I did not get the service I paid for (move out clean). It doesn’t look like anyone was even in my home. As seen in the text, I was told appliances would be clean, bathrooms would be deep scrubbed. The pictures show otherwise. This service is a scam. Find any other cleaning service for your needs.

Edit: The owner did get back to me, and reported that the cleaner uploaded the wrong photos. They went back the next day and sent me the correct photos, showing a much better job. Communication was spotty at times until I left a negative review, but the owner was ultimately responsive and the cleaner delivered the service promised.

Elideth and her team were phenomenal. Organized, thoughtful and a joy to have at the house. Would definitely work with them again. Five stars!

Wow... Irma showed up this morning to my very messy house and I cannot be more thankful. I could sit here and cry. I have been completely overwhelmed and never seem to get caught up on all the things around the house. The level of care that went into cleaning is unbelievable. They cleaned this house better than I ever could. Because of the care they put into making sure things were clean I was able to focus on getting other things done. I don't think people really understand how much having a clean space can impact your mental health and having them come in and take care of this for me lets me breathe a bit easier. So very thankful for them and the beautiful early Christmas present. Will recommend them to anyone and look forward to them being back!

Over priced. Over promised and under delivered on deep clean. Major disappointment. Will never use this cleaning company again. Spoke to management and owner and they complained about cleaning. Which is crazy because that I what I paid almost $600 for them to do. 2 women came and barely spoke English. Asked for a review and did not deep clean.

Very nice team, the scheduling and communication was prompt and easy. They initially missed some areas but came back the following day as they wanted 100% satisfaction. I was pleased with the final home cleaning.

NEVER -- ever hire this company. Was recommended by someone. 60% was dusted. Floors were sticky after they left. They do the bare minimum unless you pay them even more to do a "deep clean" We did not need a deep clean. The house was clean. They needed to do their job and CLEAN! My wife contact them the same night was asked to send "proof". Proof? Okay so we did. A week goes by nothing was rectified and was told it was too late to do a re-clean we will give you a $75 credit. SMH. This should have been rectified the night we called for next day. We have cleaners for years but because we moved we needed new cleaners... these are NOT the ones. Do not allow them into your home.

Very disappointed in the service we received for our deep cleaning last Friday (1/23/26). A lot of things were left not done or poorly done. We originally signed on for the promo they had going for a reduced rate deep clean of our house, but because of how bad of a job was done, we opted to cancel the other cleanings because we couldn’t trust it was going to be done up to standards. The floors were “mopped” but I was able to wipe dirt off the floor with a wet wipe, which is not a deep clean. We had our cats locked up in two separate rooms, one being our new nursery. For this room, we told the cleaners to leave that room alone and to not open the door because of our one cat who doesn’t take kindly to strangers nor did that room need cleaning. I went to speak with my husband for a few moments, and when I returned, they were in there cleaning and had let our cat out. I reiterated that we did not need that room clean and that the room with the other cats (who are friendly) was the room we wanted cleaned. Dust was left over doors and they didn’t touch the hardwoods and there were stains left on the counters. All we were offered was for them to come back during the ice storm to finish the job or take $50 off the regular price. This was handled by management so poorly that I do not recommend hiring this group to clean your home. $50 off while adding back extra for a regular deep clean isn’t good customer service. I expect a lot more of a deep clean than what we were left with for what we paid.

I got the deep cleaning service. I’ve not had a cleaning service before. I am taking care of my mom and have 5 doodles. Simply put, I’ve been trying to do it all by myself while working full time and was just overwhelmed by it all. I found the service on IG and decided to give them a try. I had a lot of pet hair and staining on some of my baseboards. So I didn’t expect a miracle. I was just grateful for the help.

The team was on time. Professional and handled my personal belongings with the greatest of care. This was not an easy job either. My home needed some love and it received superb TLC.They cleaned the blinds, baseboards to the best of their ability, bathrooms, bedrooms, ovens and dusted the heck out of my home. You know when you get your car washed and after your car seemingly runs better, I promise my home has a little umph back in it. I am super pleased with the work and how restored and clean everything is. I can’t wait to work with them again. Very happy!
