Another company identified mold in our furnace area, but the team they sent out wouldn’t touch it. After looking around online I found Atlantic. From Lacie in the office to Keith and his cleaning crew, this company is the real deal. Keith was especially knowledgeable and helpful and I want to thank him for going the extra mile for educating my wife and I on what he and his team would be doing during their visit.

8/15/18: Dan came out bright and early on 8/10 as promised. He made some adjustments to the ducts in the crawlspace as he noticed that the main one supplying air to the house was not 100% open. I did notice the air pushing with more force through the vents in the house. My husband is monitoring the A/C usage, so that should give us a good picture of whether the issue is resolved. Overall, the customer experience with this company has been very good and I would continue to recommend them. It's rare to have someone do a job perfectly the first time, what matters to me is the follow-through in rectifying issues if they occur.

8/8/2018 Update to the original review: It's been a few days since we had our ducts cleaned by the crew. Unfortunately as the days have gone by we've noticed our air conditioner is running hours longer than it usually has been and our house is still not cooling completely. I came home yesterday evening to find the A/C running, but the house at 80 degrees. We haven't had an issue with the A/C all summer until now. It was even checked by an HVAC specialist this past year and there were no issues found. The air feels cool, but it's not blowing as hard as usual so obviously, something has changed. My husband got a hold of Lacie at Atlantic Corp, but she said they can't come out for another 2 days.
Meanwhile, the A/C is constantly running and the house isn't cooling properly, so who knows what further damage this could be causing to our unit. Plus my husband checked out the crawlspace to see if any of the ducts had been knocked loose and found debris left around by the crew.
Also, the valence from the blinds in my son's room was knocked off when they were cleaning the vents. I thought it had simply been knocked off and just needed to be put back up, but it's broken :( It's disappointing that someone would break something in our home and then just walk away like nothing happened. Hopefully the issues will be fixed and we can move forward on a more positive note than we're sitting at now...

8/3/18: We had the ducts and dryer vent cleaned today. The crew was efficient, friendly, and clean. They made sure to double check that all vents were replaced and cleaned properly prior to leaving. The lead on the project was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process as well as provide an overview of all that was done/found at completion. We also got to see some pictures of the debris removed :) Reasonably priced for a certified professional. Will certainly use Atlantic Corp in the future.

I hired this company to solve a difficult yard drainage problem that existed when i purchased my home 10 years ago. I got three different estimates before deciding to go with Atlantic. The person who came out to trouble shoot the problem (Stephen) was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Out of the 3 different estimates I received, this company's solution was spot on and reasonably priced. I thought the office staff was very professional and responsive to all of my questions and concerns - which I had a lot. I worked with 2 people - Danyelle and Lacy, and they were both really good.

The work crew spent 5 days at my house creating drainage and renovating my crawl space. They were easy to work with and clearly knew their stuff - the site manager, Jose, made an effort to keep me informed which I appreciated, along with another fellow whose name I didn't catch.

My overall impression was that this company has a lot of experience with these sorts of issues and I really needed that to help me get rid of this nagging problem. The work is looking great and I couldn't be happier.

Atlantic Corp is a great company. Every member of the staff I spoke with or came in contact with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Lacie is fantastic! She knows her stuff and is on the ball like no one else. Our job went from a quick maybe one day job to lasting over 3 weeks with our schedule and working everything in. Lacie was with me the whole way, going through everything line by line and I cannot say enough great things about her. Brenden is awesome! He knows his stuff and it really great at explaining everything so I knew what was going on at all times. I appreciate all the hard work they all put in to get my kitchen in order and couldn't be more thankful for how well they managed the crazy mess my house turned into. Give them all call if you need mold remediation or water damage clean up! I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Absolute A+ experience from start to finish. Amazing initial call in which the lady that answered was patient and thorough, answering our many questions and alleviating our concerns (we found mold on a few of our ceiling vents). They got us scheduled, arrived a few minutes early that day, did an amazing job and could not have been more thorough, courteous and clean. There aren't many companies that do it the way that they do, so not a lot of competition, but so thankful they hold themselves to such a high standard even being one of the few options around that does this kind of work. You all were AMAZING!

This business came well recommended from a previous customer which is a friend. Dan and Billy showed up on time to clean vents, check for any damage from possible mice in attic and seal vents. Both were very friendly and efficient. Dan very knowledgeable about his job and such a hard worker. I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked and taught me a lot about what he was doing. The work Dan did was well worth the money spent. Definitely will use this business again and will request Dan and Billy to do the services. Thank you!

Atlantic Corp did an outstanding job cleaning our air vents and dryer vent! They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. They gave me a full report of the status of the vents, were proactive about asking if I had questions and answered them all to my satisfaction. I was also able to conveniently schedule the cleaning right away. I highly recommend this company!

We’ve used AtlanticCorp a couple of times. Once about 2 years ago for a dryer vent cleaning and then again today for a whole house air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They were running a special at the time and offered us a great deal! They were able to schedule me the next day after I called to set up an appointment! The gentlemen that came to the house were on time, very courteous and professional. They explained what they were going to do and when they were finished, they reviewed everything with me. I have had 2 excellent experiences with AtlanticCorp now and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Best experience ever. Dan and Billy, the servicing technicians, were top notch. Friendly, highly experienced and qualified...and they did a GREAT job cleaning our duct work. And the office manager, Lacie, kept us in the loop every step of the way. They even took care of some minor items they found at no extra charge. We were so impressed with Atlantic Corp that we hired then again to clean and seal our crawl space.

