A car ran into my 90 year old Victorian home destroying part of the porch and a column. See picture. I did not think it possible to match the column, but they did a very good job at it and the porch/brickwork looks just as it did before the incident. I will use them in the future and would recommend this company.

This is a terrible business. If I could give less than 1 star I would They completed the repair of the floor in the house that I bought. They put in snap together laminate flooring in April we bought the house in July. It was already coming apart in July. I spent months playing phone tag with them and getting them to come out and look at it. They continually told me that they would definitely fix it as it had only been a few months even though it was no longer under warranty since we bought it after the repairs had been done. They even sent someone out to look at it who pushed some of it back together and made other sections worse by separating the boards further. After the person taking point on the project went on vacation and eventually got back to me he told me they would not be repairing it. (I called him multiple times that day before he finally called me back.) I said were you not going to tell me you weren't going to repair it. He said "well I'm calling you now aren't I? I didn't have to." This office is disorganized, very unprofessional and their work doesn't even last months i would not recommend this business to anyone.

My experience with this company starting from November 1st, 2023, after a toilet leak and septic backup, left much to be desired. They began by removing all my laminate flooring, which I understood given the situation. However, there was also damage to one of my kitchen cabinets due to a leak. Despite this, they went ahead and removed all lower cabinets and cut drywall where there was no water damage, neglecting the areas that were affected.
Showcase (Phillip) suggested getting rid of all my furniture, even though it hadn't been touched by water. I disagreed and asked to store them in the garage, fearing my insurance wouldn't cover replacements. I reached out to my insurance, and as I suspected, they wouldn't cover it. Unfortunately, they ended up doing unnecessary work and struggled to put things back together. Surprisingly, they tore apart the house before the insurance assessment.
Regarding repairs, Terrance and Brittany estimated completion in about a month and a half, possibly before Christmas. However, it took five months. Terrance, the project manager, provided a lot of incorrect information, requiring me to point out many mistakes. It was frustrating to have to keep an eye on the work that should have been obvious to them.
I was told on December 21st, 2023, that the cabinets were ordered and would arrive in four weeks. However, I later learned that Terrance hadn't placed the order until January 26th, 2024. I had to wait an extra four weeks and had to tell him when they arrived. Additionally, they installed the wrong flooring in the bathroom without consulting me, even though I gave them the product information.
I also mentioned to Terrance that the granite had been broken into pieces to avoid delays. Terrance assured me that new granite was ordered and instructed me to dispose of the old one. Luckily, I kept it, as they ended up reusing it and even claimed reimbursement for new granite from my insurance. Every time I saw Terrance, I had to remind him that my closet was two different colors. Despite mentioning it multiple times, he never addressed it. After four times telling him, I stopped bothering, realizing he wasn't going to fix it.
They also tried to claim replacement for all of my backsplash when they only broke two pieces. They claimed a lot of work they didn't actually do but somehow got paid for it. They would have received more money for things they claimed they didn't do if I hadn't read the paperwork. Although I pointed out these issues to Terrance, he acknowledged the work wasn’t done.
When I tried to talk about these problems with Showcase (Joshua), it felt pointless, as he brushed them off as insignificant. He made it clear that they would get paid anyway. Frustrated, I eventually gave up and just wanted to settle things.
I tried to schedule an appointment with Terrance to have my furniture returned weeks before I moved back in, as we had been away for too long. However, he kept promising to check on it without following through. On the day I moved back in, I had to remind him, as he seemed to have forgotten our previous discussions. By then, it was too late, so I had to clean the house myself and move my furniture back in, despite them being paid to do so. I found myself having to gather cigarettes from my back porch and yard. Although Terrance instructed the workers to collect them from the front, it seems they overlooked the back area.
Even after four months, they still haven't finished the job, and their scheduling seems disorganized. They began working according to scheduled appointments at my request, as I was back in my house. However, they only managed to complete small tasks. The quality of their work was depressing and fell far short of the standard it should have met. To conclude on a positive note, my son's Nintendo Switch was missing during the packing process. Despite my initial concern, when it couldn't be found after I unpacked myself, they reimbursed me for it.

