Just came out to repair my A/C... Replaced the capacitor and had it running in less than 30 min. Very knowledgeable and professional. Checked everything to ensure no other problems were present and offered tips for preventing future issues. Most importantly, they made the effort to come out quickly. Very impressed.

Ben Garner is the best and I absolutely recommend B&J Heating and AC Services!

I'll tell you the only thing you need to remember about B&J and the owner - Ben Garner. I had a very well known HVAC company come out to diagnose a noise coming from my outside heat pump unit. The well-known-company technician said my compressor was gone because the top of the compressor was 'hot'. His estimate was to either pay $3100 for a new compressor or install a new unit for 6 grand. I called Ben for a second opinion. Ben tested items on the outside of the unit that proved the compressor was good. He opened the top of the unit and found a loose copper wire that was causing my noise. Ben explained why the compressor was hot. Ben also noticed that the other technician did not plug my compressor back in and Ben did that. Ben saved me tons of money and he now has all of my future business!

Called and left a message on Sunday, Steven called me back first thing Monday morning. David arrived before 10:00 and had me up and running before lunch. These guys are awsome. Thank you!

My upstairs unit stopped cooling. After calling Ben at B&J, a technician was at our house the next day. He offered to come the same day but it was me who decided to wait. Technician was friendly, on time and had A/C fixed quickly. Repair cost was unbeatable.

A year ago I would have given a five star. I thought Ben was great. I probably would have said I LOVE him ad his services. I just received a statement for 2 invoices from 2 years ago. Prior to getting a new unit from Ben costing 4000. He was coming out alot. I paid him every time. After he installed the new unit he came out 2 more times and said it was under warranty. TWO years later I get a bill for 4 hours labor at 90.00 an hour! I don't think this is right. The worst part is I trusted him completely and thought the world of him.

I had an appointment but they had a cancellation so moved it up. Matthew and Justin showed up early, was very professional and polite! They listened to my concerns instead of just assuming what the issue was and I found this very refreshing! They fixed my issue (NO AC) in a short matter of time and was VERY reasonable on the Pricing! Matthew and Justin left one happy customer!!! Would definitely refer this company to everyone!!

It's never a good time when there are HVAC problems as failures make themselves known when you need the system most. I've had two opportunities to use B&J and each time the service has been fantastic. The owner (Ben), is very responsive and the techs he sends out have always been polite and willing to explain what may have gone wrong and the options to consider.
