I recently had the pleasure of working with Troy at Ace Dry Cleaners, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the start, Troy was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my clothes were taken care of with the highest level of detail. He took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I was confident in the care they’d receive. The results were fantastic—everything came back looking perfect and fresh, as if brand new. Troy has always very helpful. Troy always makes easy to drop off and pickup my items. Troy is always friendly and polite.

Had gone here for at least eight years. Cleaners had done some really good work. On this one particular occasion, I came in to pick up my clothes and the photos will show what the problem was. Some kind of ink had exploded during the process. Okay, things happen some times. The issue was the cleaners didn't contact me to say this had happened even though it had been 10 days from the time I dropped off the items. They valued the item between $45-60 and instead of giving the highest value, they gave me $50. That was one of my favorite items. Just glad it wasn't something really valuable. And I still had to pay for a few other items. There was nothing wrong with them, but the cleaners could have shown some good faith. They'd rather sever a 10-year relationship. Will never return.

When I drop off my clothes to be dry cleaned Troy is always pleasant. In today’s world of poor customer service, it’s nice to know when you go to Ace dry cleaners you don’t have to worry about that.

Paid $20 for my dress to be even more ruined (it just had a few spots to fix)— with the lady at the front desk to give me advice on how to clean it as if I didn’t just bring the dress to them to fix the problem in the first place. And the spots I needed lifted out of the dress weren’t event taken out— they were still left there. Save yourself some money & don’t come here. What a waste.

Troy and the team at ACE here in Fuquay are phenomenal. Had a some suits and dresses with some deep stains, and they were able to take care of them and I got my clothes back within a couple days. We’ll definitely be coming back next time!

Great dry cleaners, fair prices. Been taking my dress shirts there for years. Troy is a good dude always there listening to tunes. He’s a cowboys fan though. GO BIRDS! 🦅

If you need the pollen gone, this is your go to guy! Patrick did a great job on my house today! I am very happy to see all the pollen GONE! 10/10 will recommend and will be booking with Mr.Harte again!
