They did some interior paint work for me and everything came out perfectly . The contractors were professional and timely and the finished product is perfect .

I recently had some work done to my home and this by far was the best company in Fayetteville to do the job.!! They were super afforadable and got everything done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends.!!!

Roofers did a FANTASTIC job!!!! It's the ONLY reason this company is even getting one star.

All in all I would and could never recommend A&S to anyone. My wife adjusted her schedule multiple times around the appointments with them just for no one to show up and no call. That is so unprofessional. Diamond also asked me if I wanted to pay for our floors to be redone before we had even said we were for sure doing them just so she could do one invoice... LAZY! This whole situation was one of the biggest headaches I have ever had as a homeowner. The roofers are the only reason this even has a 2* because they were amazing, but the actual A&S staff is just impossible to deal with and not at all professional!

Worked with the team to get my roof done. Was so impressed with their work, timeliness and customer service, I am doing repeat business with them. In a field that is full of companies, it is awesome to find a company that you can trust to good work, to work with you inside of your budget, and looks for the mutual win. Scott and his team are THAT COMPANY!

Showcase was very professional and thorough when explaining the restoration process to us. Showcase quickly responded to any questions the wife and I had in reference timeline, services, and billing. Ryan and the rest of the contractor team were outstanding. Ryan was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we knew exactly what was going on and kept us abreast of any changes. Ryan was extremely personable and his team was very respectful. My wife and I would definitely recommend Showcase and Ryan again.

Russell Webb was absolutely amazing. He looked out for our families best interest during a time what could have been realyl chaotic. Our fence went down in a storm and they worked so quickly to get everything back up looking better than it ever has. Communication was top notch, and so was the customer service. Absolutely 100 recommend!!!

Terrance was a pleasure to work with. He helped us get through a kitchen renovation due to water damage. He was incredibly communicative and flexible! Would recommend him and his team in the future!

This company did quite a phenomenal job on my project. The structure repair was great, but the service they provide goes much deeper than that. They SUPPORTED me throughout the process. If I could wave a magic wand and shower down blessings upon their project manager Mike Britt, truly I would do so repeatedly. He remained perceptive of the structural needs and checked in person to make sure that the project was done correctly. This company is extremely unprofessional and deceptive. They sent out a technician to set up fans at a closed wall when they knew we had a leak within the wall itself and then proceeded to try and charge us almost $700 for not doing absolutely anything to mitigate or restore the water damage. We have attempted to dispute it with them as the 'work' was unacceptable and their manager (Ryan) and Senior Estimator (Joshua) have both threatened to sue us for "everything we have" and "take our house". We only ever called them in the first place because our insurance works with them but we will never be hiring them again.
In addition to all this, last year we had them do work on a different leak and when we finally came back to live in our house as our insurance's hotel stay was ending, we discovered they had improperly installed a bathtub and we experienced yet another huge leak because of them. They had to rip up our ceiling and redo everything because they didn't install things correctly or bother to check. Just when we thought everything had finally been resolved, there was yet again another leak in the same spot. Absolutely horrible management, practices and 'service'.

From great communication to outstanding repair work… great experience despite a very stressful situation! I am confident in recommending Showcase Restoration for your unfortunate water damage emergency. They are easily accessible, prompt, thorough, and easy to work with. A tech was at my home within two hours of my call. Dale is experienced, efficient, and polite. I've spoken with others on their team at the office and they, too, are caring and helpful.

Showcase Restoration did an excellent job on my water mitigation. Trenton and Micah were very knowledgeable and informed me on every stage of the process.

I wish I did my research on this company before using them, but I was unfortunately recommended them by my insurance company.

We had an upstairs leak that resulted in two bathrooms and almost all the downstairs ceiling to be replaced, after completion we shortly saw another leak from a bathtub they installed. This caused them to have to tear down the ceiling again and redo everything. A day later ANOTHER leak in the same area. It seems they never checked anything before sealing up. Turns out the workers were told to use old parts that caused the leaks.

A few weeks later we had a separate incident where the water heater leaked into the wall and into the floor. Showcase sent someone out to take water readings and set up two fans and a dehumidifier in the garage and said they would be back in a few days… the wall was never opened so there was no reason to place the equipment there. We still had to call a separate plumber. After all this they charged $700 to point fans at a wall. When we protested the charge Joshua Nuzzo only cared about the money and dismissed everything and said we were to be taken to court where we would lose, he also stated they have done this several times. The manager Ryan threatened my wife, stating that they would sue us and take our home and everything we have.

I am baffled by how predatory and unprofessional this company is.

Showcase did a wonderful job fixing the master bathroom, they didn’t leave a mess and kept us very well informed. The project manager Terrance was VERY knowledgeable and made sure he kept steady communication with us to make sure all of our needs were met. Outstanding job

I’ve worked with Showcase in the past on various insurance claims related jobs. They’ve always done a great job. When we had a project at our church we reached out to Showcase. Josh and Mike were great to work with and communication from start to finish was great. They reviewed the estimate and scope of work with us a few times to make sure expectations were met.
