Great experience with there work hard workers very respectful and professional

Very pleasant workers were able to clean the gutters on our very steep roof. I will certainly use this company for other work at my house.

Community Based Landscaping are hardworking, honest, dedicated super-pros, a pleasure to work with.
I am very picky and have tricky scheduling needs, and they do their best to work with me. I hope to work with them more in the future. -
Will and his team had started a job for us and we ran into problems. He was kind enough to readjust his time and schedule to help us to re think and solve the yard problem. We would highly recommend CBL to anyone looking for quality work, fair prices, a company that works work with you to achieve your goals, and great guys!

CBL has done my mowing for 2 years (and counting!) and have been wonderful to work with. They do an excellent job, leaving the property looking great, stay on top of scheduling. They and have always responded with flexibility to accommodate my family's plans for outdoor events if those affect when we need their help. Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE this guy. He clearly has serious mental problems. I complained about ONE thing that we had previously had a discussion about and he BLEW UP. He called me a liar and said I must be "on medication". *The customer is always right* means nothing to this guy. Neither does being even remotely on time. Oh yeah, he also called me a "pu$$y in a wheelchair".

Kerwin did a fantastic job on my yard! He installed mulch, did all the weeding, installed rock, and then planted some beautiful plants in the front and back. My yard has been completely transformed! Kerwin is very polite and he always shows up on time. He is knowledgeable about plant selection and he even killed the wasps nest in my yard. Thanks Kerwin for your superior service and your willingness to go above and beyond for your customers!

Aweful! Have you seen their crew who are constantly on cell phones and cannot SEE the lawn that they constancly MISS cutting although the HOA pays them? They run over a sign in the yard, never pay to replace it and deny it yet I watched them do it. Ruppert Landscapers had ethics and paid for the damage their crew did. I have watched crew drive by an entire area of the community on a mower and NOT mow it at 1:30 pm and have not returned to do so in 2 weeks. Now WAY OVERGROWN. The "Supervisor" drives their truck through to "check" while also on the CELL phone the entire time and while leaving the community. No notes, no observations yet getting paid HOW MUCH? Good Grief, see accountability. Just paycheck collectors. Take their Phones AWAY and ensure they have VISION Insurance and USE IT for Corrective Lenses Please! They walk with blowers and edgers in circles and miss many yards, sidewalks as well as the same when on a mower. Who are you hiring? Also, they buy the cheapest, ugliest flowers to install vs Ruppert or Bland Landscapers....who I wish the decision makers in this are would return to vs cheaping out.

Do not hire this company and do not waste your money. They charge far too much for the poor quality of work they deliver. The lawn was cut too short and the grass died. Then, they damaged things on the property without making any effort to repair them. Speaking with the crew leaders or management is completely pointless because they either ignore the issues or come up with excuses instead of fixing the problems. The service is unprofessional, careless, and not worth the cost.

This business is contracted to care for landscape at my apartment complex. Destructive leaf blowing and damage to property, in spite of my having left a note asking for them to take care and if necessary, skip my residence.

This landscaping company’s work is extremely disrespectful. Every week when they come to “service” my apartment complex, it looks worse than before they came. Every week my doormat and my neighbors’s are blown out of place and crumpled up. (simple solution to this would be to take two extra second to hold the mat down with a foot while blowing the leaves) They also blow directly onto my door, destroying my decor, it may not be easy to see in the photos but there are leaves stuck all over my door and decor from the direct blowing. (where are they even trying to blow the leaves?) along with my patio, which I had meticulously swept myself the day before, there were no leaves prior to bright view coming. After they left my flower pots were blown all off of my shelf, with tons of leaves now on my patio. Again, I had completely swept clean my patio the day before, so why is there now a pile of leaves in the corner of my patio and all in my knocked over pots. They have also previously destroyed lighting decor I had outside by pressure washing directly onto my glass patio door. This company has no respect for your property nor the work they do. I do not recommend using them for your services ever.

My complex has hired this crew, and they don't do anything but make a bunch of noise with their equipment. The complex literally looks the same as before they service. None of the bushes have been trimmed in a year since they've gotten hired. I'm not sure what they charge, but it's definitely NOT worth it.

This review is not so much regarding the landscaping but more back office/account management. Our development uses BrightView and our HOA made it very clear that we need to communicate through our BrightView account portal. There have been multiple occasions where services have not been completed and I followed HOA instructions by completing services requests. These requests have been ignored, not even a message saying that it will be reviewed. What is the point of having a portal or an account manager? As far as the services provided, I'm not sure they even use blades on their lawn mowers. Most of our HOA fee is for their services but we are now looking at paying for another company to do them correctly.

We are very happy with the end product. Price was much better than other quotes. We had some start-up delays, otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Amazing work and customer service by these guys! They came out in December and did a landscape plan for us and we loved it. They planted everything in December before anyone knew we were on track to have such a crazy winter. Everything made it through thanks to their expert recommendations and care.

I wish I could give Leisure Landscapes 6 out of 5 stars because they go above and beyond every time I have a request. They're so courteous and truly care about your yard. Can't say enough good things about them. Keep up the good work!

Positives:
-Paul came up with a great plan and our backyard looks very nice in comparison to the starting state
-The sprinkler system was updated for more modern features and any sprinkler issues were corrected
Negatives:
-Not enough communication around delays and people stopping by
-Our overall goal was to reduce flooding in the backyard. While most of this has been accomplished, in order to accommodate placing an updated gate the ground was lowered in the backyard. This has caused a giant mud pit that has killed the sod placed in the area. The drain installed is no longer as effective because the water pooling shifted to a different area. Our child has even fallen due to it being very slick in the area. I have requested assistance on two occasions and heard nothing on the second request. The first response was adding vegetation and mulch would help. But with the volume of water this would not assist enough. It seems like the same amount of help doesn’t happen after you’ve signed the check. Either ourselves or someone else will need to correct, which is frustrating considering the amount we paid for the projects.
-Had to clean up many large debris items ourselves after cleanup was to be provided
