I give them a 5 star and I just about never do that on any rating usually a 4 is my top, but they were so professional and got my roof covered by insurance when four other companies could not get it done, I started out with the first salesman Allen he got pulled away because of personal matters with in his family but as fast as that happened Modern Roofing sent me over Jack Smith and he was right on top of it could not ask for a better guy and to get my roof done had to get management involved with the Insurance and they all got it done what a great team. The guys that came out was so Professional covered all my landscape up cleaned up like they was never there I only found two nails # nobody is perfect. Roof looks great installers great like I said the inter team was 5 Star let them do my roof anytime !!! Thank you Modern Roofing

Modern roofing is the best roofing contractor I've worked with, so many roofers had come to the door but I always turned them away. But since meeting the company and getting to know and see how they work. It's been a fast and simple process. They have been truly amazing throughout this process and would absolutely work with them again.

Modern Roofing starts by appearing as though they genuinely care for you and once they get partial payment, you barely hear from them. We have made several calls to the person that first inspected our roof and have not heard from him since May. The work done on my home was very appealing to be honest but the roofers rearranged patio furniture without moving it back and left a large amount of old shingles. It’s been over 3 months and I’m still finding old pieces. They give you different quotes and then harass you with larger quotes. The people in the office send AI generated emails that are confusing to read and the staff rushes you off the phone when you have questions. I would never want to do business with them ever again.

Our project manager, Caleb Fratz, was amazing from beginning to end. He handled our inspection, claim and organized our replacement. We did nothing! He was always available and knowledgeable. The team that replaced our roof was efficient and neat. They were respectful of our landscaping and cleaned the site well. The roof looks great! I highly recommend this company.

Ally was awesome to work with during the entire process. She answered all our questions, and checked on us after the installation. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing and Ally.

We've had a great experience with Destiny. She tells us like it is and ended up saving us a lot of headache arguing with our insurance company for both of our properties! I never had to wonder what was happening, they met with the adjuster, and they honored the estimate my insurance gave me to the penny.

Will is spectacular. Didn’t know him at all until the day he knocked on my door and since that day he treated me like family. He made the whole process of getting my roof done smooth and easy. This company sucks. The project manager was not assertive and ignored my calls after while. They kept continuing to make silly mistakes from getting shingles in my garden and rain barrels. They never fixed everything that was on the list and they killed a chunk of my grass, and put a whole in the roof that cause a leak in my house. SMH. I had to contact someone from the headquarters in South Carolina to get them to fix and replace what wasn't fixed from the beginning. Thank you Mrs. A for helping me out. It took almost 3 months to get the job done.

My project manager, Travis Bowman was truly a blessing. He did a phenomenal job handling my project, while keeping me updated throughout the whole process. He's very professional and well spoken and is going to very high places. I am 100% satisfied with his work and even more pleased that I was blessed with a project mangaer as reliable as he is. There was a young man named King who was also very helpful, so I feel he deserves an honorable mention. He didn't have to devote his time to helping out Travis and I, but still he was present throughout the process and made sure I was satisfied. Overall a great duo to have manganging your project.
