I've been with American Comfort for many years. I'm treated as a priority whenever I need them and their work is always good and at a reasonable price. Also the office staff is very friendly and helpful.

American Comfort Solutions is hands down the most professional HVAC company in Wake County. They are on time and very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have them do all of my work and recommend them to everyone in Fuquay Varina, Raleigh, and Cary areas. The do a great service for Wake county and Harnett County.

During a very cold winter, I stayed comfortable with my HVAC system installed by American Comfort Solutions. They installed a York heat pump system a few years ago, and it has worked well for me.

Terrible experience. After a routine maintenance check, condensation backed up and dripped on my ceiling and ate through the drywall. Technicians came out and remedied the issue, but they never sent called me to tell me what the issue was or send over notes for a repair order. All i asked was for the technician to call me back and just let me inow what happened, they said he would call, multiple times, and never did. Then i just asked for a work order to detail the work completed, they tried to send it but they had issues with my email or sent it but I never got it, etc. and when I finally received the work order, the notes had one sentence in it and had no details…. Called back and spoke to Jason the owner, who apologized and said he meant to call me about issue and said he would like to take care of the damaged ceiling. They never followed up and whenever I ask about the ceiling everyone tells me to talk to Jason who seems to always be busy.

I have been a customer of American Comfort Solutions for nearly 10 years now and they have always been fantastic. I was put in touch with them initially to replace some bad duct work and never looked back. They've taken care of any concern I've ever had and are so quick to respond in emergencies. I'm very happy with the service we receive from them.

I would absolutely recommend American Comfort Solutions to anyone. I was recently having issues with my heating and couldn't get my house to warm up. I filled out the the online request for service and received a call soon afterwards and they said they could be there that afternoon. They called at noon and asked if I was home and they could be at my house in 20 minutes. Bring it! Tim was great! Got right down to business, ignored my messy house, and fixed the issue within 15 minutes or so. Pricing seemed appropriate to me. We are now warm and happy.

American Comfort Solutions is hands down the best HVAC company I have ever received services from. All their staff is courteous and customer focused. They are ethical, highly skilled, and very fair on pricing. I have used this company to replace all HVAC in my home, to install additional mini-splits, and to perform annual maintenance. I have been impressed every time they have stopped by my home to do work. If you are looking for an HVAC company you should definitely use American Comfort Solutions.

I use Sergio for one of my rental homes one of the best quality worker I have seen very neat and respectful also he cleans up everything after he completes the job and the price and work is excellent!! I will Recommend anyone to use him!!

Sergio was the best, in all my years of needing hvac help he was the best. His prices are very fair, and he was fast. I will be referring him to ALL my friends and family.

A/C went out on a holiday weekend; Hooah came out same day to diagnose the problem. They were able to get the part next day and complete the repair. Absolutely will use again for any HVAC needs!

Two very important things happened when Jeffrey came this morning, ON TIME!
1) Met a very courteous, polite, competent professional who got right to work and had our system up and running in less than an hour.
2) Discovered to my delight that Hooah Heating and Air are our hero service citizens, (here Army and Marines) that come with the above (1) accolades.
BONUS: Got an education about where "Hooah" comes from. Spoiler, only marginally related to 1992 "Scent of a Woman". Are you that old?

Fast response time! We called them that morning and we had a call back before lunch! Came out same day so we didn't have to sit through the heat! Great service very professional and found and fixed the problem right away! I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Vets helping vets!! All the military qualities. Extremely informative, professional, punctual, let us know what was wrong, charged only for work needed. I would recommend anytime!! Sergio was great, covered feet whenever he came in, checked ALL the wiring and let me know the problem and correction at each stage.

Great service, honest and value for money. I have an aircond problem and search for HVAC repair and maintenance companies via Angie's List. Most companies charge $89+tax for the diagnosis, and some will not absorb the diagnosis cost in the repair cost. Hooah offers $50 for the diagnosis and this will be included in the repair cost. We hesitated at first as this company is quite new, and did not have much reviews. But since all the reviews are 5 stars, we gave it a try, and we are glad we did. We scheduled a time for service in the next morning, and the technician came about 20 minutes late, but it's still ok considering the distance from their company to our place, and our place is sometimes not that easy to locate. The technician name is Jeffrey, he is polite and wore his shoe covers when came into our place, which we like (though he did forget to wear the cover when he come back from outdoor maintenance). He figured out that our air cond drainage system was clogged in minutes, and quickly worked for repair. The best part was, we signed up for the annual maintenance at $150 and all the repair works are free, and we get two more maintenance services in fall and spring! Without the annual maintenance membership, the repair cost is over $170. So, it is a no brainer. The technician cleaned up the condenser for us, unclogged the drainage system, and checked the capacitor. He gave very honest recommendations, and did not push for more repairs. I am satisfied with their services and highly recommend them. I wish they keep up all the good works and high-level of service. I am looking forward for long term business relationship with them.

Good and Quality Service, Prompt with an agenda to get the problem solved. This is a company we all need. I searched a number of Heating and Air companies and found this company online with great reviews and a technician that listened to my concerns on the phone. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time, was polite and went straight to work to solve the problem. Not only did he located the problem but showed and explained to me the cause and my options. He gave me the opportunity to think about my options and returned at an agreed upon time to fix the problem. The problem is no longer a problem and I am back to enjoying my home and feeling comfortable no matter the weather. I inquired about a Maintenance Plan that he fully explained.
