Jerry Mac and his team handled everything for our kitchen countertops & cabinets. They suggested the layout, showed us a digital copy, let us choose the colors and edges then installed everything in a day! Recommend them for your home as well 🤩

I would not recommend this company. They were helpful up until the point we paid, but once the credit card was processed, the customer service completely changed.

After paying for our countertops, they cancelled our installation appointment once and then delayed it a second time without notifying us. I had to take time off work for both appointments, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

They also subcontract the installation work out to random contractors, so you never really know who you’re going to get.

Unfortunately, in our case, one corner of our island was cut incorrectly. At that point, we were so exhausted from trying to get ahold of someone and dealing with the delays that we just decided to leave it as-is.

Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and quality control was very disappointing.

Creative Stone of Fayetteville installed our kitchen countertops 4 years ago and they still look immaculate! The service was great and punctuality was perfect. I highly recommend everyone to call and get their countertops and bathroom remodels from Creative Stone. Be sure to ask for Jerry!

Doing a complete kitchen remodel and creative stone was in charge of counter tops. I want to say love my countertops so much beautiful quartz. Only issue I had was communication and inconveniences. We did have weather delay which was fine, however instead of calling me to reschedule I had to reach out. And when rescheduling was told there was only one day and time available, so I cancelled an apt to allot for that time. Morning of install I’m called to confirm and then called 25 minutes later to cancel and magically there is another spot on the same day available. Now I’m stuck last minute cancelling yet another apt. Love the work.. love how my kitchen turn out.. just feel communication needs a little work. Def would recommend

My entire experience was fantastic. Jerry Mac made everything so easy, and his communication was great from the first day all the way through the final installation and follow up. Each phase went well, and I was very happy with each installer. Each contractor (stone installer, plumber, back splash installer) all had great personalities and were very professional.

Very happy with my new quartz countertops from initial consultation to final installation. I like that Creative Stone coordinated for any plumbing or electrical and not just demo and install. They can even sell and install the kitchen sink and find you a faucet if you need one. I have peace of mind with the Creative Stone written warranty. Five star review.

Creative Stone has done both of my bathrooms. The guest bathroom took a bit longer than expected but the owner made up for it with our master bathroom. Overall quality is great and end results are satisfying. We are happy with the outcome!

UPDATE: Thank you for the reply, but they were in a rush and they should have listened to me rather than cut me off. I had the plywood template already cut for placement as it centered the sink. Had they listened and not cut me off this would not have happened. The sink is not centered (it's nearly 2 inches off), the hole was cut too large, and he did put silicone around it and told me after the fact. I added photos showing the the off center difference. If needed I can remove the sink, and show the hole is cut larger than the cabinet by the dishwasher. I'll even mark out center and tape where the sink should be. Or you can come inspect to see it yourself.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
They did our granite counter install through a Lowe's purchase. Overall the did a decent job. It probably wasn't the easiest job considering it's an old 1940s house and a very small kitchen with odd angles. The 2 guys that came were polite and professional. They first cut the hole for the cook top and did a fabulous job with that side of the room and they followed my measurements for placement in the temporary plywood counter. The cooktop fits perfectly. You do feel the seem a little where the 2 pieces of counter meet, that may be normal. It is sealed with silicone. By the time they got to the sink side they starting rushing and they clearly were late for another job. I had the sink set in a piece of plywood cut perfectly for the cabinet, the sink, attachment clamps and plumbing. Rather than listen to me and measure the plywood hole, the other guy just removed the plywood without taking measurements. The guy I was talking to asked me to cut the cabinet supports inside a 1/2 inch to bring the sink forward for the backsplash which i did do. They cut the counter for the sink on site and measured the sink only. This resulted in the hole being cut in the wrong place and way bigger than it should be (1-2 inches wide). The dishwasher side is only supported along the back wall, not on the cabinet in the middle. The sink barely has any counter to sit on (maybe 1/4 inch on all sides), the plumbing doesn't line up correctly, and the sink clamps won't secure to the counter properly and not at all on the dishwasher side. We paid a lot of money for the counters and install on top of $700 to have the drain pipe moved over 8 inches specifically for the sink in preparation of the final install. When I mentioned it to him he said the caulk/silicone will be enough to hold the sink in place. That's not true, you need clamps too, especially if the cuout is too big. If they were running out of time for another job they could have came back rather than rush and mess up a cut. Or just take 5 mins to listen to the customer as the template was perfectly cut so they wouldn't mess it up. I'm only giving 3 stars because they were clearly in a hurry and did not take the time to do a good job at the end of the job. They are young and will learn someday that rushing a job for 1 customer to make money with another doesn't pay and isn't worth it. A company survives on the quality of their craftsmanship. I realize time is money for them but they clearly overbooked themselves. We paid a lot of money too and not for a rush job and I can't glue stone back.

