Superb job. Very professional. Great communication through the entire job. As each phase was completed I was told when the next would be started. The workers made sure when a product was finished I was happy with the job. Couldn't be happier with my new windows siding and roof.

I asked for a quote on replacing the windows on my house. An appointment was set in a timely manner. The salesman arrived at my house on time and everything went down hill. He just stood on my porch and never even knocked then asked to sit at my table to discuss the windows and what I wanted. We sat and he talked for about 30 minutes. Then he got made at me because I couldn't give a time frame on when I wanted the job done. He told me what the window costed verbally didnt leave any information for me to look at to make a decision and excused himself from my house. Coming from a sales background, this is not how you treat potential customers. I for one will not be asking them to come back or will never allow them to install windows for me. I'm very disappointed.

My roof look great, unfortunately the crew left nails and screws in my driveway and in my gutters along with scrap pieces of metal. I called and complained and was told they would come back but I do not believe they did.
Update, 2 and half weeks later I get a voicemail they are coming over to clean up and inspect. They cannot be serious. Was I supposed ignore the nails and screws in my driveway?

Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, And Very knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to my Neighbors. These Gentleman did a GREAT job. I would highly recommend them for any job. SUPERIOR SERVICE.

I contacted them about coming to my property, and they refused saying they needed to meet with me personally citing a law that I never heard of (and also don’t believe exists). I asked for a copy of the law, and they said to talk to my attorney. I explained they could meet with my property manager and they refused saying only the owner. I explained I was in service to my country and they simply didn’t care.

They also let me know I couldn’t review them because only clients can (wrong again). I will be going with another company that seems so willing to go out of the way to make a deployed military member’s life just that much harder.

Misogynistic. Demanded that my husband be present to give an estimate. Newsflash: it’s 2023 and I make ALL the decisions for our house. He pays the bills. And works during the day. So no. He is never present for estimates and this is our 3rd remodel. I think I can handle myself.

And if you want to use the excuse that “both homeowners need to have a say in the decision making” refer to the above.

We moved here from Raleigh and i have NEVER been told that. Unbelievable.

Xterior was efficient and helpful in installing a new roof after the Tornado demolished the metal roof. The contract roofers were professional and considerate did a great job, cleaning up after themselves. This company unlike most others we have dealt with, takes their resonsirespons quite seriously and keeps their promises. Where have your seen THAT lately!? We had our siding replaced and the trim wrapped in vinyl. The sales man came on time, listened to what we wanted, and appraised the job. We countered with what we wanted to pay based on research, and they matched it, so we signed the deal. The crew showed up on time, and within a few minutes were working on all sides of the house. There was about 8 men, and they worked constantly, and seamlessly. It sounds like they are coming through the walls while they are working, but it’s because they attack all sides of the house at the same time. They had more ladders and scaffolding than I have even seen. I was so impressed I just wanted to watch them, it was so coordinated. Two guys would be working on trim while two were putting up siding, and so on. They were also very polite and smiled when we came in or out. If they had a question, they knocked and asked, and went right back to it. They finished the entire job in 1.5 days, and left no trace of their presence. A man was even walking around with a large magnet thing to collect nails and such. They literally left nothing behind, no one piece of trash or materials, I was so impressed with this crew. I asked that they tell me when they took one gutter down so I could clean and paint it, but they did it for me without me even knowing! We hadn’t bought gutters since ours were fine, but one just needed painting, it was on the two story end of the house, I only knew when I came out and saw it back up sparkling white! I can’t say enough, they were awesome. As for the work, I can’t find one imperfection, and that says a lot, because I am hard to please, very picky, and a perfectionist. Can I give more than 5 stars???

