I am greatly appreciative of Mr. Billy and Mr. Tony at Chapman Wilson. First and foremost Mr. Billy was very professional and informative as he walked me through step by step on what to expect to replace my pool liner and re-do the pool floor. Mr. Tony and his crew did an excellent job bringing my pool back to life.Mr. Tony also informed me of every little step him and his crew were doing and what was to be expected by the end of each day by providing pictures as well.I would recommend Chapman Wilson to anyone with a pool that 's in need of any maintenance.

We renovated our entire backyard completely demolished our porch and installed a pool. We are very happy with the final transformation. We evaluated 5 companies before finally choosing Chapman-Wilson pools. We live in Pinehurst. I know we would not have completed our project in this timeline with anyone else with these results.

Everyone was awesome throughout the process and if there is ever an issue Mr. Wilson will make it right. His business and character are top notch! Karec is a huge asset and made sure there were no issues with pool maintenance or customer satisfaction throughout the entire project. He is awesome.

This is our third project with Chapman Wilson and our first for this property. Two room addition and one we had all windows replaced. Each time this company proved why they are the best. This project we actually started discussing with Chapman Wilson pre pandemic and we decided to hold off. Post pandemic we once again entertained the idea of getting our four-season sunroom added to the home and once again, we sat down with Wayne Stanley the sales rep. Wayne is the nicest and most professional person we have ever encountered, no pressure, listened and provided feedback on our project the help us navigate to a satisfactory end result. Sean France was assigned as the project manager. I want to be honest I have a ton of respect for this man and the many talents he brings to the table. The man is a logistical master. I say this because he must handle all the trades coming in as well as oversee the progress of each task which encompass, Foundation, Framing, electrical, insulation, drywall, paint, HVAC as well as orchestrate inspection through the home office through the county. he is a very open minded and patient individual who understands the customer and our needs. You will not see any more of a professional then what Sean truly is along with his team. Sean wasn't only completing our project, but he was working on multiple projects simultaneously. This is the level of professionalism you will get with Chapman Wilson that you won't see from their competitors. Its why we have returned three times. All the trades that have come in and worked on our four-season room highly skilled and professional, bar-none. Dan is a subcontractor that works for Sean and it would be a disservice if I didn't mention him here very dedicated and hard-working individual. Chapman Wilson, Wayne, Sean, Dan and all those in the tradesman that made this project possible, we truly appreciate all that you have done. Sean you are one amazing individual to do what you do on a daily basis, God Bless you all.

My experience with Chapman and Wilson was great. They walked me through the process each step of the way. Being a first time inground pool owner I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer any time I called. When it came time for orientation Karece was very informative. Lindsey kept me informed of what was next and Bill kept the project moving along. I can't wait to take a swim in my new pool!!! Thank you Chapman and Wilson!!

I recently had my pool liner replaced by Tony. I couldn't be happier! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, Tony and Team did an excellent job. They arrived quickly and handled everything with professionalism. My pool looks fantastic! If you're looking for quality work and a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend.

Work was completed to standard and on time. Subcontractor removed all wood debris from house and made sure the yard was completely cleaned up. Robbie Porter was very responsive to my numerous calls and in-person meetings. I would highly recommend Chapman-Wilson to my friends and neighbors.

Buying a pool is a big deal and a significant investment so I am really glad I decided to go with Chapman-Wilson for this big decision. The prices were very reasonable, definitely the best out of any of the licensed/insured general contractors we received quotes from. Once this crew gets started they move fast, we could have easily had a pool in a little over two weeks if it were not for the rain. The crews were all professional and very responsive to what we ask for during the process. You will not a meet a nicer and more trustworthy man than Mr. Wilson. He personally sent me a letter while we were thinking about who to go with and we spoke on multiple occasions during the project. He lived up to his word and puts his name on every job, it's nice to know that there are people out there who do what they say and who value the meaning of a hand shake. See the pics for yourself, the pool looks great and the kids love it! The pool has been done for over a month but we let the concrete cure before the crew came and put the pool decking down today. We love our pool! It was originally installed last year and despite some issues when we opened it up this year, Mr Wilson and his team, including Tony, Alonzo, and Chris, worked to fix the problems expeditiously and went above and beyond. My experience with Chapman-Wilson was like getting transported back in time to time when a persons promise ment everything. The professionalism started with Bill in the sales department. He answered every question we had, made us feel very informed. We moved forward with the 6 to 8 week inground pool installation.
We went through all the steps to get to the beautiful finished product with a few complications that they handled telling us not to worry they would get everything done, they did it all happily.
Ed the forman, he came often and always assured us on any concerns we had. They answered every time we called. Steve and his crew came in to the yard and transformed the yard into an oasis. The concrete crew listened to all our concerns and changed things until it was perfect for us. David Baxter, the electrician was here in the sweltering attic to install the cable line for the pool. He never complained once. I would highly recommend everyone that was apart of the build. We couldn't be happier. We have recommended Chapman-Wilson to everyone. Mr.Wilson is hands on with his crew and customers. He only hires the best. They will be the first company we call to do any contract jobs we need done in the future.

