We had a really bad water/flood situation that got into a storage area that would have destroyed a lot of products. SERVPRO was very quick and efficient with situating where the water was coming from, stopping the leak, and drying the affected area up. They have an incredible work ethic and make sure to focus on what needs to be fixed.

Ignore any negative reviews from other Servpro franchises. Servpro of High Point has staff that has been with them for many years. They are not the typical contractor. They exceeded every expectation, from mitigation with Nick to restoration with Troy and Dan. They worked with my insurance adjuster, who did not make it easy on them. They kept me updated and were always at my house when they said they would be. I highly recommend them!!

Can’t thank SERVPRO of High Point enough. Had a busted pipe disaster situation on a Sunday afternoon. Called for help. Techs were on the job not long after the call. I expected it would be a few days but no. Got us cleaned up and dried out in no time at all. Reconstruction was perfect. The techs made it look easy. Definitely know what they’re doing. Thanks.

FANTASTIC JOB! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team. No one wants to go through a water leak, but if you do.. this is the team to call!!! They quickly came to the house and got things moving along. Nick and his team were great with the mitigation. He always took the time to answer all my questions and that meant so much to me. After things dried out, I had a choice to continue with Servpro of HP or contract work out, and there was so question… I wanted to stay with Troy and his team for the restoration. Troy made sure insurance covered all the repairs and restoration we needed from the water damage. Dan and Shane did a phenomenal job at painting, mudding, leveling floors…..you name it, this team does it… and does it right. They don’t just do things average, they go above and beyond to make sure jobs are done right and to your satisfaction. Thank you Troy, Nick, Dan, Shane, and Servpro team for ALL your hard work! I was extremely pleased with the remediation and restoration work done by ServPro of High Point after my condo was flooded from above, destroying the floors, ceiling, and walls of my bedroom, several closets and the hallway. Team members were on site quickly to prevent mold from penetrating my unit and all work was professional, careful and thorough. I live in Greensboro and the company never complained about the trip from High Point. They were diligent at staying within the insurance estimate. I'm very grateful that I chose them.

I had a pipe burst in my home and Servpro handled the water mitigation and reconstruction. They removed and replaced my damaged flooring and drywall along with repainting. When they were done, it was hard to tell there was any damage to begin with. Troy, Shane, and Nick provided great customer service throughout the whole process; they and their team did a great job.

ServPro of High Point was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our family had a plumbing leak that required mulitple repairs including early remediation to dry affected areas, then reconstruction to replace damaged drywall and tile flooring. Everyone did an amazing job, showed up early and worked diligently to complete repairs. Difficult to reach when there's an issue. We clearly stated we needed a new roof and did not want a repair but it was quoted as replacing damaged sections and new shingles and everything else so what can you do.

We had a new metal roof, shutters, and gutters with guards. Everybody was so nice and thorough. They did a wonderful job and I recommend them to anyone!

Garbage, these clowns took the gutter guards off to install a roof and never put them back on. I've called multiple times to be told they would come out to fix it and they remain no shows. They also took the guards with them, which im sure got recycled. Pick a more honest company and one that pays attention to the details.
