I found Ana’s Cleaning Services a little over two years ago. For over a year each & every time they were in our home cleaning they did a fantastic job. I would come home to an immaculate home & just a wonderful feeling of being able to relax, I didn’t have any worries.

Because of changes in family situations (a seriously ill daughter & grandson in Dallas; a daughter & son-in-law in Poland needing help & wanting to share their new lives with us - our lives changed dramatically & Ana’s adjusted with us.

Well things are getting back to normal (with a few surprises coming our way) & some of our 4 children have returned to living in our home due to Covid. But Ana’s still doing a fantastic job & we are extremely happy to have them back in our lives providing not only a wonderful service for our family but also helping me retain my sanity 🥰

You will not make a bad choice in selecting Ana’s, I promise.

Great cleaning, unreliable scheduling. We have twice hired Ana's cleaning for household jobs in the last 6 months. Both times we have had scheduling issues, despite making arrangements weeks in advance. The first time they rescheduled last minute for a week later, past the original event that warranted the cleaning. The most recent time they simply failed to show up during the scheduled day, then rebooked for several days later. We had to make extra accommodations both times. The cleaning is thorough, just not worth the hassle to get it.

Wowzers! I contacted Ana's Cleaning for a "move out" cleaning when my son vacated his apartment. Admittedly the apartment was pretty dirty and dingy but the two ladies who cleaned it today did a magnificent job! They were both very sweet and did such an amazing job I was gobsmacked! Trust me, even when my son moved in, it was never that clean! I highly recommend Ana's Cleaning Services, they're great at communicating, the website makes it easy to pay and the cleaners did an amazing job! Thank you so much!

I am so impressed with Ana's Cleaning Services! A couple of weeks ago we were in a bind--our scheduled cleaning from a different company, which was to prepare our house for a party, cancelled--and the people at Ana's immediately jumped into action. They were able to fit us in last minute and did a fabulous job. We'll only be using them going forward.

Excellent work, very satisfied with the services. I had to turn in my apartment in a rush so I can move out and the job got done with no problem OMG. After that I have been using them for my monthly needs.

We used Ana’s for years and LOVED them! As someone with a disability that keeps me from really gripping and doing the deep scrubbing it was great to have Ana’s come in and help with those tasks. Upon moving from our house there was no question who we would use for the move out clean!

Ana’s cleaning service is always professional and on time. I’ve been using them for over 8 years, across 3 homes in around the triangle. They have always been reliable professional and great with communication. They are flexible with schedule and always give an ETA for the arrival time if requested. During Covid everybody has always been masked and the cleanings have remained great. One thing I love about Ana’s, that I have not experienced with other cleaning services, is Ana’s never leaves dirty dishes. As a busy mom there is usually something in the sink, even when I prep for clean the cleaners. Ana’s crew always carefully washes the dishes in sink, rather than just tossing them in the dishwasher or throwing dirty dishes into the dryer rack, as I’ve experienced with other cleaners. I would never take it advantage of this by leaving a whole sink of dirty dishes, but I do appreciate the little things that make my house feel spotless when I come home. They are great with my animals, dogs and cats. My kids love to say hello and thank you when they arrive. They work around you if you work from home. I feel comfortable leaving the house when they’re working and they always lock up after. The owner and managers are very responsive to any issues that may arise with new people on the crew who are unfamiliar with the home. If there’s an issue with the standard of cleaning, which has only happened once or twice over the past 8 years, the manager comes out the very next day and handles whatever wasn’t cleaned properly. I can’t say enough amazing things about Ana’s! I work hard and having Ana’s team come and clean is a little treat for myself that is well worth it.

After just 1 cleaning, Blanca and Sayda from Ana’s Cleaning blew every cleaning service I’ve ever used out of the water. They cleaned everything perfectly and even took the time to make the details in our home perfect! Every towel was refolded, the pillows arranged, the dishes were done (not listed in the services but WOW!!), and the cleaner had no chemical smell - it was like walking into my home with a fresh start. I am so pleased to have Ana’s clean my home and signed up for repeat cleanings!! Definitely recommend. 10/10!!!

If you're looking for cleaners, I highly recommend Ana's Cleaning Services. They did a deep cleaning job for us that was amazingly good! Better than any other cleaners we've ever hired.

