We just had all the windows replaced on our house (55 units!). From our first outreach to Skywalker Roofing to the completion of the project they were very responsive. The installation crew was very professional and respectful of our home. We were having our chimney rebuilt at the same time the windows were being done and had some issues with replacing the windows on either side of the chimney, but the Skywalker installer, Buddy, was great about coordinating with the chimney crew to make it all work. All the windows look wonderful!

What sealed the deal for my choosing Skywalker Roofing for my whole roof was Brandon, their salesman. After he inspected my roof for a quote, he temporarily sealed a hole in my roof without my asking. He was the only one of two other companies who offered. Great service!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly.
Our very, very old roof sprang a leak and Tucker came out to see if it was able to be repaired and, as we anticipated, the damage condemned the ailing roof. That man crawled all over our roof and in our attic to be 100% certain, bless him, and then sat down with me and explained the entire process of replacing our roof. He gave me multiple pointers on things to check for if we decided to work with another company to ensure that we were protected as the homeowners whether or not we worked with Skywalker, which was SUCH a green flag. We were given an incredibly reasonable quote for all the guarantees provided and decided to move forward. We were told that scheduling for the replacement was about a month to six weeks out. Well, two weeks later they got ahold of us and we were fitted in. The crew showed up exactly on time and finished the same day, cleaned every bit of debris from our property, and were gone before dinner. From sit down and inspection to roof completion took only eighteen days. We love our new roof and are so grateful for how easy Tucker and the rest of the staff at Skywalker made this stressful process for us.

All I can say about Brad Case and Skywalker Roofing is they are outstanding. I am so use to calling companies or people to do work around the house and they never call you back . I called Brad yesterday, he called me back immediately, and he came today to check out an issue my mom was having with her roof. He was on time and right on point. Skywalkers was great to work with start to finish Keelan was very thorough when he first came out and walked through every step. Cody, my project manager, kept me informed all day as the crew worked and made sure I looked it all over when they were done.

Skywalker Roofing has been an excellent experience for us. We chose a 24 Gauge raised-seam metal roof. Wilson in Sales discussed our needs at length, placed the detailed order, gave us a quote and kept in touch with us often. Once our project date was ready, he sent messages and called to ensure we were ready to start.
BJ, the Project Manager, followed up with details of the process. The Raised-Seam Metal Roofing Team and all equipment arrived promptly on the start date. They were organized and worked continuously, putting in long days. Our sizeable roofing project was completed in just TWO DAYS!!! BJ checked progress and talked with us several times each day. The whole team was professional and thorough, making sure every detail was done right! We have a lot of landscaping, but they worked very well amongst the plants, trees, bushes and flowers. Clean up was about as perfect as it could be. . . A magnet was used to comb the area very well.
SKYWALKER ROOFING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We are pleased with the roof on our home and outbuilding. It looks amazing! Our neighbors have all commented on the beautiful job they did!!!

I called Skywalker Roofing for an estimate on a new roof and gutters. Their representative, Rusty Cassell, came and he was very personable, professional and thorough. He took a considerable amount of time to examine our roof and gutters. He answered all of our questions in great detail. He gave us a lengthy description of what we could expect if they were to install a new roof and gutters for us. He was very honest and told us that we really didn’t need a roof at present but when we do, we will certainly call him.

Spring 2023 our roof was 22 years old and leaking. Insurance said it was old, not damaged. Skywalker Roofing’s Jason Lambert came out, showed us exactly what was wrong and helped pick out our 50 yr solution. The roof was scheduled to be replaced but rain came. Skywalker had a worker come out on a Saturday morning to secure holes and protect the house at no extra charge. In one day, ten guys got the old roof off, replaced rotted decking, put on the new roof, added gutter guard system and replaced damaged siding. The cleanup was immaculate. I joked with the team about how this was just another work day for them, but was life changing for us. They laughed and I got a team pic, plus other pics. Skywalker Roofing is a solid honest company of professionals that will provide a quality roof, plus all the other support you expect, but don’t usually get.

Skywalker Roofing sent Keelan Walker out to estimate the cost and time needed to replace the roof on my house and detached garage in August. Keelan listened to what I wanted done, advised me on the materials, and explained the process in detail. He followed up on my questions, communicated as required and scheduled the work.
I had requested a one-day completion. When Project Manager Adam Witherspoon arrived for the 9am roof removal, he brought 20+ roofers with him. Aside from taking a very brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop. They removed the old roof, installed the new underlayment and shingles, removed all the old roof, nails and underlayment, and were completed with installation and cleanup by 7pm.
The new roof looks great, and Adam’s guys left my yard as clean as it was when they first arrived. Superb job of cleaning up debris, and by their cleanup guy searching for roofing nails with their magnetic broom, i didn’t find nails in my driveway or in my yard.
Superb job, and the neighbors were impressed as much as I was.

