My wife and I had just moved into our new home. The first thing we wanted to do was to enclosed our small porch. We did, But something was still missing.

We definitely wanted to have a patio but, using brick pavers.
I was reviewing and looking at a few contractors for my project to become a thought to.... reality.

I then came across Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living. I emailed them of what my wife and I are wanting to have done. Our space outdoors is not very big.

That is when Cody came out to our home. What made Comeyer Designed Outdoor different from the others we were looking at; is that Cody is the owner of the company. Just wow!

For the owner to come out to see and meet the customer was wonderful! Another point is that this is a family run company. That by itself is a great feeling.

We had a photo of what we were thinking and Cody took it from there. He showed us samples of the stone and the colors . It pulled our small area together with matching of our outdoors.

We have an HOA and Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living had photos showing what it would look like when it was done. This helped to get our HOA to sign off on our patio. When you can see the details it takes all the guess work out of it.

Then came the install of the patio. The two men that installed the patio where just out standing. I was not able to be home when they were installing the patio but was able to see it being done by my outside camera. I believe the lead installer name was Jose and he is just a master brick layer. He was amazing. I am sorry not to remember his helpers name; but he to was a very hard worker, and was wonderful also.

I hope this review was not to long. If you are thinking of having a patio installed you should stop looking when you come to Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living.

I decided to stay local and I am so glad I did. I had no idea who or what this company was about, but I picked up the phone and it was a great conversation. After the conversation concluded about the project, it was a no brainier that this company had earned our business. This combined crew was amazing, they provided the absolute best customer experience throughout the project period. Cody and Brandon were at my house everyday to over see my patio installation and always asked if there was anything that we needed. Their team was amazing and very detailed in their craft. They kept the area neat, they're focused in their job, and always cleaned at the end of the day, no damage...AWESOME job! In the end, the patio was better and bigger than what i had visioned. My wife and I are ecstatic that we went with Comeyer. Five stars are not enough. Call Cody, you won't be disappointed!!

We are so happy with our new patio and fire pit! Cody and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The men who worked on our project were considerate and friendly. They worked well into the evening to finish the job in a timely manner. Cody and the project manager, Brandon, made sure the quality was up to Comeyer standards. They came back to our home after installation to make sure everything was cleaned up properly and to follow up with us regarding our satisfaction. Can't recommend Cody + team enough. During the initial consulting I just rambled off some loose ideas I had and Cody translated it into a digital design of what he could do so I could see what the outcome would look like. He called out some flaws in my mental design and in hindsight he was totally right.

There were a few issues I called out once everything was in place and Cody was quick to acknowledge and address. Could not be happier with the final product.

Cody and Jessica were so easy to communicate with. Cody understood my vision of wanting masonry stones around my front yard landscaped area and made great suggestions to help complete that vision. He sent a fantastic crew over and they completed the job beautifully. I wanted a couple of the stones replaced and Cody sent a crew member back to do just that and the final result looked great! Another crew member even came back and power washed my sidewalk, driveway area and front street as part of their cleanup process! My neighbors have asked for their business card!

Cody responded quickly to our request for a quote and throughout the completion of the project offered several design suggestions that enhanced the final result. Comeyer just completed an additional project at our home by adding a border wall to the planting bed in front of the house as you can see in the third photo. Once again they were quick to respond to our request, did exceptional work and added the extra detail to make the finished project better than what we originally envisioned. From beginning to end, Cody and his crew did an amazing job. Cody is one of those rare contractors that takes complete ownership of his craft and his business. We could not be happier with the end result. If you hire Comeyer you will not be disappointed!

Cody, Juan and Jose were great from start to finish. Cody took my plan as I knew exactly what I wanted and in about 10 minutes made me realize how much I had not thought out and made it better from the steps down to removing the no longer needed deck rail. Jose and Juan were careful throughout the process to keep the equipment on our property so no neighbor would be upset. The patios look great and I would highly recommend the whole team for any project.

We hired Cody and the team at Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living to solve a water runoff issue that was causing a lot of erosion in our back yard and to replace our fence. Cody had great suggestions on how to handle the issue within our budget and even sent us renderings of his plans. We could not be happier with the result and will absolutely be hiring Cody and his team again for any future projects.

Made sure we were happy with the results, explained how to care for the patio & explained its strength and what to do / not to do!

I want to speak for a minute on our experience with Comeyer Designed Living. From the very onset, they walked with us in our vision and made it come true. Truly a professional company who gives you what you want and how you want it. Cody and his team are real professionals. The way he pays close attention to details is remarkable. Cody and the guys turned my yard from simple into extraordinary. The work speaks for itself. It was a pleasure to work with someone who takes their craft so seriously. Me and my family are spending way more time together in our back yard hanging out. Comeyer Designed are hands on builders and very knowledgeable. From start to finish, they kept us very educated and informed about the entire process. 5 stars is not enough!

Cody and his crew have been outstanding! We had a fairly large project and they completed all in a timely manner. Any issues that occurred during construction were immediately taken care of. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up daily. Very pleased with the outcome, and we are discussing a couple more projects now!

We were in a unique situation after initially hiring another landscaping company for a full backyard renovation. Just three days into the project, we noticed major red flags and stopped all work — leaving us with a muddy mess in our backyard. My husband and I quickly scrambled to find a reputable, honest contractor, and Cody and his team came highly recommended.

Cody truly moved mountains in his schedule to fit us in so we wouldn’t be stuck with a mud pit all winter. From the very beginning, he was incredibly communicative and straightforward — something we hadn’t experienced before. He and his team are hardworking, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with.

The final result is beautiful and exactly what we envisioned. Cody made sure every detail was perfect before wrapping up the job. We are so impressed with the Comeyer crew and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The team at Carolina Reno. and Maintenance was thorough and communicative throughout the entire process of our bathtub installation. The job was done well and in a timely manner. We will definitely be calling on them for future renovation projects.

Wonderful group to work with. We have worked with CRM for multiple projects over the years and each time they do a fantastic job. Great communication, attention to detail, and overall fantastic work quality that impresses anyone that comes to our home. CRM finished our attic early this year; the CRM staff were phenomenal, and subcontractors were satisfactory.

Firstly, CRM awarded us a Military discount- this is never expected and is always appreciated, Kudos!

Early on in our project, we came across some hurdles in tying together the needs of the attic space with the existing structure. This was unaccounted for in our quote/contract; CRM walked us through that process and were extremely gracious in sharing some of the costs of getting our project through to construction.

Throughout this project, CRM staff were very communicative, transparent, and professional.

The subcontractors that CRM hired to handle our framing, drywall, and painting were a little careless with some things- a few examples of that were they 1.) did not attempt to clean up drywall mud/dust from the subfloor before our carpet was installed; this was something I had to do myself. 2.) They did not attempt to clear away excess drywall mud that got into electrical boxes; again, I had to clear that away before carpet was installed so that when the electrician came out to install the outlets, face plates and lighting, there wasn't a huge mess afterwards on our brand new carpet. Conversely, that same framing/drywall/paint crew was timely and displayed adequate craftsmanship.

Months later, I am still pleased with the work that was done. I'd absolutely hire them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done in their home.
