TJ came out, walked my roof and thoroughly explained the issues and what needed to be done in order to repair it. He provided me with a reasonable estimate. So far I am very pleased with the level of service provided.

Scheduled appointment for a 11am. No one called or showed up. Later that same day at 4pm someone called without any apology or explanation to reschedule for following day at 2pm. No one called or showed up. I called them at 3pm and got weird run around from someone that didn’t ask any information from me...not name or anything. I’m done trying! You’d think they’d want my money? I’m telling everyone to not bother calling them in the first place!

My experience with Chris and his workers was very professional and pleasant and the outcome of the job exceeded my expectations two 👍👍

They promptly came out for an inspection and quoted replacing the asphalt shingles with a metal roof. The job was done about 3 weeks after committing to the project. They completed and cleaned up all in 1 day. It looks great. I highly recommend this company.

First Class Roofing just completed our roof and did a five star job. Mary Jane was great to work with and quickly addressed any contingencies that came up during the installation. We had contacted several of the roofing companies that advertise on television for quotes but found that First Class Roofing's price reflected the absence of the expensive advertising some roofers incorporate into their prices. We feel that the roof we got could not have been installed any better by anyone.
