Showcase Restoration did a great job. My PM Russel Webb was very informative, he explained everything very well. He made sure we were happy with the work being done. I would definitely recommend Russel and Showcase again. I would give him 10 stars if I was able to. Thank you Russel .

Brittany and Restoration Showcase were a godsend when we had a fire in our son’s home last Spring. Brittany was so very helpful walking us thru all the steps we had to go thru to get the kids back in their home as quickly as possible but still getting our home cleaned out and repaired. She was readily available anytime I called her. The packing, cleaning and construction crew were all great in their jobs and we greatly appreciate everyone involved in our job. We can’t thank them enough. Thank you Brittany and Restoration Showcase!!

They came out within 1 hour of our contacting them about a water leak in a bathroom and kitchen with found and did an amazing job. They almost completely dried everything out with minimal damage. Russel Webb was our contractor and he and his teammate had our kitchen ceiling repaired and our kitchen completely repainted just in time for Easter. (They did it in two days!). I would highly recommend this company.

The work was done and I am satisfied. When there was an issue I spoke with Russell Webb the project manager to resolve the issue. Russell listen to what I had to say and he made sure that all was corrected. His crew was very professional and was happy with them.

All of the people from Showcase were polite, professional and diligent. The workmanship was outstanding and my bathroom looks great. The workers were considerate and cleaned up after themselves.

Mike White went out of his way numerous times to help expedite the remodeling. He was patient and consistently made sure I was satisfied with everything.

After flooding to a portion of our house, showcase came ASAP and worked to dry out the flooring and then did an excellent and speedy job repairing everything to look better than it did to start. Extremely satisfied with them. Particularly, Justin did a great job as the project manager. He stayed on the ball and communicated with me promptly. Showcase Restoration is Fantastic.They did an excellent work, went extra mile and did painting and cleaning. Our house got flooded in 2023 and my insurance company gave us this company to repair and restore the house. Initially I told the insurance company I was going to get a contractor myself so I went to USA FLOORING to have them do the job for us. To my surprise, they told us Showcase Restoration do detail work than they do so if I wanted a detailed repair I should stick to Showcase Restoration. I really recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work. They’re very professional and have listening ears to your needs. Thank you for the amazing work 🙏🙏❤️

Showcase is doing work next door to me and they took upon themselves to use my power without asking then i approached them they assured me I would be reimbursed gave me a number to call and all I have been getting is a Run around

Showcase was contracted by my insurance agent to repair a bedroom damaged due to a water heater leak. They were thorough, and clear in their communications. They removed the rug and padding and made sure walls, insulation and electrical were not compromised by the water. After the drying process Mr. Terrance Hunt the Project Manager brought samples of flooring so I could choose one. Everything was completed in a timely manner. My floor looks beautiful. I am very pleased and impressed with their work. Showcase and their team of contractors were very helpful, and professional till the end.

This company did a fantastic job from start to finish! They discussed the mitigation and repair process, as well as being thoughtful about communication preferences as our day jobs make texting easier and they ensured that each person throughout both parts of the process was timely and efficient. Our Project Manager Kevin, had multiple check points through our project to ensure proper completion! They completed the repairs to my request and everything turned out perfect! We would certainly use this company again!

Brian project mgr was great! He made sure everything was taken care of. The roofers did a great job on the roof. I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Showcase Restoration to anyone who needs their roof done.

There were a few set backs throughout the process but in the end our floors, walls and home look beautiful after Showcase Restoration and Terrance who was the program manager for our home restoration, completed the project. Terrance was respectful and understood our concerns throughout project.

Terrell and Geonte went above and beyond to help when I had a leak and they took the time to help me understand how the insurance process works. I highly recommend this company

Accurate and steadfast in communicating and fixing any minor setbacks promptly and to our Satisfaction.. Definitely went above and beyond for this project and I appreciate his swiftness in getting my project completed in a timely manner once it was assigned to him.

The people at Showcase have been awesome to work with. We had a vehicle crash into our building in March. I made a call to these guys and they jumped right in feet first. I had the pleasure of meet Patrick McLeod first who then introduced us to Josh Nuzzo. Both of these guys are very knowledgeable of job at hand and have been absolutely a god send. I've never had a problem contacting them or them returning my calls. There is no doubt in our minds that the people at Showcase are the guys to go with!! I had some damage to my storage area, and Mr. Russell and his team at Showcase Restoration did an outstanding job. Even though there was a delay due to the city permit, Mr. Russell kept me informed every step of the way and worked diligently until everything was completed.

He restored my storage beautifully, rebuilding the shelves exactly as they were before. He also fixed my carport, where one of the posts had come loose. Everything turned out great!