Xterior LLC is the best contracting company we've hired so far to transform our starter home. The crews were always on time and professional. Any changes or additions to the project were handled in person with little to no adjustment to anyones schedule. This company did everything they promised. From the initial meeting and quote to all the contacts. Polite, professional and valued our time. The workmanship was great and the clean up perfect! The siding looks great and the gutters now work and drain properly. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and workmanship of Xterior LLC. This company has helped me with two jobs now and both have been nothing less than exceptional. I moved into a new home and realized that something had to be done with the basement. Xterior came to my home and sized, purchased, and installed a new steel door in my garage leading into my basement. This not only resulted in added safety and visual appeal but also increased energy efficiency. After seeing his work with the door, which took a great deal of modification I should add, I decided that this company was the perfect choice to help with my floors. They put down 650 square feet of gorgeous laminate planks and saved me a great deal of money in the process. This job required an immense amount of odd cuts and modifications but it was apparently no issue for them as the floor looks fantastic which has been echoed by all who have seen it since installation. I will most definitely continue to use this company for my home modification needs and I would recommend that anybody else do the same. Thanks Xterior!

I chose Xterior based on their great reviews and initial response time, everything quickly went down hill after that. I would also like to distinguish the difference in the product and the communication which are two very different things at xterior. The product is good no complaints. However the after the first point of contact and estimate every piece of information moving forward to me was incorrect. Everything from start date, how to make payment, left over debris and materials was false from what I was originally told. xterior refuses to communicate via email because they do not wish to be held accountable for what they say. The office staff will leave out many critical details and then blame it on you. Jay will say anything to downplay any issues at hand just to gloss over it. I was told by the sales rep I had to be present the day of install to present the foreman with check at the end of the day so I took a whole day off of work to be present. The crew never showed up so I had to call, the office didn't even know the crew was not coming. Jay then proceeds to tell me I never had to be present to hand the check over and could have mailed it. After completion the crew left a 12 foot long pallet full of left over materials blocking our two car carport for over 2 weeks rendering it useless. I want to make sure that my response is fair in identifying all parties. My initial contact was great. The estimate was fast and process was smooth we loved our sales rep. Job started many weeks after proposed start date. Crew no showed no called scheduled day to work. The install crew did great work. All communication from Jay and his office stay was poor at best after that.

Xterior LLC helped my wife and I during a period of crisis - they provided quality work at a reasonable price and truly gave our home new life. They provided consultation and installation of insulation and vinyl siding, removal and replacement of windows and our sliding door.

By far, the most impressive part about working with Xterior LLC is their customer service "right of bang". We had an issue where our vinyl [with
special coloring] was damaged approximately a year after installation and Jay and Joel bent over backwards to help us locate materials to get the issue fixed. I felt completely cared for by both Jay and Joel due to their bias for communication - they stuck to their word when telling me I'd hear back from them.

Though we won't be needing a siding or window job in the near future *knock on wood*, I am 100% satisfied with my decision to go with Xterior LLC for quality work and exceptional customer service.

Xterior came out to take a look at our damaged siding. Colby came out to advise us and was able to replace our trim at a very reasonable rate and explained the entire process thoroughly. The office was very very responsive, Shoquana kept us informed all along the way, they are always quick to return our call and provide answers to any questions we had. Even though this was a smaller job, we felt as valued as if we had a huge job. Their siding team was incredible.. fast, polite and highly attentive to detail. We would definately recommend this company anytime.

This company represents what all companies should be like. Professionalism quality of work on time and I love the look of my new home even though the home was built in 1978 it looks fantastic. I cannot say enough about this company and the personal service from Jay the owner of the company. I recommend if you need any thing done to your home to call them. You will not regret it.

Xterior came out last year and put a roof on for me and from the moment they came, they were honest about what we needed and gave us a great price. One of the owners visited us personally and was and has continued to be a pleasure to do business with. The crew was professional, fast, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Flash forward to a week ago and we had a leak we called and left a message and received a call back within the hour and they sent out someone the very next day to take a look and see where the leak was coming in at. They discovered it was due to my gutters having a hole in them and they went ahead and fixed it for me while they were here. Their customer service is absolutely first class and I 100% know we chose the absolute best company to do business with! Trust me you will not be disappointed in their quality, attention to detail and their customer service! A++ 10 out of 10 Would recommend!