The state of our house prior to their visit certainly did not make their work easy! Although now down to one dog, we were up to three at one point, as well as leftover detritus from teenaged boys and overwhelmed parents. We had cleared away as much clutter as possible before they arrived. What was left, they went ahead and moved and cleaned before putting back in better order. Honestly, we were amazed!

They are also very flexible and will clean based on what services you select. The price did not change when they saw the state of our house, as I have heard can happen with other services.
We will be using them again. 🙂

Ana's Cleaning Services are incredible. They are incredibly responsive and communicative, and I am so pleased with how well they clean our house! I had a specific request about cleaning our shower (that often gets missed) and they have put it in our notes and it gets cleaned every time. When our crew leaves, everything is spotless! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I have been using Ana's Cleaning Services for 5 years now and highly recommend them. They are very professional, do an excellent job cleaning - they are very thorough and clean things I wouldn't think of (like the top of the dining room light fixture). They are flexible - for a time, we asked them to clean 2 of our 3 bathrooms on a rotation (now they do all 3). They are also very flexible in terms of working around me and the dogs when I'm working from home.

My house hasn't been this clean since I moved in! The two ladies were amazing. I've always had someone come to clean but Ana’s Cleaning is the best by far. They cleaned things that weren't on their list. They really did a fantastic job.

Had a great experience with Ana’s Cleaning Service. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy to do online as was receiving an estimate. The team arrived on time and the ladies were very polite and courteous. They did a great job cleaning my house. Now they come on a bi-weekly basis.
Communication can conveniently be done via text message and replies are always quick.

Found Ana's Cleaning when several of our regular cleaners had turned us down on a quick turnaround clean needed for a house listing. It was so easy to schedule online, and they got right back to me! They moved their schedule around to fit us in and did a great job. Really appreciate how responsive they are, the ease in scheduling and the ability to make online payments too. The sellers have been happy with the results... houses are ready to sell! They make my job easier and that makes me happy! Five Stars!

I have been using Ana's Cleaning Services every 3 or 4 weeks for about a year, and have been extremely pleased with the results. They always do a great job cleaning my apartment. They are extremely flexible and willing to work with my schedule, which is great for me because I travel for work and don't always have a consistent schedule. Being able to book and reschedule over text message is also very convenient! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the Durham area.

I have used Ana's Cleaning twice so far for deep cleaning, and both times have been extremely pleased. The whole team at Ana's is wonderful, and has really helped me out in preparation for company and covering for me when life has given me some lemons. Communication leading up to the service is friendly, professional, accommodating and so helpful. The actual service is excellent, our house sparkled and every detail was tended to thoroughly. I have so appreciated the follow up and care I have decided to make this a regular treat to myself.

Ana’s cleaning has been cleaning my home for almost 2 years now. They are professional, provide wonderful customer service, have great pricing, are flexible (we had a really stressful move to a new home, and Ana’s cleaning worked with us to make sure everything got done on time and we got 100% of our security deposit back). They are so sweet to my toddler, who tries to “help” clean. They are the only company I will trust with cleaning my home. Try them, you will be so glad you did!

I use Ana's Cleaning for cleaning when my renters leave. They have always been on time and done exactly what I asked. I appreciate their extra attention to bathrooms. I have found the front-office staff extremely responsive to my questions and to adapting to schedules that sometimes have to be changed. Although many of their workers speak limited English, their is almost always one on each team with whom I can communicate in English. If not, I use Google Translate. This is the only reason that I offer four stars instead of five.

Wow! Amazing! Our house has never been this clean. The personal touches of gathering our dog’s toys and all the small details. They did an amazing job and the whole process from scheduling to paying was easy! High recommend!

I have been using Ana's Cleaning Services for both my home and businesses for over 15+ years! NO ONE can compare to her attention to detail, her trustworthiness (she has had keys to my house for that long), her punctuality and most of all outstanding customer service. Nothing ever broken, out of place or rearranged and that is important for me cause I have OCD about those things. Satisfaction guaranteed is an understatement. If anyone is considering to seek out her services and/or reading reviews because you are looking for a reference, look no more. I have NEVER had an issue or complaint in over 15 years and did I mention they are so trustworthy? So much so that even the loose change around the house ends up in a pile on my counter 😊
