The entire 50 Floors team was great. Toni and crew did an excellent job installing and took great care in moving furniture. Beyond satisfying with the whole experience.

Brandon came out and on time. He was patient and understood our needs and what we were looking for. Showed us samples that were close to what we wanted and in probably 30 minutes we had the carpet color and the padding picked out. Brandon was really very helpful in explaining the difference in the carpet thickness and the padding. As for our installers they are top notch 👌 the furniture they moved they did with care and ease. They also were open to any questions we had and never hesitated to answer. These guys will be the only ones I will allow to do any future in stallions for us, that's how good of a job they did and also their politeness and respect they showed was so amazing. Hats off to everyone....

Extremely unhappy. I was quoted a price twice and have copies of the quotes. Signed the contract and paid half down. Now when it’s a week until work begins, I get a different quote that is nearly double. Very unhappy. Would have given zero stars but it wasn’t an option. I would like to speak to someone higher up

We had a great experience with 50Floor. Scheduling the in-home consult was very easy and there was lots of availability. John was very prompt, and he was very helpful in picking carpet. We were on a budget, and he was very helpful in finding the right kind that fit our budget. He also made sure that we were happy with our choices at every step. The carpet is getting installed next week. So far, it's been a great experience!

I purchased carpet for the 2nd floor of my home in June 2023
The prices were a little high but I was tired of shopping and believed the value to be better since the company uses quality products and move some of the furniture for you.
Overall I really love the look of the carpet & the contractor was very quick & precise. My only complaint is I noticed the carpet is still shedding alot and even though its super small there is a spot where the carpet has completely fallen out after just a few months and very little traffic on 2nd floor
