Sergey is a certified HVAC technician and provides a knowledgeable and honest assessment. He is easy to contact and provides prompt reply’s. Pricing is fair and will respect your requests and not try up-sale unnecessary equipment and services.

Sergey was generous with his time answering all my questions so I could make a decision on equipment brand and features. He arranged permits, inspections and other necessary trade work (electrical) which were included in the estimate. There were no hidden costs!

My AC went out on a Sunday while I was at work. When I got home around 4:00 in the afternoon, the temp in my garage apartment was 93 degrees, with predicted forecast of 100 plus in days to come. My landlord called Go Local Heating and Air and Sergey was at my apartment within 10 minutes and had my unit diagnosed and back up and running with 30 minutes. It is now Tuesday morning and things are still running very nicely with my AC. It's a great thing, too, with the forecast prediction of 100 and heat index well over that today. Sergey came out last minute on a Sunday evening to help fix our HVAC system. H was super friendly and knowledgeable and fixed it quickly. A few days later and our upstairs thermostat had turned off.