Showcase recently completed a full restoration of my master bathroom following some water damage. They were very fast and efficient, and Terrence maintained great communication through the whole process. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Showcase Restoration.

Showcase Restoration has been there for us since Day 1. Our home caught fire on June 19, 2021 in the midst of the COVID pandemic and Showcase Restoration rebuilt our home to be even better than it was before. Larry Dendy was our Project Manager and he was in constant contact with us. He was truly a Godsend. Although there were shipping delays due to COVID, Larry made sure we were informed and went above and beyond to find products that were available in a more timely manner. The owner Wayne, was hands-on as well & made himself available for any need we had. From the original contact person, Lynn to the final with Larry, our family is pleased to be back in our home, even better than before. Thank you to all the team players with Showcase Restoration for making what began as one of the worst events of our lives become a beautiful reality!

I may have had a problem that is typical of homeowners, that of water damage to the sub flooring. In my case, it came from a dishwasher, resulting in a slowly progressive failure (cracking tiles) in the kitchen.

When I contacted Showcase Restoration, they responded immediately. Brittany, the “estimator”, did a brief investigation to assess the problem and provided an estimate for the repair. A “Mitigation team”, led by Ryan, pulled up the affected tiles arrived shortly afterward and dried out all the affected areas of the kitchen floor. Later, a repair team, led by Omar, arrived and not only rebuilt the affected areas, but actually, made the kitchen much nicer than it ever was before.

I am very satisfied by the work done! It was also accomplished in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

This company is fantastic!! Stop looking and just hire them! Showcase Restoration worked with our insurance to help us restore our home after a house fire in January 2023. From our first communication with Mr. Thomas Nuzzo I knew I was in good hands! He told me that what I was going through was going to feel like riding a roller coaster with all the ups and downs. Some days were going to be great and others may be hard. But when I’m having one of those hard days or I don’t feel good about anything (the work, the process, etc.) that I should reach out to him and he would help me get back on track. It was so kind and it really helped give me peace of mind! Mr. David Lassiter and his mediation crew were wonderful as well. They took such care cleaning our home and making sure our belongings were taken care of. But I feel like I hit the lottery with my project manager Isaac Edge! He is so good at his job! He was in constant communication with me and explained every step along the way! I loved that he was always straight forward and honest about the process. This kept my expectations in perspective. He turned my kitchen from a total disaster to something beautiful! Isaac is TOP Notch, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. My home is better than it was before the fire and I know I have this company and it’s employee’s to thank! Showcase is compassionate, professional, communicative, and efficient. After the house fire I was reeling with emotions and worry but they did an amazing job but putting my mind at ease and keeping me informed throughout the completion of the job. My home is beautiful and I know I have Showcase Restoration to thank!! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking. You will not regret it!

On 02/05/2026, I contacted Showcase Restoration because a water line had bursted and flooded our church. Within an hour, Ryan was on site and within an hour and a half, a mitigation team was on site drying out the building. Although there is still some reconstruction to do, we were able to hold services in our church yesterday, 02/15/ 2026. Anthony B. and Hunter S. from the Mitigation Team did an outstanding job of drying out the building, often working extra hours to finish up. Anthony kept me informed of the progress at every step as has everyone that I have had contact with at Showcase Restoration. Anthony and Hunter made sure our building was completely dry and mold free. In fact, there were several comments about the lack of a damp smell in the building. Based on the work to date and the contact I have had with Anthony, Hunter, Ryan, Micah, Brittany, Jessica and the others, I would not hesitate at all to recommend Showcase Restoration.

Showcase responded immediately and provided exceptional workmanship while giving us great advice on selecting cabinets, countertops, paint, and flooring for the new kitchen.
