CRM is a great company. We use them at multiple sites due to their quality of work and ability to handle almost any project. We call CRM for projects as small as $300 all the way up to $250K projects. No matter the size of the project, they always treat it with the same level of attentiveness and importance.

We recently used CRM to renovate our master bathroom. This included tile removal, expanding the shower, replacing fixtures, waterproofing, reinstalling tile, and touch up painting. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and dedicated to making the outcome of our renovation exactly what we wanted. A quote was completed and returned in a timely manner. They were always on time and open to collaboration with us as homeowners. They used an online portal for project management which made communication streamlined and helped us stay organized with all documentation. We cannot speak highly enough of our project manager, Jennifer, who worked tirelessly to get our project done with the utmost of quality, treating our home as her own. Our bathroom is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent.

CRM was fantastic. They repaired a dryer duct that was inside my floor/ceiling. Excellent work by outstanding professionals. Russell and the CRM crew were amazing to work with. They carefully evaluated the project, listened to our ideas, and made recommendations based on their years of experience to help transform an unusable space above our garage into the nicest space in our home. I highly recommend them.

I have used this company for 3 different projects at my house over the past few years. They come out in the beginning to look at what is needed done or fix and give you a reasonable quote. Typically starts job within a week depending on weather if it's an outside job. Easy to text or email if something comes up during the repair job that needs to get looked out. Comes back at the end to make sure it looks great and that nothing was missed. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Russell, Amanda, Frank, Robbie, and the entire CRM team are a delight to work with. CRM has put together an amazing team of individuals. They are eager to please and have excellent communication. I had a somewhat peculiar project that they helped see through and I am delighted with the final project. I was also happy about having consistent employees in my home. I saw Frank and his colleague every day through the process and it was nice having him break down what was done/ what was left. I already have them set up for another project and can't wait to see how it turns out.

This is an awesome place. We had them enclose a part of our attic making it usable in winter and summer for storage. Amanda was the pm and she was great. Homero did the work - he is a super carpenter! His work was great and his final product was impeccable! Their prices are reasonable and they work with you. If you are considering any construction work you should absolutely contact them. I highly recommend them.

This group is absolutely AMAZING!! I first contacted them to inquire about converting a carport to a garage as well as fixing a retaining wall. They were appropriately priced for the area as well as very quick to come out and discuss my project, while also having great communication and always a cheery and professional demeanor.

When Russell first came out, he addressed all my questions and even brought up things I didn't notice that might be a problem down the road had it not been caught (carport was not level). Upon hiring them to move forward with my projects, they had absolutely amazing communication throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or concern it was promptly addressed and always handled well and efficiently. As with an renovation project (especially on an older home like mine) there's always unexpected complications or issues that come up, but they handled them spectacularly and always discussed things with me prior to making any decisions. This group took their time on each project to make sure every detail was taken care of and it definitely shows. I now have a BEAUTIFUL retaining wall and garage to enjoy for years to come, and they also helped out with some smaller projects on my home as well. This company made me feel like a part of their family and not just a client. They were even kind enough to surprise me with a thank you surprise after everything was done.

We had a great experience working with CRM! We had a complete primary bathroom remodel and primary bedroom upgrade. Christine was great with communication and the workers were all very respectful and efficient. Christine provided many site visits to ensure quality of work and when our custom quartz countertops were not centered correctly or chipped, she ensured the problem was taken care of in a timely manner. We will be using CRM going forward with any other upgrades to our home. Highly recommend!!
