Ellis Heating and AC, Inc has surpassed my expectations for HVAC services. They have not tried to up sell long term service agreements or system replacements which seems to be a common approach for many of their competitors. Rather they quickly arrive at your house, identify the problem, repair the problem and offer a very competitive rate.
On their last visit they also identified a gas leak and repaired it on the spot.
Prompt, competitive, professional and interested in doing right by the customer. I highly recommend Ellis Heating and AC.

I've been using Ellis Heating & Air for a couple of years now. Brian is typically the one to perform the maintenance appointments for me. He's always punctual, friendly, and honest about the needs of the system. Recently I decided to have one of my heat pump/air handler units replaced due to recurring issues and age. Jarrod got me a quote quickly and within a week I had a new unit up and running. Neal and James did an excellent job installing the unit and making sure everything was up to code. Neal helped me connect my phone to the thermostat app and showed me how to use it. It's a relief to have found a contractor I trust and rely on. I would recommend Ellis Heating and Air to anyone.

Ellis Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new 3 ton packaged unit when my old one failed and it was a great experience. Jarrod met with me and patiently discussed my needs and options. No pressure, just honest conversation. The install went great, his techs were professional, and they conducted preventative measures that other companies neglected in their consultations. I recommend them without hesitation.

Brian made a good diagnosis and offered options and recommendations. He got our older system up and running, however, we opted for them to setup an eventual replacement, which has been completed.

Good communication throughout. Pat and James were prompt; quickly went to work and replaced both AC and furnace. They were pleasant; conscientious of our home (covering floors) cleaned up everything afterwards; good communication of everything we needed to know about our system; thermostat operation and financing. Highly, highly recommended.

Today we had our HVac maintained. Usually Brian comes who's fabulous but today Neal came to service our system. My husband was home today and said he was Awesome! He was very pleasant and very through. We love having Ellis heating AC maintain our system. Thanks Neal:)

Jarrod Ellis has been taking care of our two residential HVAC systems for going on 15 years.

He and his professional team, including Neal, recently replaced one of our aging, malfunctioning systems and made ductwork modifications improving airflow to and from the new heating/AC "gas pack" unit. The replacement included a new "smart" thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors.

The team was completely professional, technically competent, courteous and fast. Ellis charged us a very competitive price. The difference in comfort in our home was immediately noticeable.

I would highly recommend Ellis Heating and Air Conditioning. Brian Atwell went above and beyond in servicing my upstairs and downstairs air conditioners, even replacing filters for me and advising me how to trim trees and shrubs and the best placement of mulch for the maximum efficiency of the units. He was prompt,
kind and highly skilled. If all of the workers

Jarrod and his team has been extremely responsive and helpful in installing my new variable AC system in my house. I replaced the original AC from 25+ years ago. The new unit and install was smooth and streamlined and completed within the day. Since then I've reached out a couple of times with general AC questions and have been pleasantly surprised with how responsive the Ellis HVAC team is.

Ellis was recommended to us and they did a great job replacing our HVAC unit. Jarrod, the owner, along with the technicians Pat and Neal, made sure we had quality installation. They were all professional and paid attention to all details. They cleaned up, took the time to explain the thermostat, and worked very well together. Best experience with replacing a system!!! I used Ellis to replace an HVAC unit.

Jarrod Ellis was good to work with during the sales consultation phase. I did not feel the same way with other sales consultants I had over for separate quotes.

The installers, Pat and Neil, were very professional. Overall, the install was a painless experience for me.

It's only been a couple of days so far but we are currently happy with the new unit's performance.

My brother's having some problems with his air conditioning, so it reminded of my experience with these people. I called them out when my air conditioning was on the fritz. They said there was nothing could be done, minus replacing the unit which would cost around $10,000.

That was crazy out of my price range, so I posted on Facebook and a friend of a friend came out to look at it. He fixed the problem for $300. That tells me this place will scam you. They still call me to this day trying to scam call. I wouldn't trust them if I was you. Going to take your money.

I guess if it works on just one person, they can have 30 people not use their service because it's a rip. Much better to sell a 10K+ unit to a sucker 1 every 30 people and have 1 job.

Wonderful experience. Had a membership with another company, that (in my opinion) overcharged for a simple common repair on my unit. Called this company to get a quote to see if I could get a better deal, almost 100$ less than competitor price and sent a technician named Nathanial out same day. He was able to provide me some other valuable information pertaining to my unit and duct work. Professional, punctual, and fair priced service. Will be paying for their services from now on.
