Where to start??? It all began with a call. An inspection date was set quickly and this is where the journey began. Jason Lambert, thank you so much for coming out and inspecting my roof both inside and out. Thank you for the detailed explanation of what you found both on top of and underneathe our old roof. You plan-of-action was great and in the end, that is what won our business and overall trust. Price was a little higher than other estimates, however, not by much. The quality of work made every penny spent well worth it. Also, you showed in your inspection that you wanted to see the whole roof, not just how it looked on the outside. You gave me your opinion of what may be found after removing the old roof and how it could affect the price. Nothing was left to chance. I truly had a genuine idea of all that it would take and cost to have a new roof installed. I respected that so much. The install team was amazing and very respectful of my property. Tarps every where to catch any fallen pieces or nails from the old roof. Install of new roof was quick and looks amazing. Adam Witherspoon, thank you so much for all you did to help me in finalizing the deal for the new roof and coming out to inspect the new roof with your own eyes. This is the second time we have used Skywalker Roofing and both times have been great! From the estimate to the finished product, customer service was excellent. BJ and Rusty were both very kind and considerate to our needs and walked us through the process with no pressure and much patience. We highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!

The guys at Skywalker Roofing made installing a new roof from 500 miles away easy, fast and reassuring. Rusty and Cody’s customer service cannot be beat. They handled the whole process from financing to completion in a very short period of time. The installation (Cody) was finished in less than a day, just before snowfall. We had severe roof, window, siding, and gutter damage from a hailstorm this year. My headaches were over the moment I called Skywalker Roofing.

The first point of contact at Skywalker Roofing was Cody who quickly came out to evaluate the damage. He offered to be present and explain his evaluation when our Farm Bureau adjuster came out for evaluation. Against all my worst expectations, the two of them completely handled the situation, and our repair project was signed shortly after.

When it came time to do the work, Ben and BJ were laser-focused as project managers. The scope of the work was massive, but their teams each took care of their respective work within a day. I was amazed at their efficiency! The new roof and siding looks beautiful. The shingles, vents, gutters, and windows are all top quality, and our cats love the sunroom!

Every person I spoke to at Skywalker Roofing really knew they were talking about, and gave me updates and answers to my questions throughout the whole process. Every individual I met was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and honest, and happy to address my concerns.

Working with Skywalker roofing has been such a great experience! At the initial meeting, Brandon Rumbley came to give us a quote and was so professional, informative and honest. It was a no pressure experience! He also stayed in touch answering any questions I had along the way. Once we scheduled they kept us informed on every step of the process. Cody Nelson made sure that the installation and final product all came out as planned. He was so polite and is very customer service oriented. Letting me know when the crew would arrive, leave and what to expect each day. Finally Jeffer and his crew were such HARD workers! They had one of the hottest days of the year to be on our roof. But put in a 14 plus hour day trying to beat the rain. They made sure the long hours were ok with us and were so considerate of our home. We just had our roof replaced by Skywalker roofing. The salesman Rusty came and gave us a quote, he was the nicest guy, explained every step to us, was not pushy at all. Their quote was the best quote we got, the most quality for our money. They set up our date for the roof, told us the materials would be delivered the morning before, and they were!! The guys arrived when they said they would, said they would get the job done in a day, they did!! They did a wonderful job, cleaned up beautifully, the site supervisor Bj kept us informed of their progress with photos all day. We couldn't be more pleased, would highly recommend them!!

John Mitchell was the sales associate that came out and checked our roof and gave us prices and then he dealt with the insurance company. He was very polite and knowledgeable didn’t just try to sell us his product but he let us have input as well. The day they were to come and put the roof on the house they were on time and went to work right away. Tucker was over the job., he had a crew of five guys that were very thoughtful of my property went out of their way to really clean the yard up. They were also very polite and friendly. I met Mark first. He was great to talk with and explained everything very well and answered all my husband’s and my questions. The whole process was pretty easy. The actual team of 3 vans and about 6 men came out a couple of weeks later. Ryland and his group were on time and did a great job. The 2 windows, soffit and vinyl were replaced in a timely manner and look awesome. All were very courteous and hard working. When they were done Ryland came to me to let me know they were done and explained all the work completed. He and I walked around the house where I could see all the damaged that was fixed. Everything looks great now. Thank you so much Skywalker. I will definitely contact you again when we need something else done.

The purchase of a roof is not a regular purchase. For me, an independent women, it was a purchase that I had very little knowledge of. I did my research and asked for references. Over and over Skywalker roofing was the company to trust. Their salesman, Rusty was top notch. He was punctual, knowledgeable, respectful and thorough with his inspection. He supplied photos of my attic boards and rooftop. The process of selecting materials and discussion of cost and warranty was painless. My questions were answered respectfully.
BJ, project supervisor, kept me informed of the date and time of the installation . He and his crew were on time and got right to work. BJ kept me informed with over 30 photos of the progression of their work. They were careful and respectful of my property. They were done with installing my new roof by 1:30pm. They left my property spotless.

My wife and I are exceeding pleased on the excellent services by Skywalker Roofing. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. Skywalker replaced my roof with new plywood and excellent roofing shingles. The prior roofer did not do that and put the shingles where I could see the backing on 2X4 boards inside my attic. They redid my Master Bed room vent to make vent better. They also added R60 insulation in my attic. I knew insulation was low when my wife and I bought the house about 14 years ago. They also added gutter guards on the second floor and first floor gutters to help with water runoff issues in the back of my house.

Mr. Beau Martin, Sales Representative, spent a long of time doing an inspection of our roof and attic space and discussed his results. He even showed us exactly how they will my project. He showed samples of the materials they will use and explain in detail how they will install it. Skywalker had a number of options for shingles to choose from and gave up the pros and cons of each type of shingles. The quote and report of his work was quite detailed in scope of the total work being done along with nice pictures of what they plan to do. The other roofers did not spend enough time with us and did not showed the materials they plan to use. In fact, the cost estimate from Skywalker was lower than the other roofers.

Mr. BJ Murphy, site supervisor, and his crew were excellent in doing the work. BJ spent the time going over what they done vs. the quote and took many pictures of the work done before and after. BJ and I even look in the attic to observe the amount of insulation added. It must have been 2 to 3 feet deep. This will help in reducing my energy bill that I am sure. The crew worked very hard and did an excellent quality job including cleaning up the area after the project was completed. They spent time in doing this right.

We had a rain storm the day after the job was completed. I think we had about 0.75 inches fell. I did not see any leaks and appears my water runoff issue in the back likely had been addressed.

Given this, I asked one of my neighbor who manages our Sunset Hills Neighborhood Tradespeople Recommends Spreadsheet to include Skywalker Roofer as my recommendation for services for Roofing and Insulation Services. Hopefully, others in my neighborhood will contact Skywalker for services they would like to do on their properties. Excellent job on roof replacement. Replaced rotting boards as needed. Flashing for stone chimney properly installed. Screens over gutters, removed for the job, were properly reinstalled.
Crew were great to work with, with BJ keeping us informed.
We chose this company because 4 years ago we had roof inspected and estimates made and other companies told us we had hail damage that insurance might pay (complete fabrication as we had had zero hail for the life of the roof) and that new roof was necessary.
Brad, with Skywalker, told us our roof looked good for another 3-5 years and we did not need a new roof. Was happy to call them when time came for new roof.

Skywalker is the best! The salesman, Brandon, was wonderful and spent so much time with us explaining options and what would be best for our home. He was always available by phone for any questions as well. Project manager, BJ was excellent as well. BJ stayed at the site during the entire installation and kept me updated throughout the process which was very reassuring.
