Used them a few times over the years and highly recommend them. They have been responsive, good service, and very willing to address any follow-up issues. I've had Sergio, Jeffrey, and Jeremy come over for service and they have all been courteous and respectful of our property.

Sergio and team were incredible. They took their time and thoroughly examined every aspect of the problem with my heater. It all works smoothly now and they gave me a great price.

I was saved by Hooah some time last summer. They were fair priced, responsive, and professional. We just had our fall check up and everything turned out great! So thankful for their work and honesty!

Unreliable... No showed twice. Had an appt for 11-2 where they didn't show or call, so I called at 2:30 to see what happened. They rescheduled for later in the week at 9 and no showed again. Don't waste your time. These must be fake reviews for the most part. Better HVAC companies in the area

Update, Sergio and his team installed my hot water heater today. This company most reliable and honest H&AC folks I have ever used.

Today, Devin came to install a insulated vent pipe from bathroom fan/vent to the roof. Before, we continued to have leaks. The roof guy replaced the vent on the roof a few months ago, still leaked after cold than warm temps. The roofer was baffled. He had come by 3x. I called Sergio, the owner, and he knew right off what the cause was. Devin completed his work and cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.

Sergio from Hooah Heating and Air was absolutely amazing. He was recommended by a friend and I am so glad that I used him. He was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed my problem, quoted me and fixed the problem. Even though the issue was much more difficult and took much longer than either of us anticipated he still only charged me for his original estimate. Not once did he make me feel as if I was a bother. I highly recommend Sergio and Hooah Heating and Air to anyone and everyone. The service was amazing and you couldn't beat the price. Make sure to call them for all your heat and air issues. They will make it right. Do not waste your money with anyone else.

This company is amazing!!! We were exhausted from getting ridiculous quotes for a new installation. They gave us the best deal. The owner and all the employees exceeded our expectations! Our experience with Hooah Heating and Air was great. Our system crashed after 2 years of buying our home. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a motor. Jeff, came out and explained all our options and helped us understand the issue, fix, and time-frame. He was very professional and thorough with his details of what we needed to do because we are still under warranty. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Hooah to all my friends and family. I believe our entire neighborhood now uses them as their go-to AC company. Thanks again Jeff for everything!

Sergio came out today after I called him in a pinch needing an honest second opinion regarding a furnace issue. He was thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of the issue when other companies were not and above all, he was honest about the best course of action for me even if it did not necessarily benefit him. I greatly appreciated speaking to someone whose opinion I felt I could trust. It is clear he has a great deal of integrity and cares highly about his community and I highly recommend him and his team for any and all HVAC needs.

Our AC went out and couldn’t figure out why, so I called South Wake HVAC around 4pm. As I was leaving a voice mail, I received a text from Woody. He asked me what was going on. He then replied with their availability the next day. Of course, I jumped on the schedule, because at this time of the year I am sure it starts to get busy.

Jack came out and figured out the problem right away. One of the wires had come loose and it shorted, melting the casing and disconnecting the unit. He replaced the casing pieces right away. He took the time to answer other questions I had regarding the system. I am very thankful not only for their quick professional response time, for assuring we will not be sleeping in temperatures above 80 degrees. We are now hopefully set for the summer, but if not I know who to call … South Wake HVAC.

Woody and team did a great job to repair our unit. Provided prompt diagnosis, effective communication and good service. They were also the most reasonably priced company in the area. Highly recommend if you are near Fuquay Varina.

After trying the services of different HVAC companies, Woody from South Wake HVAC is definitely the best HVAC engineer. He fixed two of my air condition units last summer. This time Woody fixed my two heating systems. Not only did he come quickly, but he also found a broken air conditioner capacitor, a broken heating system sensor, and a broken heating system blow motor within just a few minutes. After locating the broken blow motor, Woody then ordered the parts and fixed the entire issue within just a few hours. Now my heating systems work better than ever, just in time for the cold winter months. I can't express how grateful I am. Woody is easily the most honest, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, friendly, upfront, efficient repair engineer I have ever met. I would absolutely recommend Woody to anybody. 10/10

I'd give 10 stars if I could!
My heat died dead smack winter and Woody was out that same day for an assessment.
There were some unforseen hurdles that arose but the patience and professionalism he displayed were amazing!
Woody completely understood my panic to get this fixed.
My entire HVAC/Heating unit was ordered, installed and fully up and running in 2 days.
If you're the type who's concerned about getting ripped off or poor service, look no further! I can't express enough how great they are!
