Chapman-Wilson replaced my deck on back side of house and the workmanship is fantastic. You could not find anyone who could do a better job than the crew that worked at my house.

I am absolutely more than satisfied with the work performed by Chapman and Wilson. They installed a new pool liner and mesh cover. I have a crazy schedule but they were able to seanlessly work with me to restore my pool. The entire staff in office and in the field are polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

From the first inquiry to the final inspection Chapman did an amazing job! They were one of the only ones who responded when I put feelers out and were extremely communicative during the entire process. Hands down the easiest to deal with and with zero stress.

Great Job. We had an issue with our last pool liner (not installed by Chapman Wilson) that leaked and cause mold and a bunch of sand build up. They came out, gave us a price and they delivered. Tony and company did a fantastic job removing an old and installing a new pool liner. They were all very friendly and completely professional. Their work was top notch. Tony also have some great advise on to how keep my pool in top condition. I would highly recommend them and their work.

We had a great experience with this company and more importantly it’s project leader Sean! They scheduled the project so quick and understood our concern for our urgent timeframe, since we started out with having very little access to our basement by using a ladder. The designer worked with us to achieve the style we wanted and while they had to work around a lot of tubing in our basement, they built the stairs, supports, landing and railing in TWO days!!! Wow! The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars, was the fact that we had to call them to come back again to finishing painting/ touching up the bottom of the stairs that were visually spotty after they had finished their work. Otherwise I would definitely hire them again!

The lining in my mom’s pool was over 10 years old and desperately needed an upgrade. So early this year she had called a few pool companies to no avail. Those who actually called back were giving her availability dates out in January 2022. She accidentally came across Chapman-Wilson Pool Company and gave them a call. Not only did they call her back immediately but they were also able to come out to a survey the pool, order the liner (which other companies claimed they weren’t able to do because of the pandemic) and install the liner all within 6 weeks. Their pricing was reasonable and on par with the other companies, Tony and his crew were very professional and the actual liner was installed within a day. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who needs their service.

We needed a completely new liner and some work on our pool. Called Chapman-Wilson and had a great experience. They came out quickly, went over the entire process with me, and ultimately met every goal and date they gave me. The job is perfect! The men were professional, able to just go about doing their jobs without wasting time, kept us in the loop the whole way, and gave us great advice about keeping our pool looking new for a long time. I had been hesitant about calling anyone because we are fairly new in town, but we are SO glad to have found them.

I needed part of my fence replaced and a new skimmer for my pool. I had a hard time getting anyone to return my calls. Chapman Wilson did promptly. They did fantastic work. Added some things that I requested with no fuss. They always kept me updated if there was a delay. Workers were courteous. I will definitely call them again.

Early last week i finally got my pool finished and i do appreciate that Chapman Wilson took care of everything they needed to do!
Im changing my review to 5 stars because they deserve it, they took feedback on the good way and took care of everything for me.

I do appreciate that they take care of the customer and if something is not right they will take action to make the customer happy, thats what is important.
I would definitely recommend them and hire them for other jobs.

My experience with Chapman Wilson was decent.
I want to start giving a shoutout to Chris from service, he is a 5 starts and he really made my orientation to go smooth and clear, and he knows what he is doing, also he made me feel comfortable on asking questions as this is my 1st in-ground pool.

Overall the team was very communicative on when things were to happen and how the process was going, unfortunately my pool got delayed over 1 month of the expected time and we miss the summer and the long weekends due to a tropical storm and all their contractors got delayed and some times it was frustrating see days without anybody working on it or no progress at all. This was a bummer but we had to accept it.

Prices were Average/High and the truth is there is no cheap pools at all.
At the end of the day the wait and price was worth it because the pool looks amazing in our backyard.