I contacted Glass Guru after a window cleaning company said that I needed to get at least two window panes replaced before cleaning. The Glass Guru estimator, Brandon, agreed that from the ground, it did appear that the unsightly the unsightly accumulations were due to failed window seals. Upon closer inspection from the inside , he determined that the windows were OK and that they should be able to be cleaned. Even though they were somewhat difficult to access, he requested Windex so that he could show me. I am grateful for Brandon‘s honesty, his friendliness and his professionalism. It saved me a good bit of money. Before leaving, he explained the other services that they provide. Brandon is certainly an asset to his company and if I should need any of their services in the future, I will contact Glass Guru, or their parent company, Skywalker Roofing.

BRANDON came and did thorough review of the roof and informed us of pricing and selections. Pricing was a little more than others but got excellent feedback from other customers in area. Bj and crew arrived on time and job completed in timely manner and roof looks great. Mess cleaned as was indicated and happy with the service.

Great service. SkyWalker put my roof on 23years ago and just recently it started to leak. I called them back and they sent Brad Case out to look at it. Brad went on my roof and within minutes came down with a picture of the problem and had it fixed in no time. Brad is a super nice guy and is very knowledgeable of roofs. We have experienced some leaks from the bad storms that moved through recently so i suggested Skywalker Roofing because i had read good things about them. So i called Shywalker Roofing and they sent me a very nice salesman his name was Barry Slaughter and he was honest with me and my wife on which shingle would work for us so we picked the Atlas Copper Canyon and got the paperwork done and approved and we set a date for 4/29/2024 the material would arrive and the crew would arrive the next day to take off the old shingles and get rid of the chimney and install new shingles.I was contacted by Cody the project manager and his crew arrived at 7.30 on 4/30/2024 and went straight to work and took the old shingles off and put new ones on,i have never seen such a hard working crew they were done by 3.00 pm and i would give them 10 stars if i could,Shywalker Roofing Crew youre the best.

Had our roof replaced by Skywalker Roofing of Stokesdale weeks ago. We are very happy with the cost and the result. Salesman, Brad and project manager, BJ were both extremely helpful with understanding and overseeing the process.
The crew was very polite and respectful and left our property clean and debris free. They had the job done within a day and aside from the new roof you would never have known they were there!

This company goes above and beyond from the initial contact to the final nail driven. They were able to work with scheduling my roof install to meet my needs. Meghan in the office and Cody in the field were great to work with. If you need any roofing done. Give them a call you won't regret it.

Holy Cow! Josh & his team along with Adrian, & Jason killed it! We were under the gun closing on the sale of our house and needed to get some repairs done ASAP and they absolutely nailed it! This was our second experience with Skywalker and we were extremely satisfied. The roof inspection was completed within one week of our phone call. Rusty and Cody actually went on the roof, videoed the trouble spots, and explained all the benefits of a replacement. On the day of installation, we had a small army of workers descend on the roof. They proceeded in a fully organized fashion to strip off the old shingles and install a new architectural roof with new underlayment, ice/snow protectors, drip edges, and flashing. The entire job was completed in less than a day (45 square) with Adam as a full time on site supervisor. When they noted that one of the attic vents was a potential leak, it was replaced with an entirely new unit. As it turned out, the new fan had a defective motor. I notified Skywalker on Friday and on Monday Carlos and Tucker arrived with a new replacement unit which they completely installed. Skywalker Roofing gets our highest rating for service, quality, and professionalism. They obviously know how to use "The Force"!

Skywalker was a great company to work with for my roof and gutter replacement. Not the cheapest, but great quality and workmanship that they stand by.

The salesman, Rusty Cassell, was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and available to answer any questions that I had and he came out to my property several times as needed.

The work crew arrived around 7:30am and worked until 8pm that night trying to get everything done. For the most part they finished all in one day other than a few minor things that had to be completed. I was impressed that the amount of work to complete was basically done in one day. The crew did a great job with cleanup when they were done. BJ was in charge of the work site and was available for any questions or concerns I might have had.
