for my July 26th move in, while “I’ve got maids” is the only team available to arrange a service this soon. We asked the cleaning crew to clean what they could in the bathroom and do what else they could in other parts of the house with whatever was left of 1 hour. However, the house situation was much worse than what we were originally aware of and the crew went out of their way to clean the place for longer than an hour simply so that they could complete cleaning the bathroom and kitchen.
They were very courteous and managed to do a very good job in both places with a very reasonable price(almost half than some other cleaning companies I contacted). I would definitely recommend!
