This company is very unprofessional, inconsistent and overall horribly run, I paid for quarterly service, they didn't come last month and today when he didn't come he told me he's not going to be doing my cans anymore, obviously a mickey mouse company, I'm sorry I even gave this clown my business in the first place

I’ve been using Happy Cans for a monthly cleaning for about a year now, and my cans have never been happier! It’s a great value and general life improvement, especially in the summer when the trash cans inevitably become disgusting.

Service is great! Trying to contact someone via email or phone is truly impossible. It’s sad bc customer service is a key component to a successful business.

I am open to changing my review once I hear back from HC.

On July 4th I filled out the form on their website and got a confirmation email. I also was charged $60.

On July 6th I sent an email asking for details about scheduling and further confirmation.

On July 10th I sent another email,

Today I sent an email and tried to leave a voicemail but their voicemail is not set up.

I’m concerned & stressed because I’m a public school teacher and I am not receiving that salary this summer.

I was automatically charged $60 for the service and have not heard a thing from HC.

I paid a year in advanced they scheduled for the first of May and never arrived don’t trust this service.

Great once a month cleaning. Very affordable. No longer do the trash can flies try to create their own society for world domination using my can as their homebase. They have to depend on others trash cans to do their business. Happy Cans: helping prevent neighborhood domination by flies one can at a time.

I have used this garbage can cleaning service for the past year. Their service is mediocre at best. Today they notified me that the monthly cost was increasing by 41.6%. No one I know has gotten a 40% plus raise- (other than the oil companies that many US citizens support such outrageous profits). This company fails to have acceptable basic business skills such as effective communication, texting and scheduling. I highly recommend that you do not use this service.
