Experience was great from start to finish!

The plywood was so warped and the 2x10x16 were the worst I've ever seen worse then Lowes. Drove all the way up here from Rockingham NC to get good lumber and my wife told them she wanted 3/4 inch plywood and it to was warped. Then they wouldn't load the truck told her it was unsafe so I had to drive all the way up here to help load the truck. When I got here they sold her 5/8 plywood and warped lumber. Had to unload it ourselves and returned it after hours. 9:47pm unloading wood. And no help.

Home Depot has gone downhill all over the country, but this store is consistently understaffed, poorly staffed, unqualified staff. Takes forever for someone to come to the phone. You can walk a half dozen aisles and not find an associate.
Called today to set up a kitchen design appointment. No kitchen designers on staff, all day. What the heck? How can you sell kitchens with no kitchen designers there.
I like Kraftmaid cabinets, so I'll find an independent store to handle my business, but really Home Depot. Remodeling projects are on the rise. You are missing a lot of opportunity here... -
I put money down for new carpet weeks ago in order to get it installed by Thanksgiving. Waited for a call from the scheduling department, that I never received. Today you can see how far they got (see pic). I cancelled the order only after weeks of them trying to straighten things out. While they did offer a discount if I continued, it was not near enough to pay for the delay and mistakes that they made. Do yourself a favor, do not go with this failure of a service, go with a local carpet installer.

I was at the store today I was at the Skibo store. I would like a carpet I found there today. No one was available to help me and I didn’t have time to wait around. I bought the runner for my hall. After bringing it home I know that is the carpet I want. I’m having a difficult time with your computer messaging and wanted to look up and see about ordering that rug. I am not able to find it. I don’t know how to find just the carpet department. I will try to come in tomorrow and purchase the rug. I will need for you to deliver it. It looks as if there was no charge for delivery. I am across from Cape fear Valley hospital. I would reach out if there was no delivery charge. I’ll find out all this when I come in tomorrow.

I had carpet replaced with LVP in two bedroom annd two bath and carpet replaced on the stairs. From start to finish, the project was perfect! Great communication, professional work friendly workers.

When the date of install was figured out, the installation was completed in a day, which, I was impressed with. If I had an issue to comment on, it would be all the ground dirt debris that littered around the fence area, but all in all, I am very satisfied with the end results. Thanks for a job well done.

The installer was great! He was beyond professional and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was done correctly. Instead of rescheduling the appointment, he drove an extra 150 miles round trip to get a water heater that wasn’t damaged.

The purchasing of the floor was great at the homedepot in Fayetteville, NC. The install was a scam. The contract indicated the original carpet/floor would be removed and disposed. The Romanoff installers pulled up one corner of the carpet and said the subfloor was not level and stopped, literally took a few pics and walked away. They did not continue to remove the original floor. I had to pay a contractor to remove the original floor, which was included in the purchase of the new floor. Once the subfloor was leveled, the original carpet was rolled up and left in the corner because I assumed it was going to be disposed of by the Romanoff installers when they returned to install the new material on the now level floor. When they arrived they told me that they could not touch the carpet (old floor) because they did not pull it up including the tack stripes. I had to pay the contractor again to dispose of the original floor. Romanoff got paid to remove and dispose of the original floor but through a technicality did not dispose of anything. The customer service person lied repeated saying she would call me back, they would get someone over to remove the carpet and finally stopped answering my calls by sending me to voicemail. I will never use or allow Romanoff to install anything for me, my friends or family again. They knew, in order to fix the subfloor someone other than them would have to remove and dispose of the original floor, that is why the first slight imperfection they see, they stop.

I recently had a new hot water heater installed by Charles, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly how the new unit works and even pointed out a few maintenance tips to keep it running efficiently. The installation itself was clean and well-organized, it looks like a piece of art! Highly recommend his expertise to anyone needing water heater service.
