Alice runs a wonderful team of ladies. Her team cleans 2 of our homes and our neighbor’s home. Every appointment is met with the utmost care and professionalism. If you are looking for someone who will leave a smile on your face when the team leaves your home, then You Got Maids is for you!

These ladies were phenomenal. I was looking for a push gift for my 9 month pregnant wife and they came through in the clutch. House smelled so good, they didn't use chemicals but a home remedy for cleaning that was very effective and did a great job. They were right on time and the job took them as long as they said it would. Very competitive pricing, so not too overpriced for the amount of work. They were very nice, worked around my noisy little dog and cleaned things that I didn't even know needed to be cleaned. I will be calling them again in the future for sure.

We had the deep cleaning of our home completed and we were very impressed with the staff. There were 4 cleaners that came to the home and then wiped down all baseboards, washed the windows, and cleaned every room in the home from top to bottom. They stayed until everything was finished. They were friendly and did not hesitate when asked to clean something additional. They are very hard working. We plan to use them biweekly to continue cleaning.

Alice was great! She came and gave a detailed and accurate estimate. The crew did an amazing job! I’m moving into a new place and they made it sparkle and look like new. I will definitely use them for my cleaning needs in the future.

We requested a quote on Friday. Alice came to our house on Saturday and did a walk through with me. We wanted a deep clean of our 4 bedroom house. Three days later she and her crew showed up and 4 hours later our house was sparkling clean, our baseboards have never looked this good! Highly recommend and will certainly use them again for any cleaning we need!

Alice is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Her staff did an excellent job with cleaning, and at a very reasonable rate! They were even super friendly to our dog, which we greatly appreciate!! Will certainly be working with them more in the future.

Our family just purchased a home and wanted a good cleaning before moving in. We contacted You've Got Maids and received a response the same day. It was easy to schedule an appt. Specifically we wanted a deep cleaning of all the baseboards in the house, cleaning of all bathrooms and the kitchen, dusting throughout and cleaning on the windows and window screens. The ladies came on time, completed the job within the the time quoted and asked us to verify their work before leaving.

I cannot speak highly enough of You've Got Maids. We have used them twice (Deep Clean and Move Out Clean), and both experiences were great. Aside from the great job they did cleaning, Alice is very easy to work with and their pricing is fair. For our Move Out cleaning, things were very last minute with other complications (all from our end), but Alice and her team were flexible and really came through for us. Would recommend You've Got Maids to anyone in Durham.

I have never had an experience with a maid service that I felt was of the value I spent. This time, I am beyond impressed. Baseboard and windows, inside and out, door frames and the bathroom tiles cracks are spotless. The place feels impeccably clean and smells terrific. The ladies I worked with were kind and communicative. The experience was pleasant and easy and the price completely fair.

My husband and I just bought a house and moved over Christmas. We were incredibly stressed when it came time to clean our apartment that we've lived in 5 years. Thank goodness I found Alice and You've Got Maids. They came before the end of the month and did an AMAZING job. Honestly I think the apartment was cleaner than when we moved in. Great communication and super quick, they came a day earlier than I expected but that was my fault for not reading the reminder properly but it ended up working out even better for us! We love You've Got Maids of Durham! The maids performed a deep cleaning when we first moved into our house last summer. Ever since, we have scheduled them to come every two weeks for a routine clean of the whole house. Every team is fantastic and attentive to all details. They make our house feel sparkling and new and fresh every time they come. (Their cleaning products smell amazing!) Team leader Alice is highly responsive and flexible to our scheduling needs. I had several hand surgeries and my house, especially the floors, got away from me along with deeper cleaning. I call You've Got Maids. After providing needs I was quoted a great price. All reviews I read were outstanding. So I gave them a try. I've used other cleaning services but no company has cleaned my house like this company did. The ladies that came out were very professional. They did an awesome job. My neighbor was very excited of the results and will be hiring this company. Will be using again!

I recently hired their services (finally!!!) and could not me more pleased about it. To be more specific:
- They were exactly on time. Arrived when scheduled, and left when we agreed on. It was great because it helps me keep my daily activities without concerns. I have never had a similar experience with a cleaning company before.
- Cleaning quality was fantastic. Rooms were shining when I came back. I was so impressed with how much they could do in such a short time. They even cleaned parts of the walls, something I mentioned but wasn't sure they would need to do.
- Friendly workers. All of the people that come to my house were extremely friendly!! Would hear my demands with smiles on their faces and kept the work in line with my needs when using the house.
- Price is a great value for what you get. Totally recommend and will use it regularly!!
