My buying experience was a five star with John Raper as our sales specialist. John was very knowledgable about the product and installation specifics!!!!! 50Floor is lucky to have such a dedicated man on their sales team. I hope installation will be as great!

I worked with John. He was absolutely professional delivering elite service. Brought several samples and was able to show the flooring I was interested in, explained the process end to end, was transparent, friendly, and fun to be around.

He made the process enjoyable, everything was simple and as a member of an organization delivering elite service for over a decade, John and 50 floor truly embody customer first service.

Please make no mistake, I absolutely recommend 50 floor for your needs.

Edit: Not a single soul from their “relevant department” even attempted to contact us. BEWARE AND DON’T GET SCAMMED BY THEM!

This company must be really struggling or not sure what could be another reason to deceive the buyers like that. The sales guy who came to do measurements for our carpet had a sample of nice carpet on him that is what we thought we were paying for. However, on the day of installation they brought a very cheap bad quality (a lot worse than builder grade) carpet with a terrible chemical smell. When I lifted a corner I could literally see the light coming through the carpet. Our old what they call builder grade carpet looked and felt much better quality (attached pictures of both carpet to compare). But it was too late to change the order because our old carpets have been ripped out really quick before I noticed the difference and we needed new carpets that very same day.
Beware of this company they sell really cheap terrible quality carpet that is $0.93 per sq ft at Lowe’s at triple the price. Their manager was also very unprofessional on the phone and said he could see the difference between the two carpets pictures I sent him but theirs was still the best quality and kept repeating it all over like a broken record.
Very bad experience! Absolutely don’t recommend!

We have never bought flooring with installation before. I had no idea what to expect and the last thing I wanted was a fast talking salesman. Jeff stopped by 5 minutes into our time window. We were able to purchase what we wanted at a reasonable price. On top of that with a free service to come in and move the furniture we were sold. We are seniors, unable to do the do it yourself route. Jeff and 50 floors made it doable for us to have new flooring.

Robert came and was so helpful. He answered all of our questions and we were excited to see all the quality samples we could choose from. I would recommend Robert and 50 floor to all my friends and family. JohnnaG

From the start process when Robert Stockham came to do the measurements. The LVP installers Marcelo and his guy (can't remember his name) to the two gentlemen that installed the carpet. This has been an amazing experience from start to finish. They transformed our house in a matter of three days. From start to finish they were all so professional, courteous and amazing craftsman in their chosen profession. Many thanks from myself and my wife Julie Sasser. Can't wait to have people over and show off the work

Experience was absolutely amazing. John was an absolute gentleman, provided great options and selection. Was even able to match my existing floors to pretty much the exact same or as close as possible which was exactly what I was looking for. John really made the experience though and I would not deal with anyone else going forward for my flooring needs.

Brad did a flooring install at my salon and did a good job from start to finish. I rehired Brad for my residential project to replace carpet that was damaged by two cats. (I shared the photos where the cat urine penetrated into my subfloor and the odor blocking treatment.)

Brad was very patient and attentive as I explained my objective to change from carpet to LVP. I emphasize his patience because Brad has cat allergies but never complained or rushed our conversation. Brad even returned a 2nd time to my home for additional questions for my carpet replacement project.

Unfortunately I didn't continue with Brad of 50 Floor company because the owner of Last Call Flooring (separate installation company) and I couldn't align with my expectations to complete my home flooring project.

This was a good experience. Michael explained the whole process and walked us thru how 50 Floor operates. We didn't need to see many products because we knew what we wanted. He showed us the product, took measurements and quoted the price.

I'd leave a -5 if I could. Had flooring installed in my kitchen and bathrooms. When installing the flooring in my bathroom they removed my toilet for the installation and broke my toilet where it wouldn't seal to the floor properly so it was leaking. I had to hire someone else to repair the toilet. The floor in my kitchen is messed up for the 3rd time. I have contacted them several times to have it repaired and my calls and emails have not been returned. If you're looking for work to be done in your home look somewhere else. This company is a scam. Horrible craftsmanship by worker that don't speak English and office people that don't either apparently. If so they'd call or email back. My best advise - RRRRUUUUNNNN!!!

In less than 48 hours we contacted 50Floors and they scheduled someone to come out and John was the gentleman that came. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He brought all the samples in and I could tell he valued our time and opinion. He shared his knowledge of the different carpet choices and within less than an hour we had our choice and had purchased what we loved. We were so impressed with John and if there was such a thing as a 6 star rating, John would receive it from us! I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Your experts arrived on time and did a great job. The work was very clean and dust free. There was no excessive waste and my home was treated with utmost respect. I was concerned about the cost and how long it would take. The tree installment sealed the deal and it was completed so quickly that even my wife was pleased and that’s not easy to do. Now I am a very satisfied customer. A five star rating for a five star job.

Just met with John, He made the made the process as easy as 1,2,3. He came in took accurate measurements and provided me with an unbeatable estimate. Crazy part is that I’m in sales myself and thought he would sound like a salesman it was actually the opposite he let us choose our own product without influencing our decision. If you ever need a estimate ask for John.

We used them twice (two different houses) for carpet installations over the last two years. We were pretty happy with the first install. We found some issues with the second install. They contract out the install so I guess it's hit or miss on who you get. We've been trying to get in touch with them to fix a few things but they can be unresponsive.

I was pleased with Michael BARUFFI There was no pressure to buy the most expensive carpet. He did his job quickly and thoroughly, and I enjoyed having him into my home.

It was pleasure to work with John, very noticeable about his products.. He was not pushy & we really appreciate that !! John had a great personality & was very enjoyable to work with!!! On a scale from 1-10, we give him a 12 + !! Thanks John for your help!! Mary & Dwight

Had a bedroom floor replaced less than 2 years ago. Look at it now! Does not last. Horrible quality. The company will not contact me back.

Mr. Brandon was on time. Very polite and friendly. He was patient with me and answered my questions with understanding of what I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable of the products. When I finish the project, I will like for him to come back for my next project. Very nice meeting and young man.

I heard about this company on the radio station 93.9. The installers came yesterday and installed the carpet in our living room and hallway. They came on time and finished on time. We liked their service so much we hired them to come back and install carpet in our bedrooms. I’m also checking on prices for flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Spenser, the sales person is very good and is very helpful! Joann in the office is amazing and very helpful. The prices are very affordable and the work is excellent. The LVT work took 2 days.. Not happy with the installers who were from 3J Brothers Flooring. They broke a clock, used my dishes without asking, as well as my Microwave. Miguel kept up selling products which was very stressful. The work was finally finished and they did not clean up their mess. The finished product is good.

Brandon was our consultant and he was outstanding. His professionalism and patience was greatly appreciated due to my toddler and 2 dogs running around while we were discussing flooring options.
