Aaron has been amazing. We had two heating issues back to back in the coldest weather we have had in a long time. His response time was so quick and got the work done within an hour both times. We were very happy with the service!

Bryant did a great job! Just a check up today on house electrical but all work done was explained thoroughly. And OK’d by the supervisor!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Charlie and Jeff at Dawson‘s electric. They installed a massive chandelier in my foyer and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! We have used Dawson’s for various electrical work and it’s always top notch. Jonathan was our tech for our bathroom remodel, and he was so meticulous about the work he was doing. There were areas of drywall that had to be cut open for new working and it was all done so neatly. We really appreciate when someone takes such pride in their work. Their prices are well deserved and reflect the quality of work you will be receiving. The employees we have experience with are always very nice and easy to work with. Our experience with Dawson's electric was great. Our heater went out and Tim, the electrician, came out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We signed up for the membership and Keith and Conner came out to inspect the HVAC the next day (free with membership). All members of the team were very professional and informative and they were also great with our dog.

Thomas represented himself well and articulated well. As a small business owner, I can appreciate the customer service Mr Dawson, the owner, expects of his employees and will be doing business again.

Excellent service! Our heating system is working very inefficiently. Keith came out to help. He answered all of my questions with great patience! And he was also very conscientious and responsible in helping us check the HVAC units’ wiring and settings. He had identified the source of the problem and provided a very detailed inspection report, along with a solution and a quotation. We are happy with the service!

It's always a pleasure to see the Dawson's Electric guys - they are all genuinely friendly and very competent. Last week we had Landon and Thomas here for an HVAC check-up (we had them install a new one for us this last year). They were thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone at Dawson's has been wonderful!

Landon came out to inspect our mini split unit! He found that it needed cleaning! He did a great job of taking the unit apart and throughly cleaning!! I greatly appreciate his professionalism and care of my home.

We had an issue where all but one of our outlets in the sunroom stopped working. I called Dawsons and they sent out Bryant. He was great. Very professional and thorough. My sunroom now has power. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Over the 15 years we’ve lived here, we’ve had five different electricians work on our house. Jonathan Baker was far and away the best. He was so thorough, so communicative, cleaned up after himself, went above and beyond what I expected. So far he has uninstalled a cooktop fan, prepared a connection for a new kitchen island, made sure a new oven will be compatible with the old one’s electrical requirements… and we look forward to working with him when he comes back to work on our new kitchen.

Jonathan came back to finish our kitchen yesterday and today, and the man deserves 6 out of 5 stars! Fantastic!

Amazing service! I had an electrical emergency and they came out right away. Bryant was amazing and so professional; he identified the issue right away and was available for follow ups. Amanda in the office is a dream and made scheduling so easy.

Bryant stopped by to provide an estimate for installing a floodlight. Because there is a service fee, the visit also included an optional electrical safety inspection. He completed the inspection and provided several helpful recommendations.