We are in the process of doing a complete kitchen remodel. Creative Stone did a great job and we love our new granite countertops as well as the undermount sink. We did encounter a delay due to the sink we purchased from another supplier did not work as an undermount which is what we wanted. With Delia’s assistance we were able to purchase a sink that worked. Thank you for a job well done from start to finish. Our project is nearing the finish line.

I recently had a sunroom installed by Chapman Wilson and I am in love with it. It is beautiful and everyone that has come to look at it has remarked how beautiful and well done it is. I had them install a pool years ago and a pergola and hot tub. Thanks to their excellent workmanship my backyard is a beautiful extension of my home and a place we make alot of memories. The service department also comes and keeps us running smoothly and cleans our pool beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone that expects great service and quality for their money. you will get it here everytime. !!!

Chapman-Wilson replaced our very old, terribly weathered, wooden dormers, with beautiful vinyl siding and new windows. They also replaced all the windows of our home with beautiful new, insulated, screened windows. The sales manager, Wayne, was professional and willing to work with our time line. He had some great ideas, and was prompt and courteous at every meeting. He never failed to return a call or answer a question. Our house is very old, and there were some unexpected issues, requiring analysis and logic to solve. All workers took this in stride and came up with excellent work-arounds, leaving us with a beautiful and professional installation. We also have a ton of trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers as well as three rescued dogs. All workers were very careful to protect plantings as best as they could, and made sure pet gates were secured. At the end of the job, everything was cleaned up. You'd never know there was construction going on. I can't say enough positive things about Tom, Jessie, and the entire crew - all just super, know their trades, courteous, honest and always wore a mask in my presence, knowing I was high risk! Because of Covid, and some unexpected weather, sometimes things were delayed. Whenever this happened, we were immediately informed and kept up to date on developments. By the way, they were the highest bidder on these projects...we worried some about choosing the highest bidder, but we are glad we did because we had zero problems and an outstanding result and excellent service from them. The owner even called us to make sure that everything was going well and that we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

I just bought a Cal Spa from Chapman-Wilson for the second time—and once again I am a very satisfied customer! They delivered my new hot tub on time, removed the old hot tub and made the few minor repairs needed on the privacy gazebo where I keep the spa. The first Cal Spa was everything I hoped for—and needed. As a disabled veteran and medically retired firefighter, the daily therapy of warm water soaks makes all the difference when it comes to quality of life. After eleven years, it was time for an upgrade and the new hot tub is definitely an improvement. The improved design—now with powerful jets in the center of the floor—provides me with the BEST therapy imaginable! Thank you, Chapman-Wilson for your continued great service!

My sister and I just got new windows on our house. They are beautiful!!!! Thanks to Kenny and his crew for doing such a professional job. Not only were they friendly, but the beautiful job they did speaks volumes. After the job was completed, they cleaned everything up nicely. We will definately be using Chapman-Wilson for other projects that we have planned. Thank you for a beautiful job and our beautiful windows.

I purchased an inground pool from Chapman-Wilson about two years ago. My pump motor went out and it is just at the beginning of pool season. I called and spoke with Sara and she was extremely helpful in getting what I needed and getting me scheduled. Just so happened that the pump plumbing had to be reconfigured to make it work. This was not an issue, they immediately come up with a solution and had me back operational the next afternoon. I manage a large customer service business throughout the Southeast and I will tell you service at this level is not easily found, with all companies, in today's time. Special thanks to Sara in the office and Karec the man on the ground making it happen. Please call these folks for all your pool, spa and home improvement needs! If you are not doing business with these folks, you should be!!

Chapman wilson installed a new liner and skimmer in our pool . tony and his team where the best they were very professional the team has a few new guys on the team.
