Ace did an amazing job with our dry cleaning, and the pricing was very reasonable as well. Three shirts for $9 plus about $5 for a men's jacket. They look great!

Moved to Fuquay Varina 4+ years ago from up north. When moving to a new place you need to find many new companies to do business with including dry cleaners. The Ace team has been great to do business with...and the quality of the dry cleaning service they provide is top notch. I regret to say that my experience with this business was extremely disappointing. I brought an item in for both alterations and dry cleaning, but when I picked it up for the first time, I noticed significant stains that were not present when I dropped it off. After several attempts to resolve the issue, the item was returned in a presentable condition, but not without significant difficulty. Unfortunately, the owner was unprofessional, repeatedly blaming me for the damage and even raising their voice. In the end, the situation escalated to the point where the owner called the police in an attempt to avoid further discussion. I have never encountered such poor customer service and would strongly advise against using this service.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this dry cleaner. Not only did they ruin my clothing, but they also refused to refund my money. When I tried to address the issue, the owner was shockingly rude and dismissive, showing zero accountability for the damage they caused. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I trusted them with my garments and ended up with both ruined clothing and wasted money. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a business. I had to return multiple times because my clothing was not cleaned properly, and instead of addressing the problem professionally, the owner (yes the actual owner) yelled at me. They even sent texts to me after getting my contact information from their system. They apologized one min then made threats the next. Their attitude was completely uncalled for and extremely disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service, but instead, I was met with hostility. The lack of quality and their unprofessional behavior make it clear they don’t care about their customers.

Recently been going, love how quickly I get my clothes back, prices affordable, and stains are gone! Troy is very friendly, professional, and upfront about wait times around holidays or proms. Highly recommend!

Like taking my clothes there, Troy always taking the time to talk to me about my clothes and caring on a kind conversation.

I came in here at 5:20pm (I hate coming into a business late like this, don't throw me shade), and I inquired about having 2 comforters and a suit cleaned asap. Big shout out to Troy who was so sweet and was able to get my things cleaned by the next day. Usually comforters can't be done that quickly and I messed up on my timing with getting it done and work coming so I greatly appreciated him working with me. The business had the door open for everyone and was very clean and welcoming on the inside. Troy truly was so great and I look forward to coming back here for future visits--but next time I'll be better prepared with my timing! :) Thank you Ace!

Bodicealterations were done wrong, both sides were uneven. It took 4 trips to get it right. The owner was very rude and it still costs $25. The mirror is not even hung on the wall which makes it impossible to see the full dress.

Excellent service and good pricing. Troy, in particular, has been the one to help me in my first couple of visits, and he has provided great customer service. This will be my go to dry cleaner moving forward.

We have been a customer for many years and overall they do a good job but the Best part of the company is Troy! Troy always greets me with a beautiful smile and always asks how my day is going. He always notes special requests cheerfully. I am loyal to companies with great customer service who make me feel that they really appreciate my business and treat me like family. Troy is that person!

I’ve used this dry cleaner in the past for cleaning and alterations. Not only do they do great work but so quick. I needed a suit altered and had it in two days. My daughter’s grown gown in 3 days.

I brought three king-size comforters to Ace Dry Cleaners, expecting a professional cleaning. To my surprise, when I got them home and opened them up, they were still visibly dirty—food particles and obvious stains remained. These were not deep or stubborn stains, but ones that could have come out with basic water and care.

I called the cleaners to inform them and give them a chance to make it right. Instead of being met with understanding or a solution-oriented response, I was met with defensiveness and combative behavior—presumably from the owner. I was told they don’t guarantee stain removal, but it’s clear these items were not cleaned at all.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service was incredibly disappointing. A simple
acknowledgment and willingness to look into the issue would have gone a long way. I will never return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism, quality service, or basic customer care.

The only thing saving this place is the nice gentleman up front! He is always super helpful and friendly.

The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. And your cleaning service is out of this world.

Very disappointed.. I have a ski jacket getting clean and they charged me $60. when I picked it up the jacket had the same dirt and they ruined the fur :( also the owner was super rude.. I came home and used spot cleaner and very easy took the dirt off... but the fur is ruined and they said he will give me a $10 credit.. I will never go back so if you have an expensive item I would NOT recommend this place.. or any piece of clothing

I’ve been using this company for about 8 years, mostly for comforters. I recommend them to anyone local that asks for dry cleaners. However, I cannot get in touch with the owner to discuss a recent issue, as employees are not able to help resolve customer concerns, which is odd. My bright white UGG comforter (that’s been cleaned there before) came home a yellow shade. I was also charged incorrectly for this cleaning, as the employee stated, “oh it’s only a $2 difference.” Fantastic, well I have an issue with the company not responding to help resolve this issue and also taking my money. I reached out on a Friday afternoon and was advised to call back M-F from 7:30-10am to speak with the owner. I called back the following Tuesday and again the following Monday during those times and got voicemail. I’ve left extremely detailed voicemails both times with no response. I will never recommend this company to anybody else OR change my review, unless this issue is resolved.