Great Customer Service
Our family finally decided it was time to get an inground pool. We called around to several pool companies. We started calling in July 2022 to prepare for next summer season. We went to a few local competitors and they showed us the binder of designs talked to us about size and numbers (Chapman Wilson was also cheaper)
Two companies said they would put us on a build list BUT our build date would not be until July 2023 AND we had to put a downpayment $1000.00 to get on that wait list. I can't remember if that was even refundable but
SOMETHING told us to call one more company...Chapman Wilson. Our last call that should have been out first.
We called and within a few days a representative was in our yard mapping out the possibilities. A few weeks after that we had 2 men, who we had a blast with,digging out and building our soon to be pool. We were very surprised that didn't have to wait!
With in about 8 weeks our pool was done! Beautiful pool.. We can't wait to actually get in it but we love it.
Every contact from first face to the last face we had was friendly,fun and just a joy.
We had a small concern but nothing major so the owner,Mr.Wilson,called us personally (immediately) and made us feel comfortable that he would do everything to make us happy and he did.
If anyone is looking into building a pool or anything this company has to offer....definitely chose them.
Call them first please!

We had an outside door, deck, and hot tub installed. Working with Billy and the office staff was great. The contractors they used did an awesome job. From start to finish they’ve been great. The follow up after was awesome. Couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with them.

We have had a balcony, screened porch, and a covered back deck, and a deck at a separate house also built by Sean and his team at Chapman-Wilson. When I needed an apartment added onto our home to keep my grandmother out of a facility, I told them I’d trust no other team here in Fayetteville. It’s been such a blessing!! From start to finish, Chapman-Wilson Pools takes great care of it’s customers. We recently had a vinyl liner pool installed which was a seven week process and the entire production went smoothly and efficiently. The pool installers, electricians, concrete workers, pool maintenance and Chapman-Wilson office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions no matter how sensible or frivolous. Shout out to Karec Hill who went above and beyond to make certain our needs were met and he’s always attentive and available to get the job done! Thanks Karec for being a great communicator and helpful during the entire pool process. We even got a phone call from the owner, Mr. Wilson himself. We are happy with our pool and we recommend Chapman-Wilson Pools for your pool needs. Two thumbs up from us!

The crew from Chapman-Wilson was wonderful. They replaced our pool liner and we could not be happier. Billy, the salesman quickly came to look at our pool and provide an estimate. The installer, Tony, and his team were courteous and professional. They did a beautiful job making sure every detail was complete. We are excited that our pool looks new again.

We purchased our home in Carolina Lakes on December 22, 2020, we had been looking for a pool builder since then. Being new to the area we began shopping and were turned down twice. We finally heard about Chapman/Wilson through the Carolina Lakes private Facebook page. We could not be more happy with the construction of our pool. From start to finish wveryone we came in contact with was prompt, considerate, and helpful. Billy was our salesman and answered every question we had. Very nice man. Ed was the project foreman and he was on site multiple times to ensure the integrity of the work. Chris handled our orientation and pool upkeep. He was extremely professional and took all the time we needed to learn about how to operate our new investment. Last, but certainly not least was Mr. Wilson, himself. It became clear that he takes personal pride in every pool that is built by his company. He is down to earth and makes sure any issues that arise during construction are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. He stands by the work and makes you feel as if you are his one and only client. If you are in the market for a pool, look no further than Chapman and Wilson. They are the best out there.

Chapman-Wilson did a great job with installing our new pool liner last month. They came out in the timeframe promised and got it done in two days. They were very cautious in the approach and communicated their thoughts and reasonings for why they did things how they were. Very happy with the installation and the crew was very respectful and knowledgeable.

We recently finished having our pool repaired. Billy has been helpful and responsive from start to finish of our project. We had our plumbing tested, filter, sand, and pump replaced; new liner and salt system installed. The guys that came out to work on our project were exceptional hard workers. Tony has been very responsive throughout the process and ensured our project was completed timely; however, more important than that is done right the first time: no cutting corners or sloppy work. My husband and I are very delighted with the completed job! It truly upgraded the look of our pool.
