TLC is a wonderful company and the best pressure washer in the area! Scheduling is easy, communication was great, and the service was superb! The crew was very polite and professional. They took care of my home and went above & beyond by even offering to spray off my patio furniture (which was covered in pollen) while they were there. Highly recommend TLC!

Contracted for a house wash, window cleaning inside and out and gutter cleaning. Results were not very good overall so I sent an email with pictures. I was called back within the hour. The manager sent to my house a landscaper for some damaged plants, a roofer for a pulled up shingle, and an entire crew, including the owner of the company, to totally redo everything at my house. The response was rapid and absolutely on point, quite possibly the best response I've ever seen to remedy some issues like these. Everything came out perfectly and I will be calling TLC next time I want these services.
Issues happen to all businesses but in my book, the response to rectify any issues and take care of the problem are King in any customer service field. These folks are Kings for sure..

Our solo exterior house cleaner, Brad, did exceptional work on our house, patio, and driveway. He was on time and pleasant to talk to. He explained each step as he worked. Before/after photos

The TLC professional came to my house to power wash the back deck and driveway. He honestly told me that the deck really needed to be restored and that TLC does not do restorations. I appreciated the honesty. He did the extremely dirty driveway and it looks brand new! I highly recommend TLC for their work, professionalism, and honesty

The crew did a fantastic job cleaning ALL the exterior windows (incl attic windows on 3rd floor and garage door windows). Very professional equipment and streakfree cleaning. Very nice, professional crew and making an appointment was a breeze.

Super happy with the service I received from TLC! My home which is also my place of business was in dire need of an exterior cleaning, which included my front deck. Katie and Stacey were both extremely prompt when taking my calls and working with me on finalizing my quote which they came out over 50% cheaper from another quote I got elsewhere! Appointment was kept and my service Technician, Brad, was also excellent in providing the service with results that speak for themselves! It's amazing how clean the property is, my white doorframe trim almost looks like it glows now-- simply amazing!

Timely, well-priced, excellent and clean work! I have used this company twice—once for gutter cleaning at a prior home in the summer and again last week for my new home window cleaning. These folks did a great job and every step of the process was pleasant. The gutters were clean and nothing left on the ground either. The windows….AMAZING! What a difference professional window cleaning makes and Brad was able to get these tall ones done with ease!

There was an incident and my house ended up covered in construction dust and drywall mud. It would have taken me weeks to months to clean thoroughly between my full time job and other responsibilities.

Brightleaf was easy to book with, tried to get me a good price, and in 6 hours their awesome team of 3 ladies had my entire house spotless. I did not expect them to clean some of the smaller appliances and items and assumed there would be some areas I had to go back and work on myself, but they went above and beyond and performed some true miracles to the international disaster that was the interior of my home. Their attention to detail was highly impressive.

They were also very kind, friendly, and went the extra mile to tidy things up and make pretty folds for my towels even though they were mostly there to deal with the post construction mess.

Having my home so thoroughly cleaned after such chaos was a huge stress reliever and well worth the price. I was also greatly relieved that they used eco friendly products that left the house smelling like flowers instead of bleach.

I will definitely hire them again and recommend them for both post construction cleaning and regular home cleaning services.

They did an amazing job on a very messy house full of dog hair, cobwebs and dust. I had a tough move out of a 2000sqft house that was full of twelve years worth of stuff. I had to reschedule several times and they ended up coming on the last day and did a great job under a short deadline. The house was far clearer than when I moved in. I wish I’d thought of having a move in cleaner back they. I highly recommend Bright Leaf enough.

Thank you for the professional deep clean. This was my first time getting my home professionally cleaned and it was so worth it. The floors and bathrooms look amazing! The ladies were very kind and kept us updated.

Had a great introductory call… very organized and thorough. They gave me a price in which I have in an email quote from them, there was nothing confusing about the quote nor what it involved and included. For what it’s worth, I was signing up for bi-weekly cleans. A few days later I book the first clean. I booked them simply because I liked the organization and communication they offered (not typical of most cleaners). The next day they call me with a price nearly double the original, I thought they were just confused - the lady who certainly sounded to be from a 3rd party, definitely not here in USA - continued to justify the sudden change, I stopped her, canceled my first clean and simply moved on. Days later they’re still texting me about 10% off first clean etc. I do not recommend.

The cleaning itself was fine. However, instructions on what was to be cleaned was disregarded (they went in an area that was supposed to be off limits), an item in my washroom was broken, and the blinds on my backdoor were broken. I will not be using them again.

They did offer to replace the blinds and dish, but there's nothing they could have possibly offered for blatantly disregarding off limits areas.
