I originally contacted them for a deep cleaning upon moving into our new home, we are a family that usually has a cleaning service but are new to the area so we thought we could give them a try! They completely knocked it out of the park, everything was spotless and smelled amazing. They were so kind and easy to work with. We decided to move forward with having them come weekly and we were not let down! I can not express how great it is coming home to an expertly cleaned space after a busy work week. They are well worth the expense and are so sweet and accommodating !

I've been using Bright Leaf Cleaning Services every month for nine months now. They have been consistent. Always on time (if not, someone contacts me to give me the new arrival time), they do a wonderful job on my home! I've never had a complaint about the cleaning team.

Bright Clean came into an awkward situation with my store as I still had trades working. There was no complaints. The girl just took over and cleaned my store from top to bottom. Very professional on there part. The store Manager was thrilled with the store. I don't think she would have been happy if she had seen it before the Bright Clean girls took it over.
I will use them every time I'm in town from now on.

2 ladies showed up ahead of time. Worked hard for 5 hours deep cleaning an older house that we will move in to next week. Did an amazing job cleaning all of the appliances including a very dirty stove that I did not think would ever come clean. Now it looks brand new!

I hired Bright Leaf Cleaning on Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday! A very quick turnaround time and they did an AMAZING job - my oven looks like a different oven and every single room looks and smells great. The ladies who came were incredibly kind and asked each time they finished an area of the house if they needed to do anything additional. I would absolutely use Bright Leaf Cleaning again - it was worth every penny!!

They are supposed to clean my house and their manager pull them away to clean another apartment and then come back. I rejected and let them leave. I didn’t realize that the fee was already charged. So I ask for refund. The business owner want me to remove my previous negative review in change of my refund. So obviously, this is a regular trick they do to remove negative reviews. And very likely, they offered some sort of credits to exchange for a five star review.

I also found this business‘s 2 star review on Yelp, which is close to my experience. So be careful!!!!

Arrived at a reasonable time, worked quickly and was very detailed. The service was definitely more than we expected and although there was a bit of a language barrier it didn’t affect the great service provided. Entire staff was very friendly. Would recommend!!! 😊

The best cleaning service I have ever used. We hired Bright Leaf to do a move out cleaning. It was the last service we had done before our final walk-through before we listed. We arrived and the house was spotless! I cannot recommend this service enough. We will definitely be using them again-10/10.

Noemi O did a phenomenal job cleaning my house but the whole experience was great. It was something I had been wanting to do since we moved into our new house and just did it one night. The company reached out almost immediately and helped me through the whole process. I even lived slightly outside their service area but they were able to find me someone that same night!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I scheduled them for a move-out clean, which they performed. However, key items were missed. Bright Leaf cleaning immediately took responsibility and moved heaven and earth to make the matter right, which they did. Miscommunications happen. It's how companies and individuals respond that make the difference. I would hire Bright Leaf again in a heartbeat.

Could not have asked for a better result. The team did a great job with a deep cleaning and restoring the house to the point it was hard to see the difference between today and 7 years ago.

The service was not good... the two women were nice and showed up on time, but they had no prior knowledge of the conversation I had with the woman at the office... that I was moving out and I explained that the main reason I needed help was to use a hipa filter vacuum to clean up the roach poop in the attic on the shelves. I walked up to the attic and showed them... afterwards I checked and they did a terrible job. They said the vacuum could reach in the back... and I said, well could you use a rag? ... then I noticed a few spots that weren't far back at all but they "just missed" ...

I was working in and out while they were here and after they left, I noticed multiple spots they missed like the landing of the stairs, inside the closet of the bathroom, above the cabinets... they also didn't clean inside of the cabinets... and for some reason now after they cleaned it, our fridge isn't working and I’m not sure why...

I also noticed that if there as something on a shelf, they didn't wipe it clean or wipe around it... I'm basically redoing the clean myself or maybe I'll hire another company. Terrible experience and a waste of $400+ for under three hours of very mediocre work.

Came home to a clean, fresh smelling house! Smallest details were done, communication was wonderful, and I can hardly wait for them to come back.
