Tim is always super helpful, honest, and transparent. We never feel like we are being taken advantage of. He is able to quickly find an issue, help us out, and is always on time.

Called him on a Sunday afternoon and came right out in less then 30 mins. Fixed the capacitor in less than 30 min. Mafe recommend for operations to give a unit brake . check freon and highly recommended this business

. I had the same problems for several years. Each year someone different came out and couldn't find the problem. The unit was blowing hot air. Of course it worked fine when they showed up. Tim was the only one to keep searching. He didn't mind my questions and observations. It was a real pleasure and relief to have his help.

they were suppose to come out and do an estimate for a new air and heatinf system. They had installed my previous one and did a good job. we set the daye and time and when the time came they were not here so i called them. The owner Gary said i had the wrong day and that it was a week earlier and he didnt come then because he had the flu. So i am wondering why had he not called me in a week to let me know why he missed the appoinrtment. I am sure i had the right day because i even mentioned it was memorial weekend friday just to make sure there was no confusion. will be goinbg with progressive since they aty least were professioanl so far. I will let you know how the install goes.

Extremely happy with HS heating & air's integrity - All the others jacked up the price to repair the heat exchanger in order to sell me a new 6K unit - Gary fixed it for $900. Recommend to all to get a quote before you go out and replace the entire unit when everything else works just fine.

Really glad I called these guys. They have helped us a few times and are great at giving you options to keep your system running well. We probably have the longest running system on our street as Holly Springs Heating & Air does our maintenance and ensures all is running well for the season.

We had problems with the HVAC unit, and have a warranty. The warranty company use Holly Springs HVAC as the servicer. The unit was fixed quickly and the service technician was knowledgeable, courteous and on time. Very happy with the service, I would definitely recommend.

This was the contractor assigned for a claim filed through the home warranty program that we received with the purchase of our house. They replaced a capacitor in one of our A/C units. The same unit began to fail less than two months later and had to be re-serviced. The capacitor that has been replaced previously was diagnosed as being undersized, and had to be replaced again. I also made four phone calls over a period of multiple weeks to get them to return to complete the service they had agreed to perform on the second A/C unit. I gave up and had to file another claim to get a different vendor to address the issue. Perhaps their service is better if you aren't filing a claim through a home warranty program.

Did a repair as part of a home warranty claim. What a disaster. Took them 10 days to get the part — a new compressor — and when the tech came out to install it, it appears he hooked it up BACKWARDS. The AC unit is blowing hot air inside the house, and the compressor unit is blowing cold exhaust.

I’d steer well clear of these guys if you want something done right the first time.

Their do it yourself page advice in their web site helped me get my heating going for free last year so I called them for service this year when I had a bigger problem. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and charged a reasonable price. Very happy, they aren't greedy and know what their doing. And they help the people who want to try to fix things themselves before scheduling a service call..

Gary was very responsive and was at my home within 24 hours of the notification from home warranty company we use. He asked me about what was going on, trouble shooted and was able to detect the issue that a previous HVAC company could not fix. And we were up and running by the time he left. Thanks Gary!

Great service! Came out at the beginning of the 3 hour window and had our AC on within an hour. I truly felt the gentlemen was out here for us, to do what it took and not take us for everything we had. Very polite, let us know everything he did. Even gave advice on how to not over work our system.

Tim did an excellent job. The part that was broken on my AC was hard to find and he tracked it down in a day and had me going again. He is very friendly and honest. I highly recommend!

The Best! Have owned two homes since 2003 and serviced our units, 3 to be exact, and always fair and honest! Pride in the work they do and so personable, feel like family and you are not a customer but someone they care about and want to get you back on track. Take pride in solving your problems and at the end of the day, it is not money but satisfaction in knowing you are satisfied and ok.

Gary just left my house at 9PM troubleshooting what Carrier had directed him to do, and he found it to be something totally different. Fixed and done through knowledge and experience.

Holly Springs Heating and Air saved me almost $2000.00 in unnecessary repairs recommended by a large franchise company following a routine seasonal maintenance check. The predatory, franchise company attempted to pressure me into signing an agreement on the spot for them to begin making expensive repairs. Of course, red flags immediately went up; and I sought the advice of a friend, who highly recommended obtaining a second opinion from Holly Springs Heating and Air. Well, they certainly did not disappoint! The owner, Gary, did a thorough check of my system and found it to be in good working order. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and courteous in explaining his findings. Being new to the area, it is often times a challenge to find honest, competent and trusworthy service providers. I feel very fortunate to establish my ongoing HVAC service with this family owned business. I would definitely recommend Holly Springs Heating and Air to my family and friends. Additionally their service rates are very fair and reasonable.

After a frustrating couple of days on working with our home warranty company to get a work order submitted for service to our HVAC unit, Holly Springs Heating and Air showed to do the work.

Mark, the service tech, thoroughly looked over what could be the causing the lack of heat. After diagnosing the issue, he also found loose electrical connections. One of them began to glow as the unit kicked on. He then went through all the connections, replacing several along the way.

I would certainly recommend this company and they will be the only call should we encounter issues down the road.

They were recommended by American Home Shield. I've been through two or 3 vendors through them and these guys were the best. It's a family owned business and they kept me updated with all the Corporate BS that AHS put them through with the part delivery. Of course it took over a week to get the part, but that's AHS's fault - not Gary's or Tim's fault. ONce they had the part, the next day they were out there to fix my issue. It did fail, but Tim came right back (after 6pm on a Friday mind you) and spent the time to make it right. These guys are great. No less than 5 stars from my experience.

I urgently needed help to repair my AC when it stopped operating a few weeks ago. A google search led me to a few local companies and not having any prior dealings with any of these companies, I eventually found Holly Springs Heating & Air who was able to assist the same day. These folks came in and after an initial assessment pinpointed the problem, and fixed the problem right away. I was impressed with the promptness, friendliness and very pleased that their rates were acceptable. I have since recommended this company to friends and the neighbors.
