Our mini split quit working when it was in the 90's and I called American Comfort Solutions who had done the install. Brandon came the next day and worked in the heat to figure out what was going on. He did an amazing job in the extreme heat and didn't leave until everything was in great working order. He saved the day for my son who is living in that bonus room! I highly recommend and did to my neighbor who called for service on her mini-split! Great service!

We have worked with American Comfort Solutions for several years. They have replaced two central air units (at separate times) and have done vent work for us. We were offered different options that would work with our house and within our financial means without pressure. Their crews have been very professional and work efficiently during the service they provide. All interactions and conversations via phone or in person have been courteous, professional, and easy to talk to.

American Comfort Solutions has always been there for us since we moved into our home. They installed a new AC and heating system on top of taking care of our old one that was over 13 years old. Brandon and Jason are awesome to work with and so is their whole crew. We continue to have their maintenance plan and or system is running perfectly in this 100 degree weather. fantastic local small company. They did emergency call for a system they didn't install when the company that did couldn't get to me for 3 days in a major heat wave. When we replaced old system we purchased from them since they had also done a mini split in our sunroom. Jason and his team are fantastic

We were told two years ago we needed a new system but AMERICAN comfort has kept our system running smoothly.. when we need to upgrade, we will depend on them to be fair and honest .

Have done business with American Comfort Solutions for many years, all the way back to the 90's when they were M & H. Always responsive, on time, good communication. I have a service contract and twice a year they show up for an inspection and tune-up. When my system has a problem (fortunately rare) they arrive quickly and make everything right.

We have been with American Comfort for years and they have always been friendly and supportive with every visit from general maintenance, to emergency services, to unit replacements.

Our air conditioner broke down. Jason came out and looked over our equipment and informed us we definitely needed a new air conditioner. He also inspected the HVAC system and told us we could replace that at the same time but we could probably get another 4 years out of it. We asked for estimates for just the air and with replacing everything. Jason gave us many options and we decided to do it all and have not regretted it. His whole team were great at the installation. American Comfort took care of everything as far as the warranty and submitting the various rebates we were entitled to. Great experience all around.

Awesome company!! Had HVAC unit installed in 2024. Service was great!! Wonderful customer service. From office manager to techs installing, Timothy and Brandon. Very professional. Prompt service great prices. We had an issue recently that required service call and Carolyn had someone here within 1 hour! Brandon and Luis were very professional found out issue and completed within a hour, explained what issue was and completed. This company is one of the best we have worked with. Replaced two AC units. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently from sale to installation. I've been with American Comfort for many years now and very pleased with Sales, Installation and Service Maintenance! Would definitely recommend them.

We were in the unfortunate position of having to replace our HVAC system because the old one was underperforming badly. We worked with Jason and he was great--understood our needs and we got a great price for the new unit. It also helped that he provided solutions to a couple of ducting problems that we didn't know existed! In the end, we've got a fantastic system installed with improved air flow for the house!

I have had a contract with American Comfort Solutions for many years( >10) they service my HVAC unit every 6 months like clockwork. The only time they found anything of significance wrong with our unit was when it came close to time to replace it, and they “bought” us a couple of more years to plan for the big purchase. It is a small local company and Carolyn has been the voice on the phone for as long as I can remember, and the servicemen always friendly, efficient, and more than willing to show me and explain to me everything they were doing. They come asap whenever I have called them. They are exemplary in my opinion and we will always have a contract with them.

Amazing company!!! They were able to fix my AC issues in the middle of the hottest part of summer and were able to get me in right away. The price was very fair. I’ve been very happy with them. I value their honesty, integrity and friendly & professional service. Highly recommend them
