Our company was exhibiting outdoors at High Point Market and ended up with water damage from overnight rain that needed to be taken care of ASAP in order to continue hosting clients. Within an hour of contacting them (on a Sunday), the ServPRO team was on site and had the problem resolved for us 30 minutes later. I cannot say enough about their service efforts, speed, and the friendly staff as they took care of the issue for us – their only concern was helping. Carlos and his staff are the go-to team in the High Point area for any of your service needs.

On Friday night after Thanksgiving 2023, while my husband and I were out of town over 5 hours away, we received a call that our home was flooded. We first called a water restoration company and had to leave a message. We then decided to try ServPro of High Point and our call was answered by Carlos Nino (owner) who took immediate action. When we arrived home Saturday morning, ServPro was also pulling into our driveway. As distraught as we were, we felt somewhat relieved as Carlos and his team began handling our mitigation issues. His mitigation team (Ivan, Nick, Chris, and Savannah) took care of working with our insurance company, packaging up our personal belongings, and the mitigation of our home. Once, the mitigation was completed, we decided to stay with ServPro of High Point to handle the restoration process. We were introduced to Troy Lescalleet (reconstruction project manager), who led the restoration effort along with his restoration team (Dan and Shane ) to get our home restored. They assisted us with so much empathy and professionalism during this difficult 5-month period.
Although I would not wish such a flooding event upon anyone, but if ever faced with such a catastrophe, I would highly recommend ServPro of High Point to service your needs. They took charge and executed as if it was personal. From extracting the water to putting on the last knobs on our new cabinets, even counseling, giving personal advise and recommendations, they took charge of it all. We were so out of our element not knowing what to do, but it was obvious this was their area of expertise. Our home is now restored and we can't thank ServPro of High Point enough.

We had a sewage line break in our crawlspace area by our basement area and I reached out to ServePro. They were very pleasant to work with and had a technician out here the next day.

Austin came out and did a very thorough evaluation of what was needed to resolve the issue and provided a quote that was very fair for the sewage cleanup.

Our crawlspace area was fully encapsulated (Tarheel Basement) and they restored it back to it's original condition, removed the debris and odor, and disinfected the entire area.

Stonebrook experienced a coil freeze and burst on the roof, leading to water leaking into one of our suites. SERVPRO responded promptly, assessed the situation, and efficiently handled the water cleanup and floor drying. Their team was both professional and effective throughout the process.

I want to highly recommend ServPro Of High Point. I had a water leak due to a faulty pressure, regulator that the builder put up in the wall in my laundry room, and all of the hardwood floors in my house were ruined. 😱😱. Troy came out immediately and assessed the situation, cut out the drywall and tore off some base molding, and anything that had gotten wet. He then set up six large fans to run for about a week, he also made sure that any questionable areas were sprayed with antimicrobial/fungal product; he did everything necessary to prevent any growth of Mold. I am mold sensitive, so I was very appreciative of his expertise and attention to detail. He subcontracted out the tearing up of my old floors, the removal of the glue, moved my furniture with care, and covered it for protection. He then brought me several samples of new flooring to pick from. He was very patient, and went the extra mile for me. The floor installers he chose were superb! They took attention to every detail, and the floors were installed beautifully. I could not have asked for a better job done! I also want to say thank you to Shane, who painted my base molding, helped with painting a wall, and anything else that needed to be done; he was wonderful. Servpro did such a wonderful job that I referred them to my daughter, who had a very similar situation at her house. I highly recommend this company, and the dedicated workers. Thanks ServePro!

I was referred to SERVPRO by my Real Estate agent for some water damage and mold in the master bed and bathroom. They were very helpful and professional from the very first call. Austin came out promptly and assessed the damage and then Troy contacted me asap to discuss reconstruction. They worked with me on scheduling times that were convenient for my schedule to do the work. Troy, Dan, Ivan and Nick all did a great job from fixing the drywall, drying out the problem area, to installing the vanity. We couldn't be happier with the results. Shout out to Troy for overseeing everything and making sure things went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Servpro helped after some laundry room flooding happened. Troy called to walk us through everything and let us know who would he coming to our house on which days! Ivan and his partner were very professional when they came in to tear up the floors. Then when Dan and Shane came back to put new floors they were very professional also and got the job done in a timely manner! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

It wasn't the best day to get a call on a Sunday afternoon that your office is flooded by a leak from the unit beside you. But I couldn't ask for better service than what Servpro of High Point performed. They were Johnny on the spot and completed the remediation and repairs. The week before Christmas, the shutoff valve in our master bathroom burst resulting in extensive water damage. Within one hour of contacting Servpro of High Point, clean up efforts began! For the next week and a half, Nick and his team displayed professionalism, promptness and exceptional service to ensure we had Christmas with our family! I highly recommend their team if ever needed!

Excellent- Nick and Ivan came out to assess a leak we had from our AC Unit which stained large part of the hallway ceiling underneath.. They were so thorough in checking for mold and the ceiling still being wet. The looked under installation and advised everything was dry and no need to do anything but paint. They were honest and did not charge for the assessment.! Fantastic Service. Receptions was so kind as well and acted with urgency. So appreciated!!!

Due to the excellent work and customer service we received right from the first call, what started as just needing Servpro for a kitchen floor demo after a dishwasher leak turned into trusting Troy and his team to coordinate our entire kitchen renovation. They oversaw the project from start to finish, even while we were out of town for weeks, without a moments worry in our end. Our washer leaked and flooded our entire upstairs landing, bedroom, and down into the living room below. They came out ASAP, dried everything out, and replaced flooring and the ceiling fan with astonishing speed. You can't even tell there was damage.