Brandon and the team were back out the very next week to repair the crawl space, and they even found a problem with the crawl space drain - which they repaired as well! Super customer service, competitive pricing and OUTSTANDING work! Thanks Atlantic Corp!!

I guess I am happy w/ the work, although I know nothing about vent cleaning so I wouldn't know as I a not opening my vents and inspecting them. They were able to attach my dryer vent which was great and fix vent leakage and mold growth w/some additional add on service that was done the same day which was great. They said we had mold in my ducts which they got rid of which was awesome. I was kept informed during the service which I appreciated and my questions were answered. But I have to take away 2 stars because I was provided no receipt after service was complete and then they charged my card prior to the services and charged it again after service was rendered. I had to call them to let them know. They advised they would send receipt and adjust the overcharge and its been a week and I still did not get a receipt as requested and the incorrect charge on my card is still present. My credit card company said it takes 3 business days to post adjustment. I will have to call again to figure out what is going on. Unfortunately, I would have to give Atlantic Corp. a hard pass next time and would not recommend.

Anthony, Keith, and Thomas did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and vents. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They cleaned the entire system very thoroughly, explained the issues they found (including pictures), and gave suggestions for how to prevent future problems. I will definitely be using Atlantic Corp again in the future!

We have had great service from Atlantic Corp. They have taken great care to make sure our crawl space is dry and free of mold. They also replaced all the insulation in our attic, and continue to clean out air ducts and dryer vents. They also have taken care of my other Family, friends and neighbors crawl spaces and duck work. Everyone have been highly pleased with the work. They are very professional and don't try to oversell what needs to be done. I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Atlantic. We hired them to clean & sanitize our HVAC system. The team(Lacie, Noah, Dylan & Tony) were professional and informative from beginning to end. With all of the scammers out there in this field it was a comfort knowing that we could count on them for a quality job & that they are NADCA certified.

Overall pleased with fact that ducts are clean but not pleased with other outcomes…

Pros: crew was nice, gave them their desired drinks as small token of my appreciation.

Cons: left Damage to ceiling in every room that they removed air registers. This required me having to get drywall and paint done in addition to being charged $850 for system cleaning.

Had Atlanic Corporation out to clean our ducts. Noah, Andres and Mike did the work and were great. Very nice and respectful. Noah was the lead and explained everything. It was appreciated that they did a walk through afterwards with me to verify everything was good. Noah spotted a vent cover that hadn't been wiped off and took care of it. Overall great experience.
My wife and I work feom home and the vaccum was loud although outside. I would recommend that you do it when you do t need a quiet space. I did have a couple of calls and zooms and people said it wasn't noticeable. Took about 4.5 hours for 2 systems at my house.

Very pleased with the extensive crawl space work they did for me at my house (mold remediation, sump pump & dehumidifier installation, encapsulation, vent cleaning). Brendan, Noah, Chris, Andres and all other team members that worked on the project were great. Highly recommended!

We were having major issues with dust buildup despite changing our air filters monthly. We were referred to Atlantic Corp and couldn’t have been happier with the results. Noah, Kevin, and Steve C. were very thorough and professional- taking care of all the dust and mold to ensure our air ducts were clean and safe.

After our dishwasher leaked causing some damage in our kitchen and crawlspace. We had to get new floors, replace the bottom of our cabinet, have some insulation replaced in our crawlspace and have all the areas that were moldy cleaned and treated.

We got a few companies to come out and provide estimates and Atlantic Corp ended up being the best fit for us.

Lacie helped us get on track and the communication from her and Danyelle was exactly what we needed. Brendan and his awesome crew came and completed all the mold remediation and demo work in the kitchen in less than a day. They were friendly and professional and definitely seemed to enjoy each other and the work they do. The next day our new flooring was delivered and we were scheduled for the install. The crew that came to install the flooring were equally amazing. They kept us informed and were done installing in record time! The floors look amazing!

Noah, Andres, and Gerson came to my home today to clean my ducts. They did an excellent job! Very professional, courteous, and explained everything in detail, so I wasable to understand. They also discovered some problems, and were able to fix them right away! The amount of patience they put into the job was superb. Highly recommend this company for any ductwork needs.

Atlantic Corp. of NC was such a pleasure doing business with. They were referred to me by my mom's neighbor, and it was such a relief to call on a company that is knowledgeable, certifiable, reliable and courteous!! I called Atlantic Corp. as soon my mom had exasperated all of her remedies to try and cure her chronic cough since September. My last hope was to have her air ducts cleaned. Atlantic Corp. answered all of my questions and concerns prior to booking an appointment. Lucky for my mom, they had a cancellation on Friday and were able to get her ducts cleaned that very day of booking the job. YAY!! The HVAC specialist Noah Rhoten was simply a joy to do business with. His courteous manner made my mom's day. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. His helpers, Ethan and Andres were also very helpful and proficient in doing their assigned tasks. The team got along well, and they were able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. Noah answered all of our questions and my mom and I were both very satisfied with the teams completed work.
