I couldn’t be happier with the service from FSIC Contractor Solution LLC. They installed new sprinklers and replaced some older ones at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

What really stood out was their dedication — even with an injured leg and on crutches, he still came out to inspect the system because he was committed to getting the job done. I even offered to reschedule, but he insisted. That kind of work ethic is rare!

He also put in extra time and effort to make sure everything was working perfectly, and didn’t charge me for the additional work. Friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a great job — I highly recommend FSIC to anyone needing sprinkler work or yard solutions.

What an utterly disrespectful crew. They don’t have an ounce of respect for anyone in the neighborhood. Their worksite is disgusting and littered with garbage, they take up the sidewalks so you can’t even access it, and they are generally unpleasant to be in the same vicinity of. Truly horrid people.

Idk about service, but I can tell you that the dude driving the white Silverado with the decal stuck all over the back window is not a very nice person. Drives like he's the only one one the road. Incredibly rude. No thank you.

I am the neighbor of a house owned my a property mgmt group and this company was working on their roof. They used my outdoor outlets every day they were here without permission, making my lights flicker. They used it even after I told them they did not have permission to do that. Good way to have a lawsuit on your hands.

As the roof was being completed the salesman came to us and dramatically explained that the soffit on the back of our house was rotted & needed to be replaced. He said this would cost an additional $1800. We had to have the roof & gutters completed so we had no choice. The extra work took less than an hour.

To preface I say this AS A ROOFER MYSELF, I have reason to believe this company pays deductibles as I called both the door hanger mobile number and office number listed- to which I asked both men(maybe the same guy) if the “you pay 500$ or less for your roof” was legit and I told him my deductible is $1000. I acted as if i didn’t understand the process . Eventually, more and more he tried to explain how they cover it, I finally proceeded then to ask if he would cover the 500$ of my deductible , the answer was “yes, yes now your understanding”. I even asked if he could cover the whole thing. He did not say no. I then said “isn’t that insuracne fraud?” He said “No we are not like most companies” Literal admission to insurance fraud. DO NOT SELECT GSO CONTRACTING IF YOU WANT TO RUN THE RISK OF JAILTIME. IF the cut corners up from what do you think they’ll do (or not do) to your home. Zero star review if I could for putting a bad name on the roofing industry.

We have been working with GSO contractors on replacing our roof. They noticed some missing shingles after a storm and immediately came and put roof tarps on our home so no farther damage was caused. We began working with our insurance and a wonderful representative for GSO contractors. He explained the process to us and gave us lots of options. We scheduled them and they came out and had the job done in 2days! I was home both days the entire time. They covered our bushes and moved anything that might be in the way and cleaned up afterwards and moved everything back. They did an amazing job!!! The workers were very polite and the hardest part of the process was waiting on the insurance company. The shingles we chose were exactly what they advertised and our new roof looks so amazing!!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and great products.

I would highly recommend GSO Contractors for any roofing job. Hermen had excellent communication and was very professional from start to finish. He was able to come out the same day I called to provide an estimate.

About a week after I received the quote I called Hermen to tell him we would like to hire them and schedule them to come. They were able to come the same day to complete the full roof replacement. The workers were efficient and were able to finish the job in one day. They all did a great job cleaning up debris after they finished.

Most of all, they truly stand behind their work! I would gladly hire them again for any roof replacement or repair I would need.