From Wayne Stanley’s customer service at our time of purchase to Kenny and his group that completed siding, window installation, and a chimney cap- everyone was top-notch and so professional. We hired Chapman and Wilson to install our pool after we had been taken by another pool contractor. While we were nervous because of our previous experience, we could not have been happier with the quality of customer service and with our completed pool. From the beginning of the project to the finish, Chapman and Wilson took care of everything for us, we did not have to worry about a thing. Our project manager was always on site, checking on the progress and keeping in constant communication with us. The entire team was professional and friendly. We could not be more pleased with the way that our pool turned out. When it came time to fill our pool, Karec took great care to make sure that our water was sparkling (we had a lot of minerals in our water that initially reacted when the chemicals were added) and that the pool was immaculate. Karec also gave us our orientation and patiently answered all of our questions. Follow up has been great, even the owner called to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our pool.

I had a new vinyl pool liner installed by Champan-Wilson. The experience was extremely easy. They walked me through everything and did a fantastic job. While people were at my home working they were very respectful and took care of my yard. Not a single piece of trash was left behind. Tony constantly communicated with me and kept me well in the loop about the process and what to expect. Tony even took time to answer any and every question I had (which I had a lot). I felt extremely confident that I was in good hands and the price was very reasonable. I never felt they were trying to up charge me for anything. Every time I called the office they got me the answers I needed immediately and they were very friendly. Overall, it was a very great experience and I will definitely use them again for all pool maintenance and assistance.

The office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She left me a message stating that $109 was being sent to collections for unpaid chemicals from June. When I called back, she insisted they had mailed letters and repeatedly cut me off as I tried to explain that I never received them and that I was told they would automatically withdraw the cost for the chemicals. When I asked why no one had simply called me—since it was now September—she dismissively asked, “What’s wrong with you?” and told me it wasn’t her fault I hadn’t paid, among other disrespectful remarks.

At that point, I'm upset and was matching her level of disrespect, so I requested to speak with someone else, which she initially refused, saying she was the only person who could take payments. She also declined to provide contact for someone above her, stating there was no one above her in the company. Eventually, I was connected to another staff member who accepted the payment, even though she had claimed that wasn’t an option.

The services themselves were never great, which is why I taught myself how to care for the pool after two visits. I had considered hiring them again to close the pool this season, but after this experience, I will never use this company again.

The small balance was never the issue — I received no mailed invoices and was told payment would be automatically withdrawn following the service. If finances were a concern, I would not have hired a company to maintain my pool in the first place.

My reviews reflect my experiences, whether positive or negative, and I can post under any name I choose. Rather than addressing my concerns, your response questioned my finances and past reviews. This dismissive response only highlights a lack of accountability and professionalism.

Chapman Wilson made our garage renovation a reality! We turned our garage into a den and laundry room and it’s exactly what we wanted! Sean and his team communicated with us regularly, helped us pick out what we needed, made adjustments as we changed our minds, and was super friendly every step of the way! And the owner of the company and the office staff are so polite! The team worked quickly and everything is top notch! We’ll be contacting them again for everything we need regarding home improvements! What a wonderful experience, especially since this was my first renovation project!

We are one year from completion of our Chapman Wilson Pool. I wanted to wait to post to ensure we were past the honeymoon phase. We are STILL 100% satisfied customers and can’t say enough good about our experience. If you are considering a pool for your home, Chapman Wilson must be on your list for a quote and consideration for your new pool. They were fast, friendly, and continue to provide great customer service even after the last payment was made.

I want to thank Chapman Wilson for a great job for installing my pool liner. My pool was damaged through a storm that tossed our Canopy Swing into the pool and tore our liner. Billy Nichols our salesman, came and gave the estimate for our insurance company and was so informative. The entire team was professional from beginning to the completion. Thank you Mike, (our installer) as he did a beautiful job! They answered all questions, put in all new hardware and accessories.

I will have Chapman Wilson from this point forward to do all of my home upgrades, from this point forward. They are now coming to do a estimate to replace our windows in our home.
