First class clean did a very good job. I had 19 windows inside and out washed and my concrete patio cleaned and sealed. They were very responsive communicating through email and text. Chad was great he answered all my questions and was very prompt in responding. I would hire them again

First Class is the right words to describe this team. They came in, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and even fit me in when I had a showing to sell our home. The house couldn't have shown better and I know that the windows and blinds made a difference. Plus, they are affordable!

They did an amazing job at our home. The previous owners here neglected the gutters and exterior of the home and we owned the "creepy looking haunted house" on the street. First Class Clean does a great job looking out for the little things such as protecting door hardware and outdoor furniture. They are also careful not to blow water in your windows or doors that can easily be done with high pressure. In addition they know how to properly use the pressure they have. Excellent job and even better staff. The house looks pristine after their magic today, and these guys were challenged with a couple of equipment hiccups and weather. Chad first took our call and was very responsive and helpful as we scheduled and prepped. Sherlock arrived fully briefed about our house, did a terrific job of responding to a few remaining questions, and went the extra mile to take care of some challenging spots. First Class Clean power washed the back of my townhouse in 20 minutes! They came to provide a quote and immediately said they could do the job on the spot, without having to make an appointment! They were very conscientious and careful not to damage my property, including furniture, the deck and my windows. Apparently power washing can be very harmful to window seals and can potentially break the seals causing foggy windows in the future. Thanks again to First Class Clean for a First Class Job!!

First Class certainly lived up to their name with the services provided for me. I had a very badly stained drive and walkway and it looks brand new after their cleaning. After a very wet spring and summer the mold on my house trim and eaves was pretty bad as well and it too looks beautiful. I highly recommend the work of First Class!

WOW! Our house looks so much better! I was quite overdue in powerwashing the house and the mold and mildew really looked unsightly on our yellow paint. The team did an exceptional job! Arrived when they scheduled, took precautions to tape off around bottom of exterior doors to prevent any water leakage, and got my patio furniture (rockers and porch swings) so clean they no longer need repainting as I first assumed they would! Have used this company for the past three years and will continue to use well into the future.

Chad and his team were awesome! We had a tight schedule to get the job done in time for a party. They fit us in on that short notice, and our house and driveway look great. A great aspect was that they did both the initial visit for estimate as well as the actual cleaning without us needing to be there. We handled it all over email and I didn't have to take any time off of work to be home. We didn't shop prices at all, but I can't imagine you'll find someone to do the job cheaper, either.

First Class Clean is a First Class company. I bought a coupon for their service almost 2 years ago. Right after I scheduled my house powerwash, my son was critically hurt in a car accident. We had to move out of town for quite a while for his rehab. I called and told the company this and canceled my appointment. I was told to just call and reschedule when we got back. Well, that was almost 2 years ago. While back in Cary for a week, I called First Class Clean and asked if they would honor the coupon even though it was so long ago, AND if they could get to me in just a couple of days. While they didn't totally remember the situation (and who can blame them since it was 2 years ago), they came out just 2 days later and power washed the house for me. Did a great job too. The house looks sparkly clean. I would highly, highly recommend these guys. I can't say enough good things about them. Try them - you won't be disappointed. And thanks, First Class Clean!

This is the second time we have used First Class and I can't imagine using anyone else. Chad responded to my call immediately and was able to schedule me within a week. Their alert system is also top-notch, sending me notifications when the work was scheduled, reminding me the day before and letting me know they were on their way. I had Chad power wash my home and driveway in North Raleigh when getting ready to sell it. It looked awesome and my home did sell in two days.

I relocated to Apex and First Class Clean came out to power wash the house and the drive as it was a wooded area. Again, it looked so much better.

Chad and Chad showed up right on time. They were indispensable in getting my house ready for a complete power washing. They listened to our comments on vents etc , moved items that were too heavy for me, covered the doors and really went over the house carefully. The did my porch, furniture outdoor curtains steps and wall. I even had them do the sidewalk, all to perfection. Very personable, very nice great job, and took time to discuss everything! First Class Clean did a great job power washing my house. There was quite a bit of green mold on the back of the house and the white trim was very dirty. All the green mold is gone and the trim is pearly white again. They also cleaned the siding on the window gables. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend First Class Clean!
