Working with Cody at Comeyer has been an honor and a privilege. From the moment we spoke about our ideas for our back porch, he took those ideas and exceeded our expectations. We made a few changes and without hesitation he made sure those changes were implemented. The attention to detail and the people he works with shows that he truly cares about the customer and their needs. 11/10 would hire Comeyer to work on any additional construction needs for our house.

Cody was wonderful to work with-- he was directly involved on the job site most every day. We changed the patio shape midway through the dig and he was very accommodating. His workers were diligent and worked full days even in severe cold. He was always just a text or phone call away. He is always ready to do a quick sketch design and has a great creative eye for a beautiful final look. Glad we went with him-- Honest with quality result. Uses quality product and does the project "the right way the first time."

From the beginning, Cody worked with us on price and creative design options for our patio, suggesting several things we hadn’t thought of. Workmanship of his crew was excellent. They really know what they’re doing. When done they left the work site cleaner than they found it. And Cody was very responsive to any questions we had. We’ve really enjoyed our new expanded outdoor space! My only suggestion to Cody is that he get rid of that lemon of a Chevy and get a more reliable Ford truck

Extended Version: I could not recommend Comeyer any stronger! If I could give a million stars, I would. When we moved into our new house, the backyard was full of DIYs. I was scared to let the dog out, let alone go out and actually enjoy the yard. Cody was quick to come over and talk through what we wanted. He listened and helped us understand what was possible. We settled on pulling up old DIY uneven pavers and laying down concrete. Comeyer matched the stain and design to the already existing concrete. Comeyer also made steps for us (the dog) to gain easy access to the yard. We were on the schedule quickly and his crew was extremely professional. The job was done in the amount of time quoted. Comeyer even touched up paint on the deck that accidentally was chipped. It didn’t bother us but they insisted they wanted to leave things looking perfect. I would definitely hire them again if we ever move!

My wife and I are very pleased with the patio that Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living created for us. Cody is quite adept at design. The persons who installed the patio were skilled and efficient. Cleanup was thorough. It was a good experience and we would do it again. Very happy.

Recently had Comeyer Designed Outdoor Living install pavers, knee wall, fire pit and lighting around our pool. It came out spectacular. Exactly what we wanted. Their crew took special care to protect our existing lawn during construction and made sure the site was kept clean of debris and construction waste every evening. They pay particular attention to detail which can be seen in the finished site. Overall a great job.

Cody & his team exceeded our expectations!! They showed up when they promised & we're always on time. When it rained they communicated not only that they couldn't work that day but when to expect them! Our project turned out gorgeous & we've already referred him to our neighbors! Highly recommend!

Compared to the other paver services I was in contact with, I felt the most comfortable with Cody because he was straightforward with all the costs associated with my installation, and he was very friendly. He always got back to me promptly when I had any concerns. My wife and I are extremely happy with the installation.

I contacted Cody this January and his team to install a small patio in my back yard. Literally within minutes of submitting an inquiry online, I received a follow-up phone call from the office to get the ball rolling on the process. A few days later, Cody and our assigned Project Manager drove almost an hour to give me an in-person estimate and breakdown of what his team could do, working within my budget to provide the patio I not only wanted, but needed based on the unique terrain of my yard. I could tell right away he was incredibly knowledgeable about his work and, more importantly, 100% transparent and honest about what would last and what wouldn't, how much certain options cost, and when his team could fit me into the schedule. Throughout the entire process - from initial quote all the way through project execution - Cody and his team were responsive, showed up on time, and did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it.
